Job Overview:
Omada has a dedicated AI Transformation & Enablement organization focused on embedding AI directly into how business functions operate. Rather than acting as a centralized innovation lab disconnected from day-to-day operations, this team deploys senior engineers directly into functions to partner with teams, understand their workflows, and build production AI systems that drive measurable business impact.
Finance is the next major deployment.
As the Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer supporting Finance, you will operate as the embedded AI engineering partner for the Finance organization — attending planning reviews, close cycles, forecasting discussions, operational reviews, and executive preparation processes to deeply understand how Finance operates today and how AI can transform it tomorrow. This is a 0→1 build with a team behind you, focused on turning ambiguous, high-value finance problems into production systems used by executives and operators every day. You will own each agent end-to-end: from discovery and prototyping, to shipping, monitoring, and iterating.
You will partner closely with the Sr. Director, Strategic Finance, who owns the Finance AI roadmap and business prioritization, while remaining part of Omada’s AI Transformation & Enablement engineering organization, where you will receive technical leadership, architecture guidance, peer collaboration, and engineering support from other Forward Deployed Engineers solving similar challenges across the company.
This role is highly cross-functional and combines elements of AI engineering, systems integration, workflow automation, product thinking, business partnership, and organizational enablement. You will design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-powered systems that help Finance teams operate more efficiently, improve accuracy and consistency, accelerate decision-making, and scale institutional knowledge.
The systems you build will operate within a highly regulated and compliance-sensitive environment that includes SOX, HIPAA, security, and data governance considerations. As part of the AI Transformation & Enablement organization, you will help shape the standards, governance patterns, and operational practices that define responsible enterprise AI adoption at Omada.
What You’ll Own:
Finance AI Integration & Knowledge Layer
Design and build the Finance-specific AI integration layer that connects AI systems to enterprise finance platforms, operational data, and institutional knowledge sources.
This includes:
Integrating AI systems with platforms such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, FloQast, AWS, and internal data warehouses
Building retrieval and knowledge systems over financial documentation, board materials, KPI definitions, investor communications, and forecasting models
Developing reusable AI workflow and orchestration patterns for Finance use cases
Enabling conversational and natural-language interaction with operational and financial data
Partnering with central Engineering and AI platform teams to adopt and extend shared AI infrastructure patterns
You will design systems that allow Finance teams to progressively own configuration, evaluation, and operational management of AI workflows over time.
AI-Powered Financial Quality & Controls
Build AI-enabled quality assurance and validation systems that improve confidence, consistency, and operational rigor across Finance workflows.
Examples include:
Metric reconciliation across reporting materials and presentations
Narrative and KPI consistency validation
Financial calculation verification
Reporting integrity and formatting validation
AI-assisted review workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight
Evaluation and auditability patterns supporting SOX-aligned processes where applicable
You will help establish evaluation frameworks and review processes that ensure AI systems are reliable, measurable, and operationally trustworthy.
Operational Intelligence & Automation
Develop AI systems that continuously analyze operational and financial processes to surface insights, anomalies, optimization opportunities, and business risks.
Areas may include:
Cost and spend monitoring
Vendor and procurement analysis
Contract and compliance monitoring
Pricing and operational trend analysis
Cloud and AI platform cost optimization
Automated summarization, alerting, and root-cause analysis
You will focus on delivering practical AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and support faster, more informed decision-making.
Market, Earnings & Strategic Intelligence
Build AI-powered intelligence capabilities that help Finance leadership monitor external market activity and prepare executive-level materials more efficiently.
Examples include:
Monitoring competitor activity, earnings calls, filings, and analyst commentary
Supporting benchmarking and market intelligence workflows
Assisting with earnings preparation, executive Q&A, and board preparation workflows
Cross-referencing and validating data across financial narratives, trend reporting, and investor-facing materials
Financial Workflow & Narrative Automation
Develop AI-enabled workflows that accelerate operational execution and reduce manual effort across recurring Finance processes.
Examples may include:
Monthly and quarterly reporting commentary
Flash reports and KPI summaries
Forecast and enrollment analysis
Revenue and operational model validation
Executive memo and board material drafting support
You will partner closely with Finance SMEs to ensure workflows remain operationally accurate, transparent, and trusted.
AI Evaluation, Enablement & Adoption
Enable Finance teams to effectively evaluate, use, and extend AI systems over time.
