Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first https://blog.junipersquare.com/juniper-square-ponders-future-of-office-with-digital-first-hybrid-workplace-strategy/ operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Finance Engineer redesigns how the CFO organization works, and builds the systems that make it happen.
The mandate covers every process we run: contract to cash, payables and procurement, reconciliations, and the monthly close. In each one you will sit with the person who owns the process, redesign it, build the automation, and stand it up where the team can actually use it. You will work across Accounting, Finance, Revenue and Billing, Deal Desk, Legal, Procurement, and Corporate Development.
The first focus area is contract to cash: a quote in Salesforce CPQ, through Deal Desk approval and a signed contract, into NetSuite and Zone Advanced Billing, out as an invoice, and back as collected cash. It runs across several systems and several teams, which is exactly where the leverage is. The close, reconciliations, and payables come next, and the same approach applies to each.
You will own our NetSuite OneWorld environment: configuration, workflows, and the role and permission design behind who can see, do, and approve what. Salesforce sits with another team, and the underlying platform, integration, and security layers sit with Business Technology. You will work with those teams where their systems meet NetSuite, which is where most of the interesting problems live.
This is a finance person who ships. Someone who knows why the close slips and where order-to-cash breaks, and who has taught themselves to build the fix rather than file a ticket for it. The output of this role is running software and changed process. Not recommendations, not slide decks, and not prototypes that only work on one laptop.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own contract to cash end to end
- Map the full path from quote to collected cash across Salesforce CPQ, Deal Desk approvals, the contract stack, NetSuite, Zone Advanced Billing, and collections, and find the highest-leverage places to automate
- Work with the Salesforce and Business Technology owners to tighten the flow between Salesforce and NetSuite so bookings, orders, and billing data move straight through
- Partner with the process owner to redesign deal structuring, approval routing, order booking, invoicing, and collections workflows, then build the automation that runs them
- Partner with Deal Desk on quote-to-cash process and with Legal on contract workflow, so terms land in the systems downstream the way they were negotiated
- Build reporting and controls into the path so revenue, billing, and AR data are trustworthy by construction
Automate the close, payables, and procurement
- Work with Accounting and Revenue and Billing to compress the close: reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition support, and the reporting package
- Drive the same process work through procure-to-pay: purchasing, vendor onboarding, invoice capture and matching, expense, and spend categorization. We are implementing Zip to replace Bill.com http://Bill.com, and you will help land it
- Design AI workflows that draft, check, and flag rather than silently decide, with a human in the loop where the risk warrants it
- Be the quality gate on AI output. Know how to tell whether what a model produces is right before it reaches a finance stakeholder, and build the checks that keep it that way
Own the finance systems stack
- Own the health of the NetSuite OneWorld environment: configuration, workflows, saved searches, and core order-to-cash, including Zone Advanced Billing and Avalara
- Design and maintain the NetSuite role catalog: what a revenue accountant, a billing specialist, or a deal desk analyst can see, do, and approve, by role and by entity across our US, India, Canada, and Luxembourg subsidiaries
- Own NetSuite user provisioning and access against that catalog, inside our change process, with access independently reviewed on a regular cycle
- Serve as the go-to expert on the finance side of the stack: Zone Advanced Billing, Avalara, Brex, Bill.com http://Bill.com, the contract stack, and procurement tooling
- Understand deeply how data moves between these systems, from Salesforce into NetSuite and from NetSuite into Pigment, our planning platform, and partner with the teams who own each one on the integration work that makes it move
- Balance short-term and long-term tradeoffs between sophistication and speed, and surface cross-functional process and system impacts before they become fire drills
- Own a solution roadmap across these functions, sequence it, and manage delivery against it
Build like an engineer
- Stand up internal applications other people actually use: authenticated, hosted, shared, and durable after you move on
- Work fluently in Claude and agentic coding tooling, with version control, and know when a problem calls for something lighter
- Write, read, and debug code rather than trusting what a model hands you
- Everything you build runs on company infrastructure, in company repositories, under company credentials, documented well enough that someone else could pick it up
Bring the team with you
- Raise the build capability of the people already here. Several members of our team are building with Claude today, and that number should grow because of this role
- Contribute training content and clear documentation, and teach non-technical finance and operations users to build for themselves
- Partner effectively with stakeholders at every level, from analysts to the CFO
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Deep working knowledge of how a quote-to-cash or contract-to-cash process runs end to end across a CRM and an ERP, including the touchpoints between upstream systems and the ERP and where they typically break
