Create and manage learning agendas and experiment frameworks that validate performance and inform prioritization
Build and own growth measurement and data that ensure strategic goal-setting, in partnership with Data and Finance, including funnel analytics, CAC, lead quality, and attribution mapping
Collaborate deeply with Partnerships and Sales to align on target audiences, prioritization, lead quality, and optimizations

Develop scalable systems, documentation, and workflows that support transparency, efficiency, and improved results that all of Partnerships can leverage
Stay current with growth trends, channel shifts, and platform capabilities to identify new opportunities for scale and efficiency
This role is based in our New York, NY hub, where we require an in-office presence three days per week.
You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have:
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing, ideally within a consumer marketplace. Account-based experience is a plus
A proven track record of building and scaling lead-generation funnels that drive measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated expertise managing paid channels and optimizing multi-stage conversion funnels against scale and efficiency goals
Experience identifying and building new growth channels from the ground up
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
Experience partnering closely with partnerships, sales, product, and data teams to ship against shared goals
A genuine obsession with the customer and a habit of grounding every decision in customer behavior and needs
A strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to set long-term direction while executing near-term objectives with excellence
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams

Senior Product Manager, Care Delivery
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
About the role
When it comes to seeking mental health care, the first few sessions are pivotal. Clients typically decide whether a therapist is right for them within the first or second appointment. Get the beginning right, and we’ve laid the foundation for a client who stays in care. Get it wrong, and we’ve lost someone at the exact moment they decided to ask for help.
We're hiring a Senior PM to make the beginning of care consistently great. The Care Delivery team owns the provider-facing experience from a client's first booking through their second completed session. Our job is to make sure both clients and providers come to that first session prepared, that clients understand the value of therapy by the end of it, and that booking the 2nd session is seamless.
We're starting here because it's the area with the highest risk of dropout from care — but it's only the start. As we nail this leg of the journey, the team's scope will expand to cover more of the care lifecycle. We're looking for a PM excited to take on a deeply human 0-1 problem with high business impact.
What you'll do
Develop the multi-quarter roadmap that makes high quality of care the default experience on Grow, and then build the feedback mechanisms that keep providers improving over time.
Analyze data and conduct UXR to understand what separates high-retaining providers from low-retaining ones, and what causes clients to drop out of care.
Drive the analysis to link positive provider input behaviors (e.g., prepping for sessions) with business output metrics (e.g., rebooking rates).
Set the foundation for lifecycle education that helps providers improve over time.
What you bring
5+ years of product management experience
A track record of owning end-to-end outcomes in complex environments with many stakeholders, including legal, clinical, and engineering teams.
Deep empathy for users, with good intuition on what drives human behavior and how to design around it.
Strong analytical instincts and the ability to define metrics that capture real user outcomes rather than proxy activity.
Bonus
Experience with two-sided marketplaces, where you have to balance provider and client incentives simultaneously.
Genuine interest in behavioral science, psychology, or health coaching — anything that gives you insight into what actually changes behavior/outcomes.
-
Experience with early-stage or ambiguous problem spaces where you had to build the roadmap from scratch rather than inherit one.

Develop scalable systems, documentation, and workflows that support transparency, efficiency, and improved results
Stay current with lifecycle trends, measurement standards, and platform capabilities to identify new opportunities for engagement and efficiency

A proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programs across multiple audiences that drive measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated expertise with cohort analysis, LTV and churn modeling, experimentation, attribution frameworks, and lifecycle and CRM platforms
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
Experience informing product decisions and partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship against a shared roadmap
A genuine obsession with the customer and a habit of grounding every decision in participant behavior and needs
A strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to set long-term direction while executing near-term objectives
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
A steady, proactive, solutions-oriented approach when navigating ambiguity or competing priorities
A relentless focus on measurable impact and driving real, durable business growth