This includes:
Building evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and quality scorecards
Establishing operational review and feedback loops
Training Finance SMEs on AI evaluation and workflow management
Promoting transparency around AI capabilities, limitations, and reliability
Helping Finance teams grow long-term AI fluency and operational ownership
Success in this role is not just measured by systems you build, but by how effectively the organization adopts and scales them.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Operating Model:
This role operates with two closely connected partnership models by design.
From a business perspective, you will be deeply embedded within the Finance organization and aligned to Finance priorities, workflows, operational rhythms, and strategic initiatives. The Sr. Director, Strategic Finance will own roadmap prioritization and business outcomes for Finance AI initiatives.
From a technical perspective, you will remain part of Omada’s AI Transformation & Enablement engineering organization, where you will collaborate with other Forward Deployed Engineers, participate in shared architectural standards, receive technical mentorship and code review, and contribute reusable patterns that scale across other functions.
You will regularly partner across:
Finance
Accounting
IT
Security & Compliance
Data & Engineering

Long-term growth opportunity: This role evolves from hands-on builder into strategic architect and AI transformation leader over time
Tools & Technologies:
We do not expect expertise in every tool on day one, but you should be comfortable learning and working across a modern enterprise AI ecosystem.
Examples include:
AI and orchestration frameworks
Python services and APIs
AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
Enterprise Finance platforms and operational systems
Data warehouses and analytics environments
AI evaluation and observability tooling
Workflow automation and integration platforms
Governance, access control, and enterprise AI operational tooling
What Great Looks Like:
Builds strong trusted partnerships with Finance leaders and subject matter experts
Delivers production-ready AI systems that create measurable operational impact

Creates AI workflows that are understandable, auditable, and operationally sustainable
Enables Finance teams to independently evaluate and operate AI-assisted workflows over time
Operates effectively in ambiguity and turns loosely defined problems into scalable solutions
Communicates AI capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Contributes reusable patterns and operational practices that scale AI adoption across the organization
Demonstrates strong judgment in compliance-sensitive environments involving financial and operational data
Embodies Omada values through collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and execution

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Job overview
Omada Health is seeking a Director to drive the day-to-day execution and operations of our GLP-1 solutions within our broader cardiometabolic platform. This leader will help translate Omada’s GLP-1 strategy into clear plans, workflows, and cross-functional routines that support rapid, high-quality scale. Working closely with the VP and key stakeholders, you will coordinate across product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our GLP-1 program delivers measurable impact for members, customers, and Omada.
You will love this job if you enjoy turning complex strategies into structured execution, working in a fast-paced ever changing market, improving processes, enabling teams to perform at a high level, and driving accountable follow-through in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Key responsibilities
Team operations and ways of working
Partner with the VP to establish and maintain operating cadences, meeting structures, and communication norms for the GLP-1 program team and key cross-functional stakeholders.
Implement and refine processes and tools that support collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across product, clinical, data, engineering, and marketing partners.
Help ensure GLP-1 program work is integrated with core Omada teams and workflows so that the program remains aligned with Omada’s broader cardiometabolic care model and member experience.
Program execution and performance
Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 program initiatives, converting strategy and ideas into clear project plans, timelines, and ownership.
Track and report on program OKRs and KPIs, including member outcomes, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer results, surfacing risks and opportunities early.
Develop and manage lightweight reporting and dashboards that provide visibility to Omada’s executive leaders and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of program performance and priorities.
Identify and drive discrete improvement projects (e.g., workflow changes, automation opportunities, process updates) that support high-quality scale of GLP-1 and cardiometabolic care.
Cross-functional coordination
Coordinate across clinical, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and regulatory partners to keep GLP-1 program work aligned, unblocked, and advancing.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support execution of GLP-1-related go-to-market and customer programs, including direct-to-employer and PBM channels.
Maintain regular feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external customers to capture insights on member experience, operational performance, and market needs, and channel those into program iteration.
Market and program insight
Build and maintain a practical understanding of Omada’s GLP-1 programs, cardiometabolic care platform, and business model, including how GLP-1 care integrates with Omada’s virtual clinic for diabetes, hypertension, and related conditions.
Stay current on GLP-1 and obesity care market trends across pharmaceutical manufacturers, digital health programs, and payer, PBM, and employer channels, and use these insights to inform execution priorities and stakeholder communication.
