What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10-15 years of experience in Custom processor / ASIC Product Engineering, Test Engineering, DFT, or Technology Characterization. Demonstrated success managing or leading engineering teams, preferably across geographies. Strong understanding of: Product Engineering and Test Development Design‑for‑Test (DFT) Semiconductor devices and process technology Quality and reliability practices Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and drive cross‑functional alignment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or PhD in EE/CS (experience level dependent). Experience hiring and building new teams or leading organizational expansion. Experience supporting hyperscale or large enterprise customers. Experience working with global or distributed engineering teams. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 185,390 - 277,700, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