- 7+ years hands-on with NetSuite OneWorld, including configuration, workflows, saved searches, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and order-to-cash, in a multi-subsidiary environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally CPQ, and of how CRM data flows into an ERP. You will not own or administer Salesforce, but you do need to be credible on both sides of that handoff
- 8+ years across finance, accounting, or finance systems, including at least three years in-house inside a finance organization rather than consulting to one. You have owned a process end to end and lived with the consequences when it broke
- A track record of automating finance and operations work through scripting, integrations, reporting pipelines, or workflow automation
- A proven track record designing and deploying LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems that other people depend on. We will judge this on what you have built and how recently, not on years claimed. Expect to walk us through two or three of them in detail
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy applications other people use. Not a prototype on your laptop. Bring a URL
- Code literacy: SuiteScript or JavaScript, SQL, and comfort working in a terminal with version control. You do not need to have shipped production software for a living, but you do need to read and debug what you build
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, GL structure, and the financial close, and fluency in how a billing cycle and collections actually run. You do not need to be an accountant, but you do need to understand what you are automating and why the controls exist
- Experience designing and administering roles, permissions, and entity-level restrictions in a financial system, and comfort operating inside an access review and audit process
- Strong program and project management: able to formulate a solution roadmap across several functions and manage delivery against it
- Able to take a loosely defined problem, set your own priorities, and drive it to completion
- Able to teach. You will make other people better at this, not just do it yourself
Preferred
- Claude Code, MCP, and agent or skill patterns specifically
- Python
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi or Workato
- Familiarity with a planning platform such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive, and how ERP data feeds it
- NetSuite Fixed Assets
- Experience with a billing, AP, or procure-to-pay platform implementation, or a quote-to-cash build
- NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundation, Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, or ERP Consultant
- Exposure to SOX, IT general controls, external audit, or public-company readiness
- Private markets, fintech, fund administration, or another business combining software and services

We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
In this role, you'll own Juniper Square’s social presence end-to-end — strategy, content operations, employer brand, and the AI-powered workflows that let the program run with increasing scale. You'll define how we show up on LinkedIn and the channels that come next: writing copy, directing creative, and translating launches, campaigns, and thought leadership into social-first content that earns engagement. The right candidate thinks in systems, uses AI as standard infrastructure, and has the creative instincts to produce platform-native content and the operational rigor to build processes that compound over time.
The application deadline for this role is September 14, 2026.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own social strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and future channels.
- Manage the social calendar and publishing stack (e.g., Sprout Social or equivalent); own the end-to-end production workflow from brief to live.
- Write and edit social copy across platforms; stay close to platform shifts and cultural moments and translate them into native creative opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Creative team on social-ready assets, video cuts, and visual content; define what "social-native" looks like for each platform and format.
- Support JSQ's employer brand social presence; build and grow the employee amplification program; create social toolkits (copy, assets, and posting guidance) that make it easy for the right internal voices to extend reach credibly.
- Design and operate AI workflows. Turn long-form content into platform-specific social assets at scale; use AI tools actively across production to free up time for strategic work; apply judgment to where automation creates leverage and where human voice is irreplaceable.
- Monitor performance across engagement, reach, follower growth, and brand impact; identify high-performing formats and emerging opportunities; use data to evolve strategy, not just report it.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years of social-first experience in B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute platform-specific strategies from scratch across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a track record of developing a distinct, consistent brand voice on social.
- Experience with employee amplification, employer brand programs, or internal social toolkits.
- Data-driven mindset: you track performance, draw real conclusions, and iterate from them.
- AI fluency: you're already using AI tools and automation to work faster and smarter — not just experimenting, but building workflows and processes that create real leverage.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution run in parallel.