Support the VP and other leaders with concise input and perspectives that connect market signals to operational implications for Omada’s GLP-1 program.
Values and leadership
Model Omada’s values by cultivating trust, seeking context, acting boldly, delivering results, succeeding together, and keeping the mission at the center of daily work.
Foster a supportive, accountable environment for team members and partners, providing clear expectations and feedback and helping remove operational barriers to performance.
Required experience and traits
Experience: 10–12+ years in digital health, health technology, or a related healthcare environment, with 3–5+ years leading complex program or operations work in high-growth or rapidly changing settings.
Program and operational leadership: Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional programs, establish and maintain operating routines, and drive clarity and follow-through without needing to own overall company strategy.
Performance and analytics orientation: Experience defining and tracking program metrics, using data to identify issues and opportunities, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging from frontline teams to executive audiences.
Product and market familiarity: Understanding of digital health products, virtual care models, and cardiometabolic or chronic disease programs; experience with GLP-1s or obesity/chronic disease management is a plus but not required.
Adaptability: Comfort operating in ambiguity and changing priorities, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Bias for speed with judgment: Ability to move quickly and make pragmatic decisions, while understanding the difference between irreversible, high-impact decisions and reversible, iterative choices.
Benefits:
Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
Equity grants
Remote first work from home culture

This role spans program quality, accreditation, safety, health equity, clinical quality analytics, and the quality infrastructure needed to support current and future cardiometabolic, provider-integrated, and AI-enabled care models.
This leader will translate Omada’s future program vision and roadmap into practical systems, governance, monitoring standards, and operating routines that strengthen clinical rigor and improve member outcomes. The role is designed for a senior physician leader who can operate across highly matrixed teams, guide complex decisions, and shape a durable quality operating model for the company.
Your Impact:
Lead Omada’s Clinical Quality department across program quality, accreditation, safety, health equity, and clinical quality analytics.
Own the operational effectiveness of Omada’s clinical quality infrastructure and the quality performance of core programs, including program-level outcomes.
Define and drive the near-term roadmap for program quality, Clinical Quality & Outcomes Committee (CQOC) priorities, accreditation readiness, quality analytics, and AI bias monitoring.
Translate strategic and emerging priorities into clear quality systems, ownership structures, monitoring standards, and improvement plans.
Serve as the senior leader accountable for the integrity and performance of Omada’s clinical program model across products and care experiences.
Ensure programs are clinically coherent, evidence-based, measurable, aligned to client and member expectations, and improving over time.
Build durable quality infrastructure that goes beyond governance committees and retrospective review to support a growing portfolio of clinical products and care experiences.
Partner closely across Care Delivery, Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, Legal/Regulatory, Data Analytics, and Applied AI leaders to solve cross-functional problems and strengthen Omada’s clinical quality operating system.
Help shape the clinical quality components of Omada’s co-intelligence engine, including the data foundation and knowledge layers needed to better understand member trajectories, behavior change readiness, treatment adherence, biomarker trends, and signals of underperformance.
Advance proactive quality capabilities over time, including predictive risk identification, smarter personalization of interventions, more precise experimentation, and faster scaling of what works.
Oversee clinical quality governance for AI-enabled products, workflows, and decision-support tools, including monitoring for quality, bias, safety, transparency, and performance.
Lead and develop future program-level clinical owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) across cardiometabolic programs including obesity, weight management, GLP-1, diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol programs.
Represent Omada’s clinical quality strategy and standards with external stakeholders, including clients, employer and health plan partners, accrediting bodies, and other strategic audiences, while helping strengthen market credibility, support commercial conversations, and translate clinical rigor into external trust and growth opportunities.
About you:
MD or DO with active clinical licensure.
10+ years of relevant experience aligned to Senior Director-level scope and expectations.
Deep experience in clinical quality, quality improvement, and program design within healthcare delivery, virtual care, or digital health environments.
Strong ability to evaluate and improve care models, member clinical care, provider and care team quality, clinical content, and safety implications.
Previous management of clinical quality, accreditations, and data analytics functions.
Demonstrated success building systems, functions, or operating models across multiple teams and diverse stakeholders.
Experience working across clinical operations, product development, data analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows or clinical decision support.
Strong executive presence with the credibility to influence senior leaders on matters involving program integrity, risk, and strategic direction.
Ability to convert abstract, multi-year strategy into practical near-term priorities, governance processes, staffing approaches, and operating routines.
