Role Overview
You would be the first Talent hire at Method responsible for running the full lifecycle of building the best team at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and national security. The main responsibility of this role initially is recruitment. Method is experiencing massive growth and needs to significantly expand the team in a short period of time. This role requires a leader who wants to both grind in the weeds to make that happen, but also strategically make the machine in the process. You'll work directly with the Co-Founders, Hiring Managers, and engineers to source, qualify, and close the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through closing and onboarding.
Build exceptional candidate pipelines across technical and business roles.
Partner with co-founders and hiring managers to define roles, assess talent, and maintain a high hiring bar.
Be the tip of the spear for demonstrating what the culture at Method is like.
Create a fast, rigorous, and compelling candidate experience.
Build scalable recruiting systems while staying deeply hands-on in critical searches.
Identify hiring obstacles and take ownership of solving them.
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting or another field requiring strong talent judgment and persuasion.
High agency, urgency, judgment, and follow-through.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Resourceful, organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Role Overview
As USCYBERCOM Growth Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading Method’s engagement across U.S. Cyber Command and the broader Cyber Mission Force.
Your principal responsibility will be identifying operational problems Method is uniquely positioned to solve and turning those opportunities into funded, enduring programs. You will own the account from initial customer engagement through opportunity shaping, capture, proposal development, contract award, and expansion.
This is a full-stack role spanning account strategy, customer engagement, business development, capture, proposal development, acquisition strategy, and internal coordination. It is designed for a dynamic, well-rounded leader who understands the cyber mission and is passionate about changing the game in cybersecurity.
You will be at the tip of the spear for identifying product-possible value, customer opportunities, and improvements to the business. You will work directly with Method’s founders, growth leadership, engineers, cyber operators, and deployment teams to translate mission needs into demonstrations, proposals, acquisition pathways, and operational deployments.
The right candidate will engage deeply with Method’s product, engage operator and senior leaders, personally craft to proposals, navigate the requirements and acquisition process, and remain accountable for moving opportunities through contract award.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute Method’s account strategy across USCYBERCOM, the Cyber Mission Force, subordinate headquarters, service cyber components, and relevant requirements and acquisition organizations.
Manage customer stakeholders from operators and technical experts to senior executives, ensuring Method is gaining traction within the organization and solving critical problems.
Develop trusted relationships with operational leaders, technical stakeholders, requirements owners, acquisition professionals, funding stakeholders, and industry partners.
Lead customer discovery sessions, executive briefings, technical exchanges, demonstrations, exercises, and follow-on engagements.
Translate operational problems into clear use cases, concepts of operation, white papers, statements of work, acquisition strategies, and proposals.
Take a hands-on role in writing and coordinating responses to RFIs, RFPs, CSOs, BAAs, and other government solicitations.
Shape transition strategies that move Method from demonstrations and prototypes into enduring programs and recurring operational contracts.
Grow existing programs by identifying adjacent missions, users, organizations, and acquisition pathways.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Mission Operations, and Design teams on customer requirements, capability improvements, and new product opportunities.
Represent Method at relevant exercises, conferences, working groups, and senior-level engagements.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of relevant experience in cyber operations, capability development, acquisition, program management, government growth, or defense capture.
Significant experience working within or directly supporting USCYBERCOM, the Cyber Mission Force, a service cyber component, or a closely aligned national-security organization.
Deep understanding of USCYBERCOM’s missions, organizational structure, operational priorities, requirements processes, and stakeholder environment.
Demonstrated ability to shape and capture federal opportunities and establish funding pathways for emerging technologies.
Experience translating operational requirements into acquisition strategies, executable programs, and persuasive proposals.
Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, from operators and engineers to senior government executives.
A highly autonomous operating style with a proactive eye for customer, product, and business opportunities.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with limited structure.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 35%.
Nice to Haves
Former senior military or civilian experience within USCYBERCOM or a closely aligned organization.
Established credibility with stakeholders across USCYBERCOM directorates, CNMF, JFHQ-C, service cyber components, and relevant acquisition organizations.