We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Transaction and invoice volumes have roughly tripled over the last 18 months, and the complexity of how we recognize revenue and run order to cash has grown with them. We are looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Accounting & Order to Cash to own both the technical revenue accounting function and the end-to-end billing and collections operation, and to build the team, systems, and controls that let both scale with precision.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be the company’s authority on revenue recognition across our SaaS, professional services, and fund administration revenue streams, and you will own the full order to cash cycle: billing in Zone, daily cash application, AR, and collections, across our U.S., Canadian, Indian, and Luxembourg entities. You will lead a team across revenue and billing, and partner closely with Deal Desk, FP&A, Fund Administration, and CX.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set policy and defend technical positions with our external auditors, while staying close enough to the detail to own the hard judgments yourself.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Revenue Accounting and Technical Ownership
- Own ASC 606 revenue recognition across software subscription, professional services, and fund administration service revenue, including bundled arrangements where components carry different revenue treatment.
- Set and maintain revenue policy, the standalone selling price methodology, technical position papers, and the internal controls over revenue.
- Serve as our authority on complex and non-standard arrangements: multi-element deals, variable and usage-based fees, tiered and milestone billing, and contract modifications. Partner with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to structure deals for clean recognition before they close.
- Own the revenue close within a five business day cadence: deferred revenue roll-forwards, contract assets and liabilities, unbilled receivables, capitalized commissions under ASC 340-40, revenue and AR flux and variance analysis, and consolidation across our international entities.
- Lead all revenue and AR audit deliverables and personally defend technical positions with our external auditors.
- Partner with FP&A on revenue forecasting and the bridge from contracted to recognized revenue.
- Support acquisition integration, including purchase accounting for revenue.
Billing, Collections, and Order to Cash
- Own the end-to-end order to cash function: billing operations, daily cash application, AR aging, and collections, across our U.S.and Luxembourg entities.
- Partner with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations and Legal to manage billing and rev rec commercial terms for new business, renewals, amendments, expansions, contractions, co-terming, and mid-term contract change. That means the subscription is built correctly, the invoice is right the first time, and the revenue treatment follows what the contract actually says.
- Run complex billing at scale: tiered and variable pricing, usage-based charges, caps and overage, true-ups and true-downs, annual uplifts, and multi-year escalators and ramps.
- Scale billing operations to keep pace with step-change growth in transaction and invoice volume without losing accuracy or control, including throughput during peak quarterly fund administration billing cycles.
- Ensure clean handling of complex and non-standard invoices and credit memos, and review the team’s highest-risk billing before it reaches customers.
- Own DSO as a key KPI and manage it to be best in class for the industry. This means monitoring aging, escalating at-risk balances, and partnering with the business so that credit exposure is understood and managed upfront.
- Own credit risk and customer account health, including the decision to suspend service for non-payment.
- Own the operating metrics for the function: DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, invoice cycle time, billing error rate, cash application match rate, and revenue leakage. Baseline, target, actuals, and trend on each.
AI and Automation
- Treat AI as core to how this function runs, not a side project. We already have production Claude workflows in billing and revenue. Extend them and build the next set.
- Redesign the work rather than adopt tools. The measure is workload that no longer requires a person, not software we have licensed.
- Find the manual steps and replace them with system-driven ones. This is the single largest opportunity in the role.
Leadership, Systems, and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Lead and develop the revenue and billing team, building technical bench strength beneath you so that revenue recognition judgment is not a single point of failure.
- Own the revenue and billing systems roadmap across NetSuite, Zone, Salesforce, and Ironclad. You set requirements, make the design calls, and own prioritization; our systems team owns the build and configuration.
- Partner cross-functionally with Deal Desk on contract structuring, Legal on terms that affect recognition, FP&A on forecasting, and Fund Administration and Customer Experience on billing and collections.
- Own process improvement and the internal control environment across the full revenue and order to cash lifecycle, building toward a public company standard ahead of when it is required of us.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of progressive combined experience in revenue accounting and billing and collections leadership, including 5+ years of direct people management.
- Deep, hands-on ASC 606 expertise. You have personally owned and defended technical revenue recognition positions with external auditors, not only reviewed others’ work. Working knowledge of IFRS 15 and non-U.S. GAAP is a plus.
- Experience in both software and tech-enabled services. Private markets, fund administration, fund accounting, asset servicing, or fintech is a strong plus.
