Staff Product Manager — Agentic Products
Loop · San Francisco, CA, USA
Pay

About Loop: Loop is an agentic AI platform for the back office of the real economy. Founded in 2022, we're trusted by 300+ brands powering thousands of locations across the US, backed by a $14M Series A led by Nyca Partners, with teams in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bengaluru.
We're built by a world-class team. Several of us are ex-founders who scaled our own companies to multiple millions in ARR before joining hands at Loop to execute on a bigger shared vision — alongside operators and AI engineers from Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Uber, Google, Amazon, and McKinsey.
We believe agentic products are the future of the software-human interface, and restaurants were only the beginning. Flat hierarchy, lean high-impact team, radical ownership, no bureaucracy — this is your chance to help steer the rocketship.
About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap, execution, discovery, and vision for Loop's agentic products — and help define what the next generation of agent-driven software looks like.
You'll start with our flagship agentic BI product, leading its expansion from restaurants into a horizontal platform for every industry. But we won't cap you there — over time, you could set strategy across most of our agentic portfolio.
This role sits alongside leadership. One day you're aligning with the CRO on revenue projections and pressure-testing the market thesis with the leadership team; the next you're pair-building a new agent flow with an engineer and putting a working prototype in front of a design partner by end of day. If you want to build category-defining products with real executive air cover and no ceiling on your impact, this is the seat.

If you want to build category-defining products with real executive air cover and no ceiling on your impact, this is the seat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own Loop's agentic product strategy — roadmap, discovery, execution, and vision — starting with agentic BI and expanding across the portfolio
- Be accountable for outcomes: adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue
- Run world-class discovery and prioritize ruthlessly — decide what we build, and what we don't
- Own the product experience end to end. Drive UX and design decisions, and shape how we staff design and engineering against the roadmap
- Zoom in, zoom out — from market sizing, pricing, and sales projections to writing specs, testing releases, and fixing bugs with AI coding agents
- Ship fast with engineering; use AI coding agents to prototype, validate, and unblock — writing code yourself when it helps
- Set the bar for what "agentic" means at Loop — how our products reason, act, and earn trust
- 6-10+ years in product, including staff-level impact
- A track record of taking a product from early traction to real scale, with a clear entrepreneurial streak — ideally built at fast-growing AI-product companies (or you've scaled one yourself)
- Deep, hands-on AI fluency. A point of view on where agent-driven software is heading, and able to build with AI coding agents — comfortable enough in a codebase to prototype, test releases, and fix bugs
- Exceptional at discovery, roadmapping, and ruthless prioritization, with the range to move from strategy to execution
- Can engage customers across the spectrum — from hands-on users to C-level decision-makers — and hold your own with company leadership
- Enterprising, ambitious, hard-working, and creative. You default to ownership and move fast
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site)
- Experience building agentic or AI-native products that reason and act — not just surface information
- Experience taking a product horizontal, or launching multiple product lines
- A background blending product with engineering, data science, consulting, or founding
- Familiarity with analytics / BI, or the restaurant & retail back office