Role Overview
As a Deployment Strategist at Method, you will be responsible for managing customer engagements with some of the most critical security teams in the world. Your principle responsibility is ensuring customers win with their deployment of Method platform as the point person for managing the tactical customer relationship. This is a full stack role across account management, business expansion, technical analysis, product opportunities, and user support - it is for a dynamic, well-rounded individual who is passionate about changing the game in cybersecurity. At Method Security we forward deploy much of our Engineering team, but in this role you will be at the tip of the spear for identifying product-possible value, customer opportunities, and improvements to the business.
You likely are currently are at a top tier consulting firm or running some operations function at a tech company and want to get closer to a critical mission and flex your analytical skills.
You have a technical counterpart in the Mission Operations Engineer role which is responsible for the technical delivery, administration, and extension of Method platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer stakeholders from analysts to executives to ensure Method is gaining traction within the organization and solving critical problems.
Project manage the deployment to minimize friction of Method platform adoption.
Leverage Method platform for performing analysis in conjunction with users to accelerate adoption.
Become an expert in Method platform for both increasing its usage with customers and assisting in BD outreach.
Train users to be self-sufficient and skilled in Method.
Identify business and workflow opportunities with customers in support of BD and product innovation respectively.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams on bugs, improvements, and completely new product ideas.
Qualifications
Experience working at a fast-paced consulting or tech organization.
Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interest in working the the field of cybersecurity.

Role Overview
As a Mission Operations Engineer at Method, you'll be responsible for the technical delivery of Method platform and directly working with users to ensure their deployment is generating impact. It is a unique mix of solution architecture, user enablement, reliability engineering, and security tool development. Tactically, day-to-day, this means administering Method platform, training users, troubleshooting, understanding user workflows and pain points, and developing new security tools as the tip of the spear. Strategically, you are the technical lead for customers, and you turn a deep understanding of their mission into platform and business advantages.
You have a technical background (CS degree or cyber security degree) and want to maintain your technical chops while getting much closer to users. Likely you are currently at a top tier business consulting firm, in a fast paced cyber analyst role, or are a very technical sales engineer.
You do not have to have a security background but you must be deeply curious and have a strong interest in learning cyber security.
You have a business counterpart in the Deployment Lead role which is responsible for the overall customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, debug, and integrate Method platform into customer environments and security stacks.
Troubleshoot Method Platform operations with users.
Map and understand technical workflows from users and create solutions with Method Engineering to enable users.
Develop security tools to integrate directly into Method Platform to unlock new value with users.
Create and manage test range environments for onboarding, training, and testing.
Serve as the customer facing technical and security expert.
Collaborate with engineers to develop new features and user experiences for all customers.
Qualifications
Deep curiosity about how systems work and obsession over the details.
Ready to commit serious time and attention to becoming a security expert.
Proficiency in software development and prototyping. Experience in Python and Go is preferred.
High agency mindset to proactively identify issues and solve them self-service.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and their impact to non-security stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in an infosec organization, with strong familiarity with security workflows, tools, and automation.
Familiarity with container security, cloud security, or other infrastructure-focused security domains.
Familiarity with offensive security.
Base Salary Range: $140,000-$190,000

Role Overview
As a Product focused Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for taking user-facing feature ideas from concept all the way to delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create features, to include frontend interfaces and backend logic, that are not only functional but are also user-centered, supporting our mission to provide superior defenses. This role calls for someone who can independently manage projects, troubleshoot effectively, and work across the stack.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy backend and frontend features with a focus on high-quality code and maintainability.
Ownership of projects from conception to delivery, effectively managing any blockers or challenges along the way.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to create user-friendly workflows and ensure that the user experience aligns with our core values.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and continuously improve our development processes.
Work directly with end users to ensure that Method is meeting operational needs and solving real world problems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in web development, with a strong preference for proficiency in React and Typescript.

Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration in a distributed team.