- Experience billing variable fees at scale: usage, consumption, or fees calculated on a fluctuating asset base, and billing in arrears. Able to efficiently manage high-volume contract modifications
- Proven track record scaling high-volume, complex billing and order to cash operations through rapid, step-change growth, in a multi-entity, multi-currency global environment.
- NetSuite required. Zone or an equivalent NetSuite-native billing system strongly preferred. Salesforce familiarity for contract, account, and opportunity detail; experience with a contract lifecycle management system such as Ironclad is valuable.
- Direct ownership of collections and accountability for a DSO target, with strong command of AR, cash application, and the metrics that govern them.
- Demonstrated use of AI to drive real efficiency across accounting and operations workflows. We are looking for measurable workflow redesign, not tool adoption alone.
- Experience leading a distributed team, including offshore.
- A track record of rebuilding a process, not only running one that already worked.
- Player-coach operating style: high standards, comfort with ambiguity and urgency, and the judgment to know which decisions to own personally and which to delegate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA strongly preferred. Public accounting foundation, with Big 4 or national firm a plus.
- Public company reporting experience, or experience preparing a private company for a transaction, is a plus.
COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 USD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
Benefits include:

- Life insurance
- Mental wellness coverage

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to help us scale our infrastructure and reliability practices as we grow our engineering org by 90+ people this year. You'll take ownership of reliability and observability for your team's systems, work hands-on across Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD, and partner with 16+ engineering teams to roll out standards and automation that reduce friction org-wide.
This role is for someone who's proactive by nature — you see a problem and go fix it without waiting to be asked. You're comfortable working across teams with different workflows and priorities, and you're already using AI tools as part of how you build, debug, and ship. You won't be working in a vacuum: you'll partner with a Staff-level architect and engineering leadership on the biggest calls, while owning execution and cross-team rollout yourself.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own reliability and observability across the organization — SLAs/SLOs, instrumentation, and on-call health
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure (Helm, EKS/ECS) and core AWS services (RDS/Aurora Postgres, networking, scaling)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Argo/Helm
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code standards (Terraform, and increasingly Crossplane) across multiple teams
- Partner with 16+ engineering teams to roll out new standards, tools, and processes — adapting the rollout to how each team actually works
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response/root-cause analysis for issues that cross team boundaries
- Use AI tools daily to work faster and more effectively, and help less AI-fluent teammates pick up the same habits
- Represent SRE's perspective in planning conversations with engineering leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 8-10 years of experience as a Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Background at smaller-to-mid-size, high-growth SaaS companies (Series A/B through C/D) — you know how to move fast and own ambiguity, not navigate a large, slow-moving org
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or ECS), GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Helm/Argo
- Real database experience with Postgres and DocumentDB (Mongo) across RDS/Aurora
- A track record of working cross-functionally — managing timelines, setting expectations, and collaborating with other teams' engineers, not just your own
- Already using AI as part of your actual workflow (coding, debugging, design)
Preferred
- Crossplane
- Datadog
What sets you apart
- Proactivity and bias to action — you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken
- Comfort driving change across teams with different priorities and some natural resistance
- Genuine fluency talking through your own technical decisions in depth — the "how" and "why," not just the "what"
COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 USD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
Benefits include:
- Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family
- Life insurance
- Mental wellness coverage
- Fertility and growing family support
- Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Tax Accountant on our Fund Tax Compliance team, you'll own the partnership tax compliance cycle for a portfolio of private funds — preparing workpapers for complex allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, and capital account maintenance. You will perform critical reviews of Form 1065 filings and investor K-1s to ensure absolute accuracy. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
In this role, you’ll own everything that engages target accounts across digital, paid media, social, direct mail, web, email, and more, orchestrated as a well-coordinated, multi-touch motion. You'll work as a key part of the unified pipeline organization, helping ensure our entire go-to-market motion engages accounts cohesively across all parts of the GTM motion. The right candidate will excel at building the account-based motion AI-first, using agents and automation as core infrastructure for how the team researches accounts, detects intent, personalizes outreach, and produces campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the demand generation engine. Stand up the demand gen programs, plays, data, and tooling that connect to and fuel the rest of the unified pipeline team — events and field marketing, SDRs, and sales associates — so that target accounts keep progressing through every stage of their journey.