About The Role
$300 - 400,000 OTE
As VP of Sales, you will build and scale the commercial engine that takes Loop from a high-growth startup into the defining AI platform for operators across restaurants and beyond.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the execution of our sales strategy, build a world-class sales organization and create the operating cadence that consistently delivers predictable revenue growth.
This is not a role for someone who simply inherits a mature sales machine.
We're looking for a builder.
You'll refine our sales methodology, improve forecasting accuracy, recruit exceptional talent, coach frontline leaders and create a culture where high performance becomes the standard. You'll spend time with customers, in deals, on calls and alongside your team—not behind dashboards.
You'll personally help close strategic opportunities, recruit outstanding sales talent, develop future sales leaders and build the systems that allow Loop to scale from today's business into one serving tens of thousands of customers across multiple industries.
You'll lead Account Executives across multiple customer segments while helping shape future Sales Development and Sales Leadership as the company grows.
Working closely with the CRO, CEO and leadership team, you'll become one of the key leaders responsible for turning ambitious growth plans into predictable commercial execution.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead and scale Loop's sales organization across Account Executives, Sales Development and future sales leadership.
- Deliver predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and execution.
- Build repeatable sales motions across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customer segments.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and develop exceptional sales talent while continuously raising the performance bar.
- Coach sales managers and Account Executives through complex sales cycles, negotiations and customer engagements.
- Personally participate in strategic customer meetings and help close the company's highest-value opportunities.
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency, coaching and commercial excellence.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline health and revenue visibility, providing leadership with accurate forecasts and operational insight.
- Develop scalable sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, deal inspection processes and operating rhythms that improve win rates, shorten sales cycles and increase average contract value.
- Own territory planning, quota design, capacity planning and sales resource allocation.
- Operate AI-first by default. Leverage AI across account research, pipeline inspection, forecasting, proposal generation, CRM hygiene, coaching, call analysis and sales productivity.
- Partner closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, campaign effectiveness and pipeline generation.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure outstanding customer onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion opportunities.
- Work alongside Product and Engineering to ensure customer feedback directly influences roadmap priorities and product development.
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, compensation planning, headcount planning and commercial performance metrics.
- Drive CRM excellence and sales discipline, ensuring Salesforce remains the trusted operating system for the commercial organization.
- Help shape pricing strategy, packaging, commercial policies and enterprise negotiation frameworks.
- Build leadership succession within the sales organization by developing future managers and senior commercial leaders.
You are most likely a strong candidate for this role if you:
- Have significant sales leadership experience within high-growth SaaS, AI or enterprise software companies.
- Have successfully built and scaled sales organizations rather than simply managing established teams.
- Have personally carried and exceeded quota earlier in your career and understand what great selling looks like firsthand.
- Have recruited exceptional Account Executives and built high-performing sales cultures.
- Understand how different customer segments require different sales motions, commercial strategies and operating rhythms.
- Are highly commercial and understand the financial drivers behind customer buying decisions, ROI and value creation.
- Build systems rather than relying on individual heroics. You create repeatable, scalable sales engines that consistently outperform.
- Think in metrics and operating discipline. Pipeline quality, conversion rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, sales cycle length, win rates and customer acquisition efficiency all matter.
- Are AI-native. You actively use AI to improve sales productivity, coaching, forecasting, account planning and operational excellence.
- Are comfortable coaching a new Account Executive one hour and negotiating with executive buyers the next.
- Demonstrate Loop's cultural defaults: radical ownership, customer obsession, speed, intellectual honesty and relentless execution.
- Thrive in ambiguity and genuinely enjoy building functions from the ground up.
Having one or more of the following makes you a preferred candidate:

About Loop
Loop is an agentic restaurant intelligence software that augments the back office of restaurant chains by automating workflows and delivering intelligence across the finance, operations and marketing functions. Loop deploys AI agents built by our in-house team of AI engineers, strategists and subject matter experts into restaurant brands - bringing industry best practices in handling complex internal functions. We have offices in San Francisco, New York, Tampa and India.
Loop is one of the fastest growing restaurant technology companies powering a few billion dollars in revenue and growing to serve 10K+ restaurants within 3 years across some of the most recognizable brands of the USA, helping them grow their topline & bottomline.
Loop has built by a world class team of entrepreneurs, operators, leaders and AI engineers from different industries, ranging from cutting edge big-tech, management consulting, investment banking among others across companies like Uber, Google, Amazon, McKinsey and others.
About The Role
Finance is one of the few functions that touches every meaningful decision a company makes.
Hiring. Product investment. Pricing. Expansion. Fundraising. Cash management. Every one of them ultimately becomes a finance decision.
As Vice President of Finance, you'll build the financial operating system that helps guide Loop through its next stage of growth. This isn't about reporting what happened last month. It's about helping determine what happens over the next three years.
You'll work directly alongside the founders, shaping company strategy through financial insight, commercial thinking and disciplined execution. You'll build the operating model, own the planning cadence, prepare the board materials, support investor conversations and ensure every major decision is grounded in robust financial analysis.
This is a builder's role.
You won't inherit a large finance organisation. You'll build the operating model yourself. You'll create the first board packs yourself. You'll own the forecasting process yourself. You'll establish the systems, discipline and financial infrastructure that will support the business as it scales.
The right person enjoys moving effortlessly between strategy and execution—comfortable presenting to investors in the morning, building a three-statement model after lunch, and partnering with Product, Sales or Engineering before the day ends.
If you're looking to hide behind spreadsheets, this isn't the role.
If you want to become one of the key people helping build an iconic AI company from the inside, we'd love to speak with you.

- Can explain complex financial concepts simply and influence leaders who don't come from finance backgrounds.
- Enjoy solving ambiguous problems where there isn't a textbook answer.

- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle across strategic accounts—from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, procurement, legal review, executive alignment and close.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on winning large enterprise restaurant brands while expanding long-term strategic partnerships across existing customers.
- Build executive relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CMOs and other senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial advisor rather than a software vendor.
- Lead highly consultative discovery to understand customer strategy, operational challenges and commercial priorities before positioning solutions.
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating measurable financial outcomes, operational improvements and return on investment.
- Navigate complex buying committees involving executive sponsors, finance, procurement, legal, information security and technical stakeholders.
- Generate enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive networking, referrals, industry events and account-based selling.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure customer insight influences product strategy and go-to-market execution.
- Own accurate forecasting, territory planning and pipeline management through Salesforce, maintaining exceptional forecast discipline.

You are most likely a strong candidate for this role if you:

- Have successfully closed complex six figure enterprise software agreements.
- Have experience selling to C-suite executives within large enterprise organisations.
- Understand how to navigate long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, procurement, legal and technical teams.

- Think commercially before thinking tactically, understanding customer business models, operational challenges and financial drivers.
- Can confidently communicate with executive stakeholders across finance, operations and technology functions.
- Have exceptional negotiation skills and commercial judgement.
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where process is built alongside execution
- Operate with a founder mentality, taking ownership beyond your territory and helping improve how the business sells.
Having one or more of the following makes you a preferred candidate, in addition to the above:
- Experience selling enterprise software into restaurant, hospitality, retail or other multi-location businesses.
- Experience selling AI, workflow automation, analytics or operational technology platforms.
- Previous experience as an early enterprise sales hire at a high-growth venture-backed company.
- A proven history of consistently achieving President's Club or equivalent top-performer recognition.
- Experience building enterprise sales playbooks, account strategies or commercial processes within scaling organisations.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management or Command of the Message.
- Experience managing complex commercial negotiations involving legal, procurement and executive leadership.
- You have previously succeeded within highly selective organisations, whether in enterprise software, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, big technology or similarly high-performance environments.

About The Role
Loop is redefining how enterprise restaurant brands operate through AI. Our customers aren't buying another piece of software—they're fundamentally changing how critical operational, financial and marketing workflows run across hundreds or thousands of locations.
We're looking for an exceptional enterprise seller who wants to build something meaningful.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales, Account Executive, you'll own strategic relationships with some of the largest restaurant organisations in North America, partnering directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Technology and Marketing. You'll lead complex commercial engagements from first conversation through executive alignment, procurement, negotiation and long-term account growth.
This is a senior enterprise sales role. You'll help define how Loop wins enterprise customers, shape our commercial playbook, influence product direction through customer insight, and play a key role in building the enterprise sales organisation as we scale.
The people who succeed here don't wait for opportunities—they create them. They thrive in complex sales environments, build trusted executive relationships, challenge customer thinking, and are motivated by helping customers solve meaningful business problems. If you're looking to build a category-defining AI company rather than simply carry a quota, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle across strategic accounts—from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, procurement, legal review, executive alignment and close.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on winning large enterprise restaurant brands while expanding long-term strategic partnerships across existing customers.
- Build executive relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CMOs and other senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial advisor rather than a software vendor.
- Lead highly consultative discovery to understand customer strategy, operational challenges and commercial priorities before positioning solutions.
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating measurable financial outcomes, operational improvements and return on investment.
- Navigate complex buying committees involving executive sponsors, finance, procurement, legal, information security and technical stakeholders.
- Generate enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive networking, referrals, industry events and account-based selling.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure customer insight influences product strategy and go-to-market execution.
- Own accurate forecasting, territory planning and pipeline management through Salesforce, maintaining exceptional forecast discipline.
- Represent Loop at executive meetings, customer events and industry conferences, strengthening our reputation within the restaurant technology ecosystem.
- Help build the enterprise sales function by contributing to sales methodology, commercial playbooks, competitive positioning and best practices as the organisation grows.
You are most likely a strong candidate for this role if you:
- Have 8-15 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
- Have successfully closed complex six figure enterprise software agreements.
- Have experience selling to C-suite executives within large enterprise organisations.
- Understand how to navigate long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, procurement, legal and technical teams.
- Build pipeline independently through strategic prospecting, relationships and executive networking rather than relying solely on inbound demand.