Director, Revenue Cycle Management Operations
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
The Opportunity:
Grow's RCM org is at an inflection point — scaling operational maturity, integrating AI-driven automation, and preparing for increasingly complex payor partnerships. This role builds the operational foundation that makes that evolution possible. It's right for you if you're energized by building systems that didn't exist before, leading managers and teams through transformation, and owning the operational levers that directly drive a company's financial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own end-to-end RCM operational performance across eligibility, claim submission, follow-up, denials, contracts, and authorizations, translating department strategy into execution across your team.
Assess and evolve team structure as the org scales including span of control, role design, and team growth. You'll inherit a strong team and be expected to make it structurally stronger.
Operationalize AI and automation tools across RCM workflows — partnering with Grow's Operations AI Center of Excellence to ensure your teams adopt new capabilities effectively and that human and automated work is distributed intentionally as these tools mature.
Maintain and evolve rigorous KPI reporting and operational dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into RCM performance — including Uncollected %, denial rates, clean claim rates, and payor-level collection trends.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, including 3+ years managing managers in a multi-function RCM operations environment.
You've owned end-to-end RCM performance metrics and operations (denial rates, clean claim rate, days in A/R) and can point to specific operational improvements you drove.
You've worked in a high-growth or rapid-scaling environment (ideally in health tech) where processes, systems, and team structures were being built or redesigned in real time, not just maintained.
You're a builder, not just an operator. You've stood up new processes, reporting frameworks, or team structures during a period of growth or transformation.
You've managed RCM operations across diverse payor types where each payor introduces distinct billing rules, authorization requirements, and contractual structures.
You've operated where RCM and adjacent functions meet (credentialing, enrollment, provider operations, or finance) and understand how upstream quality drives downstream collections performance.
You have experience operationalizing automation or AI tools within operational workflows — you don't need to build the technology, but you know how to adopt it, measure its impact, and reshape team processes around it.

The Opportunity
1 in 4 people need mental health care, and most can't get it. Grow is building what's next, and this role builds the team that builds it. You will be Grow's first early talent hire, owning the function end to end: our first engineering internship cohort in New York, the new grad conversion pipeline that follows it, and a University of Waterloo co-op program. This is not a req load you work. It's a program you design, run, and scale, and as it grows across cohorts, functions, and hubs, so does your ownership. Reporting to the head of Technical Recruiting, you'll write the playbook for how Grow finds, develops, and converts the next generation of talent. People joining now aren't inheriting an idea of great work. They're writing it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Grow's end-to-end early talent strategy and programs, spanning campus recruiting, offer management, candidate engagement, internship delivery, and return offer planning.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering interns, developing campus strategies, building university partnerships, driving events, and managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Build and scale a year-round University of Waterloo co-op program across multiple academic terms, establishing a sustainable pipeline of top engineering talent.
Partner with Engineering leadership to design and operate a high-quality internship program, ensuring every intern has meaningful project scope, dedicated mentorship, and strong manager support.
Drive program strategy and continuous improvement through data, using recruiting funnel health, conversion metrics, intern performance, and return offer outcomes to inform decisions and measure impact.
Build scalable processes, systems, and playbooks that enable the early talent program to grow while maintaining an exceptional candidate and intern experience.
You'll Be a Good Fit If You
Have 6+ years of recruiting experience with significant ownership of early talent hiring, including leading at least two full campus recruiting cycles from strategy through program execution.
Have built, scaled, or significantly evolved an internship or co-op program, with experience across recruiting, program operations, intern experience, and evaluation.
Bring strong program management skills, balancing long-term planning with flawless execution across multiple recruiting cycles, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Use data to drive decisions, continuously improving recruiting outcomes, program quality, and operational efficiency through clear metrics and thoughtful analysis.
Embrace AI and modern recruiting technologies to work more efficiently, improve candidate experience, and scale programs without adding unnecessary complexity.
Enjoy building from first principles, creating strategy, establishing operating rhythms, and turning ambiguous opportunities into repeatable, high-impact programs.
