Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Product Marketing to support product strategy and global go-to-market planning for key innovation initiatives across the portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, innovation, go-to-market leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, serving as the marketing support from concept through launch.
The Manager will partner closely with Product Development, Creative, Sales, Education, Operations, and regional teams to shape product positioning, develop global launch strategies, and drive cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate consumer, category, and business opportunities into impactful product launches.
What You’ll Do
The Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for supporting the global product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for assigned innovation launches across the Haus Labs portfolio, supporting A+B priority initiatives, in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Product Marketing. This role serves as the cross-functional business support from concept through commercialization, driving product positioning, launch strategy, commercialization planning, and portfolio performance while ensuring alignment across Product Development, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Sales, Education, Operations, and regional teams.
Product Strategy & Innovation
Support product strategy for assigned innovation launches, ensuring clear consumer positioning, competitive differentiation, and commercial viability.
Develop strategic product briefs and launch recommendations that align cross-functional teams around product vision, business objectives, and go-to-market priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.
Identify portfolio opportunities and product enhancements that strengthen category growth and long-term brand strategy.
Go To Market Planning & Execution
Support end-to-end global go-to-market planning for assigned launches, driving alignment across teams.
Establish launch strategies while proactively managing risks and cross-functional dependencies.
Facilitate executive and cross-functional forums to drive decision making, resolve challenges, and maintain accountability throughout the launch process.
Business Performance & Portfolio Growth
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop pricing recommendations, sales forecasts, launch assumptions, and commercialization strategies.
Monitor launch performance, category trends, and portfolio productivity, translating business results into strategic recommendations and future action plans.
Evaluate assortment opportunities, product lifecycle decisions, and portfolio optimization initiatives that support long-term business growth.
Develop executive presentations and business reviews that communicate launch strategy, business performance, and key recommendations to senior leadership.
Foster Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive alignment, accelerate decision making, and ensure successful product launches.
Share best practices and key learnings across teams and markets to continuously improve launch execution and business performance.
Champion continuous improvement by evolving processes and ways of working that enable greater organizational efficiency and launch excellence.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry.
Proven experience supporting product launches from strategy through execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Passion for beauty and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, category trends, and evolving consumer behaviors.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business performance, market dynamics, and consumer insights
Exceptional project leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships

What We Are Looking For

What You’ll Do
Social Channel Management & Strategy
Manage daily publishing and ongoing operations across all social platforms, ensuring content is posted on time, accurately, and aligned with brand priorities.
Own and manage the monthly social calendar that supports omnichannel marketing plans and business objectives.
Identify and manage content creators, develop unique creator briefs that align with brand voice and social strategies, and oversee timelines, deliverables, and invoicing.
Develop platform-specific strategies and adapt content to maximize performance across each channel.
Maintain and update monthly social calendars in real time, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected across content decks and planning documents.
Conduct competitor analysis, social research, and performance reporting using Dash Social to uncover insights and inform strategy.
Create and manage tracking links for .com promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
Maintain and organize the social content library to support cross-channel usage and efficient content management.
Review all social content before publishing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Monitor published content to ensure quality standards are met, including accuracy, resolution, and functionality of links.
Collaborate with Creative, Retail Marketing, Influencer, and Digital teams to bring social support to life across campaigns.
Partner with the Associate Social Art Director to ideate and develop social-first content concepts.
Capture BTS content for events, launches, and brand moments as needed.
Stay on top of cultural trends, competitor activity, and shifts in the social landscape to help evolve our channel strategy.
Community Management & Engagement