Comfort operating in a highly matrixed environment and partnering across clinical, operational, product, legal, compliance, and technical teams.
A leadership style that combines clinical rigor, systems thinking, sound judgment, and a strong orientation toward execution.
Passionate about creating a more efficient, effective, and equitable U.S. healthcare system.
Bonus Points for:
Experience with NCQA population health program accreditation, ADCES, URAC, and/or other quality accreditation work (ideally at least one of the above mentioned)
Program Management training or certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, IHI Quality Improvement or similar)
Experience defining data requirements, analyzing data, and translating trends and findings into actionable recommendations
Digital health industry, health plan, and/or employer benefits experience
Additional background or interest in healthcare AI, clinical informatics, data science or telemedicine
Benefits:

You are confident in your capabilities. You are good with people, and have led a life and career full of positive relationships. You are motivated by multiplying the impact of others through thoughtfully designed tools and workflows. You enjoy working at the intersection of infrastructure, application development, and human-centered tooling, and you’re comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
You have strong software engineering fundamentals, are fluent with modern AI tooling and APIs, and are curious about how agentic systems are changing the way we plan, build, test, and operate software. You value communication and empathy as much as technical depth, and you like to collaborate directly with internal customers to understand real workflows and pain points.
Your impact:
Design and build software testing tools that integrate with engineers’ day-to-day environments (e.g., Claude, VS Code, GitLab, Datadog, internal documentation, Slack chatops).
Build and maintain automated test infrastructure that supports mobile, web, and backend engineering teams.
Define AI-augmented software testing patterns and quality gates in our release management system
Instrument and monitor AI usage, performance, and cost to help the team and engineering leadership understand our impact and our organizational maturity.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure that AI workflows are designed to handle PHI and other sensitive data safely.
Create reusable examples, templates, and internal libraries that make it easy for teams to adopt AI-powered quality workflows
Contribute to training, documentation, and office hours that help engineers, PMs, and designers become confident automated test users and partners.
You will love this job if you:
Enjoy working on tools and systems that enable other teams to deliver better software, faster.
Thrive in environments where you can operate cross-functionally and influence architecture, development, and deployment workflows.
Like to collaborate with Platform, Application, and IT teams to improve reliability and observability.
Love to mentor and learn from your teammates – training and collaborating with developers to write great code and solve problems together.
Believe that quality is everyone’s responsibility, and enjoy helping others succeed
Requirements for this role:
6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering or SDET role
Recent hands-on experience with agentic model harnesses and automated test orchestration
Strong experience building and maintaining automated tests and Gitlab CI/CD workflows
Experience with at least one modern test automation framework (e.g., Playwright, Appium, Cypress)
Deep knowledge of versatile programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Javascript, Shell/Bash, Python)
Familiarity with mobile app testing, API testing, and web testing
Experience integrating and maintaining third-party QA and monitoring tools
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translate real-world workflows into technical requirements, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Brilliant communication and documentation skills
Bonus points for:
Experience building Slack apps, chatops tooling, or similar conversational interfaces for internal teams.
Familiarity with observability tools and practices to track AI usage, reliability, and cost over time.
Practical experience managing infrastructure on AWS with Terraform
Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and secure-by-default patterns for handling secrets, credentials, and sensitive data.
Background working in healthcare or other regulated industries where PHI/PII handling, auditability, and compliance are critical.
Benefits:
Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
Equity grants
Employee stock purchasing plan (ESPP)
Remote first work from home culture
Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
Generous parental leave
Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)

Our mission is to define and deliver how internal Omadans use AI to plan, build, test, and operate software safely and effectively. This group provides the patterns, tools, and infrastructure that make AI-augmented work secure, measurable, and accessible to every engineer, PM, and designer.
This team is new, and is poised to build useful things. We are at the forefront of AI Transformation work at Omada, and we are leading the way towards a near future, where we can orchestrate agentic software development with quality built in by design.

Build AI-powered tools into engineers’ day-to-day workflows (e.g., Claude, VS Code, GitLab, Datadog, internal documentation, Slack chatops).
Implement and evolve inference and tool-calling pathways using Claude models on Amazon Bedrock, LiteLLM, and MCP/tool gateways within Omada’s secure networks.
Partner with teams across Engineering to define AI-augmented SDLC patterns across planning, coding, testing, and operations.