- Make demand generation AI-native. Lead a demand motion built as a closed loop: agents research every target account, watch for trigger events like fund closes, executive moves, and competitor signals, and personalize outreach the moment a buying window opens. Channel-native creative is composed from canonical positioning, voice, and proof points rather than re-derived from scratch for each campaign, and spend reallocates on measured response so what works sharpens the next cycle.
- Break the demand generation playbook. The firms we're after are a small, sophisticated audience that tunes out generic marketing. You’ll need to go beyond the tried-and-true channels every demand gen playbook reaches for and invent unconventional programs, formats, and moments that earn attention and trust with this audience.
- Build and develop a high-performing, AI-fluent team. Hire, lead, and grow a team of campaign and channel marketers who work AI-first by default. Set clear ownership, coach for impact, and raise the bar on the quality and velocity of the work.
- Operationalize account targeting and tiering. Partner with sales to sharpen the ideal customer profile, select and prioritize target accounts, and align on shared goals and account priorities.
- Orchestrate across the motion. Build a tight operating rhythm with the outbound and field teams you sit alongside, so that targeting, account status, and next steps stay shared and the full motion moves accounts forward together.
- Own the number. Be accountable for the pipeline your programs create, and define and report on the metrics that matter — account progression, pipeline created, and win rate.
- Own the budget. Allocate ABM and channel spend, including agency investment, to the highest-return programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leading account-based or demand generation teams and managing people. You've built and scaled a function, not just run programs within one.
- Proven success running account-based marketing, including owning account targeting and tiering, building tiered program models, and driving measurable pipeline from named accounts.
- Experience working in an AI-forward environment and a demonstrated track record of applying AI to do the work better and faster.
- Deep multi-channel expertise across paid, digital, social, direct mail, web, content, and lifecycle, with a strong grasp of how channels work together to move an account forward.
- Experience leading agency or vendor relationships as an extension of an in-house team.
- A strong partnership orientation with sales, and fluency in how SDRs, AEs, and sales teams operate against named accounts.
- Sharp analytical and measurement skills. You define success in terms of pipeline and revenue, not activity, and you manage budget to return.
- Fluency with a modern, AI-native GTM stack, including data enrichment and orchestration (e.g., Clay), signal and intent platforms (e.g., Common Room, 6sense), marketing automation, and CRM.
- A builder's mindset, meaning you are energized by standing things up, creating structure, and operating with ambiguity.
- Experience in fintech or other complex enterprise SaaS is preferred. Familiarity with private markets (private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, etc.) is a plus.

We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a highly experienced and autonomous Group Product Manager to own our newest product (Dex), an intelligent AI-native data warehouse for private markets. This is a flagship zero-to-one role where you will define the vision and multi-year strategy for one of the most consequential product areas at Juniper Square, operate as the lead product voice, and drive the data foundation that powers both our external products and our internal fund administration operations.
This product is how Juniper Square turns the fragmented, document-heavy reality of private markets data into a clean, structured, trustworthy foundation. It touches some of the hardest problems in the domain: ingesting and parsing ware documents and data feeds from dozens of source systems, classifying and extracting structured data, mapping and enriching it against a private-markets data model, validating it to a standard our customers can rely on, and distributing it to the apps, agents, and people who depend on it. You will own this entire pipeline and define how this product serves as the data backbone for Juniper Square’s apps, AI agents, and managed services.
AI fluency is a baseline expectation. PMs at this level should be comfortable using the full range of modern tools (e.g. LLMs, Cursor, Claude) to move faster and make sharper decisions. That might mean orchestrating AI agents to synthesize customer feedback into working hypotheses, building functional prototypes before writing requirements, or using coding agents to submit pull requests for engineering. The expectation is sound judgment about what will get to the best outcome for the customer and the team.
This role would benefit from in-person collaboration in San Francisco, where many of our product management, design, and engineering personnel are based, although we also welcome exceptional candidates from elsewhere in the United States and Canada.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take a new product zero-to-one: Transform Dex from an idea into a reality. Bring the entrepreneurial craft, energy, and spirit that a new product requires.