Maintain availability for community management during key moments, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Media will serve as the primary liaison to our media agency partners, cross-functional teams, and internal leadership, ensuring that media is seamlessly integrated into every Haus Labs launch, campaign, and retail initiative.The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and deeply fluent in the evolving digital and retail media landscape, with experience in prestige beauty or fast-paced consumer brands.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Manager, Digital Media will fill a critical need in building synergy and media effectiveness across full-funnel media - inclusive of brand-led upper-funnel, mid-funnel and retailer media. This senior manager will lead media strategy, planning, execution, and analytics across brand, retail, and digital channels. This leader will play a pivotal role in scaling our media investment, improving efficiency, elevating brand visibility, and supporting Haus Labs’ product launches and omnichannel growth strategy.
Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies across brand, digital, social, CTV, programmatic, OOH, and emerging media channels.
Drive channel mix, audience strategy, investment allocation, and pacing aligned to product launches, brand campaigns, and business priorities.
Integrate media planning with product marketing, creative, social, influencer, and retail initiatives to ensure cohesive omnichannel execution.
Build comprehensive media agency briefs in partnership with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Develop clear, strategic, insight-driven media briefs for agency partners, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Translate brand goals, launch strategies, and creative concepts into comprehensive media briefs that guide agency planning and buying.
Lead cross-functional kickoff meetings with agencies to ensure full alignment on campaign strategy, creative deliverables, and platform needs.
Review and approve agency plans, ensuring recommendations align with brand strategy, performance expectations, and budget parameters.
Provide timely feedback on agency recommendations, creative needs, optimizations, and reporting.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Partner with media agency to monitor campaign performance in real time and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, reach, engagement, and ROAS.
Provide visibility into campaign results and insights through weekly/monthly reporting and post-campaign wrap-ups.
Partner with Influencer team to identify creators appropriate for paid media, develop briefs for creators and ensure creative assets adhere to media best practices by platform
Ensure creative assets are optimized for each channel and reflect platform best practices.
Monitor competitive media and share learnings and learnings to inform asset development and messaging
Retail Media (Sephora + Key Retail Partners)
Lead media strategy and planning for retailer media networks (e.g., Sephora Media Network) with retail partners directly, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, product launches and trade investment plans.
Partner with Channel Marketing and Sales teams to support velocity-driving retail programs.
Coordinate retail media flighting with brand media campaigns to maximize impact.
Agency & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for external media agency partners, ensuring excellence in planning, buying, tagging, and reporting.
Hold agencies accountable for performance KPIs, budget pacing, and optimization plans.
Support vendor evaluation and new platform testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing, Influencer, Social, Creative, E-commerce, and Retail teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, goals, and creative needs.
Provide media guidance during launch planning, campaign concepting, and creative development.
Ensure media and consumer insights influence broader marketing and business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
5–7+ years of media planning, buying, and management experience within beauty, luxury, fashion, or CPG, with beauty experience preferred.
Strong expertise across digital media channels, including social, programmatic, display, video/CTV, and emerging platforms.
Experience with retail media networks and omnichannel media planning is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, media vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
Strong creative sensibility with the ability to identify high-impact assets that are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for each media platform.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple launches and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Overview
The Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for supporting the end-to-end accounts receivable function while ensuring the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of customer transactions. This role helps maintain the integrity of financial records through timely cash application, account reconciliations, collections management, sales tax support, and month-end close activities.
As the Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant, this role partners closely with Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and external customers to resolve payment discrepancies, investigate deductions, reconcile sales and revenue-related transactions, and support compliance with sales tax and regulatory requirements. This position combines hands-on accounting execution with analytical problem-solving and serves as a trusted partner in driving accurate financial reporting, healthy cash flow, and operational efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Post, verify, and record customer payments related to accounts receivable.
Weekly detailed reporting of aging status reports
Contact B2B customers regarding outstanding and/or past due receivables.
Track, investigate and resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions and take the necessary steps needed to immediately resolve or dispute.
Research sales orders discrepancies between systems (EDI & Netsuite)
Collaborate with customer service and ops team to investigate any orders that have out of stock/backorder items to ensure customer deposits are partially applied.
Generate the monthly sales analysis to reconcile deferred revenue and undeposited
Funds.
Generate and file monthly GST/HST
Assist in reconciling sales tax
Assist with timely month-end closing of A/R sub-ledger.
Assist with sales taxes notices updates in Avalara.
Assists in reconciling revenue bank accounts transactions in Netsuite pertaining to AR.
Perform other accounting duties as requested.
What We Are Looking For
BA/BS in accounting or finance with minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
including accounts receivable, and general accounting/account reconciliations
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year close process
Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems
Experience with Sales and use tax.
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Able to adapt to changing priorities
Strong work ethic
Experience in consumer products is a plus