Prototype and harden Slack-based chatops experiences that safely orchestrate internal services through business-level agentic harnesses.
Instrument and monitor AI usage, performance, and cost to help the team and engineering leadership understand our impact and our organizational maturity.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure that AI workflows are designed to handle PHI and other sensitive data safely.
Create reusable examples, templates, and internal libraries that make it easy for teams to adopt AI-powered workflows without bespoke implementations.

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets
Position Overview:
Omada Health is seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and externally credible Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets to lead and evolve our investor relations function as a public company. This leader will own the development of Omada’s equity story, help shape how the investment community understands our strategy and financial model, and serve as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive team in communicating Omada’s long-term value creation opportunity.
The successful candidate will be a persuasive and credible advocate for Omada’s stock while maintaining the highest standards of disclosure discipline. This person will act as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the company externally, bringing deep insight into investor expectations, valuation drivers, shareholder composition, and the questions that shape market perception.
The ideal candidate is equally strong in capital markets storytelling, investor engagement, and financial analysis. This person will understand how investors and analysts model the business, tailor messaging to different investor audiences, proactively cultivate relationships with current and prospective shareholders, and lead a disciplined public-company communications process including earnings calls, investor conferences, and ongoing disclosure coordination.
Responsibilities:
Own and continuously refine Omada’s investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
Serve as a primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, clearly articulating Omada’s strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity.
Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists, crossover investors, and long-only institutional shareholders.
Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to support development of a high-quality shareholder base aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of how buy-side and sell-side stakeholders model Omada’s business, including key operating and financial drivers, and use those insights to tailor messaging, address disconnects, and improve investor understanding.
Maintain a strong working view of analyst models, consensus expectations, peer valuation frameworks, and the assumptions that drive investor sentiment toward the stock.
Translate complex business, financial, and healthcare dynamics into a clear, compelling, and differentiated investment thesis tailored to different investor audiences.
Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including development of key messages, scripts, shareholder letter content, Q&A preparation, investor materials, post-call follow-up, and coordination of the conference call and webcast process.
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support guidance philosophy, disclosure discipline, and consistency of external messaging across earnings materials, investor presentations, conferences, and other public communications.
Prepare and review external communications including investor presentations, earnings materials, press releases, talking points, conference materials, and annual report content.
Monitor investor sentiment, analyst commentary, ownership trends, peer performance, valuation benchmarks, and broader market dynamics to inform messaging and management decision-making.
Synthesize feedback from investors and analysts into actionable insights for the executive team and Board, helping identify perception gaps, messaging opportunities, and emerging market concerns.
Help position the company effectively around key topics relevant to Omada’s business and market opportunity, including virtual-first care, chronic condition management, outcomes, healthcare buyer dynamics, GLP-1 support, and long-term margin and growth profile.
Support broader capital markets activities as needed, including investor days, non-deal roadshows, financing-related communications, and other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, corporate finance, or a related capital markets role.
Significant public company investor relations experience required; experience as a senior IR leader at a publicly traded company strongly preferred. Omada currently operates a formal public-company investor relations program, including analyst coverage and investor presentations.
Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or healthcare services strongly preferred. Omada operates in virtual-first chronic care and serves employers, health plans, PBMs, and health systems, which makes healthcare fluency especially important.
Strong understanding of public company reporting, disclosure practices, earnings processes, and Regulation FD considerations.
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to understand, interpret, and influence external investor and analyst models.
Demonstrated ability to craft a compelling investment narrative grounded in financial performance, strategic differentiation, market opportunity, and long-term value creation.
Proven track record of building credibility with investors, analysts, and senior executives.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and healthcare concepts with clarity and precision.
High degree of executive presence, judgment, discretion, and cross-functional leadership.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting a newly public company or helping reposition a company’s narrative, valuation framework, or shareholder base following an IPO or other strategic transition. Omada announced the pricing of its IPO in June 2025 and began trading under the ticker OMDA in June 2025.
Experience engaging with healthcare-focused and generalist institutional investors.
Familiarity with the metrics and analytical frameworks public market investors use to evaluate healthcare technology, virtual care, and growth-stage healthcare services businesses.
Personal Characteristics:
Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and a sharp instinct for investor priorities.
Highly proactive and externally oriented, with the confidence to represent the company in demanding investor settings.
Persuasive advocate for Omada’s investment thesis, balanced by credibility, rigor, and sound judgment.