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap: Define the multi-year vision and strategy for Dex as both an external product and the internal backbone for Juniper Square’s fund administration operations. Sequence the roadmap optimally for Dex to scale across new use cases and customer profiles.
- Talk to customers: Spend meaningful time with the GPs who depend on clean, aggregated data, as well as with our internal fund administration team. Use customer insights to challenge and ultimately sharpen strategic direction.
- Lead cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, fund administration, customer success, sales, forward-deployed AI development teams, and executive stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure execution serves both the business and the customer. Dex is a shared foundation, so alignment across stakeholder groups is critical.
- Ship end-to-end: Take problems from discovery through delivery. Plan projects, define requirements, and motivate those building solutions with an understanding of the "why" and the "what" to inspire their ownership of the "how." Work with our go-to-market and fund administration teams to drive adoption of new capabilities and ultimately realize their business value.
- Harness the power of AI: Dex enables customers to use AI to derive value from previously scattered and unstructured data. Own the product direction for AI-powered capabilities across the pipeline - agentic document ingestion, automated classification and extraction, intelligent mapping and enrichment, human-in-the-loop review, search and retrieval, and AI-driven data insights.
- Simplify complexity: Private markets data is genuinely hard - inconsistent formats across administrators, unstructured documents, complex fund structures, and a high bar for accuracy because everything downstream depends on it. Take on the hardest problems in the domain and deliver solutions that feel simple.
- Be a leader: Set direction across multiple workstreams and engineering teams. Provide mentorship and product leadership to other PMs working in and adjacent to the domain, and raise the bar for product craft across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle.
- Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a zero-to-one context.
- Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion and extraction, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality and validation.
- Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline.
- Fluency with LLMs and common AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) - you should be able to run your own prototypes and use AI to get work done faster than a traditional PM workflow would allow.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike.
- Track record of leading through influence - ideally mentoring or managing other product managers - and setting strategy that multiple teams execute against.
COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The base salary range for this role is $230,000 - $270,000 USD and $200,000 - $240,000 CAD.
- Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies

We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior Product Designer to join our team, embedded within a core product squad with broad scope across our platform. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will own the end-to-end user experience for your product area, drive meaningful contributions to our design system, and partner closely with product managers and engineers to ship work that makes a real difference for our customers.
AI fluency is a baseline expectation. Designers at this level should be comfortable across the full range of modern design tools, including AI. That might mean starting in an LLM to frame a problem, building a quick prototype in Cursor or Claude Code to explore an interaction, or going to Figma to produce a polished developer reference. The expectation is sound judgment about what will get to the best outcome for the customer and the team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Work End to End Produce work in whatever form best serves the team and engineering, whether that's annotated flows, coded prototypes, LLM-generated specs with design system context loaded, or Figma files when a polished developer reference is needed. When handing off to engineering, ensure files are complete, accurate, and consistent with our design system. The starting point matters less than the outcome: your output should reflect the kind of judgment and taste that distinguishes considered design from generated templates.
Simplify Complexity Take on hard problems in your product domain and deliver solutions that feel simple. Our users work with sophisticated financial data and workflows. The complexity lives in the craft, not the interface.
Design for AI-Driven Features Contribute to the UX of AI-powered capabilities across our product suite, including proactive recommendations, generative summaries, and predictive insights. Get the trust and transparency details right so these features feel reliable to enterprise customers, not like a black box.
Generate and Apply Insights Conduct research and interpret product analytics to uncover real user needs and measure the impact of your designs. Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and treat research as a velocity tool rather than a gate.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure design execution serves both the business and the user. Own the design relationship with your product area end to end.
Strengthen the Design System Continuously improve and expand our design system, advocating for consistency and pattern reuse across the product suite. Collaborate with peers on the design team to give and receive feedback, raising the collective craft of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS

Comfort with AI-powered tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code) is equally important, even if you are not writing production code.
- Experience designing for AI/ML-driven features with strong attention to trust, explainability, and error states.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality work without requiring significant direction.
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and visual, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to engineers, PMs, and executives alike.
- A portfolio that showcases deep UX thinking, clear user journeys, and a high degree of visual polish.
