Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Job overview:
As a Senior Product Designer on Omada's new care programs and innovation team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help people make lasting changes to their health.
You are a human-centered designer at heart. You deeply understand and champion our users, designing thoughtful, elegant, and effective solutions grounded in real human needs. You thrive in ambiguity, especially in 0 to 1 spaces where the problem is not yet defined and the path forward is yours to shape. You bring a strong point of view grounded in user insight, product thinking, and craft.
Our tight-knit team of designers is obsessed with creating delightful, engaging, and inclusive programs for lifelong health, medical care, and behavior change. We combine behavioral psychology, data science, and user insight to create experiences that are intuitive and impactful across a wide range of users.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will…
Design human-centered experiences that help people make meaningful, lasting changes to their health.
Take on 0 to 1 problems, turning undefined spaces into clear concepts, prototypes, and shipped experiences.
Frame and define the right problems to solve, identifying opportunities across the member and care team experience.
Drive the design process end-to-end, from concept through validation, prototyping, and final execution, in fast, iterative cycles.
Use rapid prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and make concepts tangible for the team.
Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile (iOS and Android), with strong visual, interaction, and systems thinking.
Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to shape strategy and drive aligned decisions.
Translate business strategy, user needs, and clinical insights into compelling product opportunities and solutions.
Contribute to and improve design systems, processes, and team practices.
Design and ship human-centered AI experiences.
Use AI tools as part of your design workflow to explore ideas, prototype, synthesize research, generate concepts, or accelerate design production.
We'd love to talk more if you have…
6+ years of experience solving complex problems through product design, including 0 to 1 or early-stage product experience where you helped define new products or experiences from the ground up.
Experience designing for health, wellness, behavior change, or other complex human-centered domains.
A deep commitment to human-centered design, with a track record of grounding decisions in user research and real human needs.
Experience designing and shipping high-quality digital products on mobile (iOS and Android).
Strong product thinking, with the ability to frame ambiguous problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction.
High craft in interaction and visual design, with attention to detail and a strong sense of quality.
A strong bias toward making, using prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and drive decisions.
Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
Experience designing AI-powered products.
Experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow to explore ideas, prototype, and build, such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across teams.
Bonus points if you have…
Experience designing clinical, care delivery, or chronic condition management experiences.
Comfort running your own user research, including conducting interviews, synthesizing findings, and turning insights into design decisions.
You've worked in a startup setting and operate like a builder: self-driven, biased toward action, and energized by owning problems from discovery through launch.

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
This position will work PST hours
Job overview:
Omada Health is a mission-driven virtual healthcare company that combines clinical expertise, technology, and human-centered care to improve outcomes at scale. The Director, HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and organization architect to executive, senior, and frontline leaders, within Commercial, Corporate Strategy & Ops, and Finance aligning people strategy with business priorities and helping the organization build high-performing, healthy, and adaptable teams.
This role requires deep expertise across organizational design, talent strategy, leadership coaching, change leadership, strong business acumen, and executive presence. It also requires AI fluency as a baseline capability, including hands-on experience using AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of HRBP work such as synthesizing data, developing first drafts, preparing leadership materials, identifying patterns, and supporting scenario planning, while applying sound judgment, confidentiality, and appropriate human oversight.
The HR Business Partner contributes at both strategic and hands-on levels. This leader helps ensure the company does not treat AI or other business transformation efforts as simple tool rollouts, but instead approaches them as organization, workforce, and capability shifts that require deliberate work redesign, thoughtful change leadership, and coordinated action across the People & Culture team.
Your impact
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders within Commercial, Corporate Strategy & Ops, and Finance, building trust and shaping people strategies that enable business performance, growth, and organizational health.
Act as an organization architect, not only an advisor, by leading and partnering on role clarity, team design, spans and layers, decision-rights clarity, and operating model evolution to improve agility and execution.
Lead strategic and operational workforce planning and capability planning, translating business strategy and transformation priorities into implications for future skills, critical roles, talent risks, and redeployment or reskilling needs.
Guide leaders through AI-related workforce change, including redesigning roles, workflows, and team structures to support effective human and AI collaboration.
Apply sound judgment to AI-enabled people decisions by helping leaders assess risks, bias, governance considerations, manager impact, and employee experience implications.
Use people data, workforce insights, and business context to influence leadership decisions and recommend practical actions that improve organizational and talent outcomes.
Lead and partner on change navigation efforts tied to growth, restructuring, new operating models, technology adoption, and process improvement.
Coach leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, talent decisions, organizational dynamics, and readiness for change.
Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to streamline HRBP workflows (for example, drafting communications, analyzing people data, preparing leadership materials, and scenario modeling) so more capacity is available for high-judgment, strategic work.
Partner with leaders to assess talent, strengthen succession pipelines, and accelerate development for critical capabilities and leadership roles.
Collaborate with People & Culture centers of excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, learning, and employee relations, ensuring workforce implications are translated into coordinated action.
In partnership with Employee Relations, provide guidance on complex people issues, balancing risk management, employee experience, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Help establish a disciplined approach to measuring the impact of P&C strategies, including progress on organizational effectiveness, talent health, capability readiness, and adoption of new ways of working.
You will be successful in this role if you have
10+ years HR business partnering experience, including meaningful experience supporting leaders in fast-changing environments.
Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams is a plus
Demonstrated success influencing leaders and translating business strategy into people, organization, and talent priorities.
Deep expertise in organizational design/development, leadership coaching, change management, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
Strong AI fluency, including the ability to diagnose how AI changes work, jobs, skills, workflows, and team design; guide leaders on when work should be automated, redesigned, redeployed, or remain human-led; and identify where human judgment, oversight, or new roles are required.
Strong strategic workforce planning capability, including the ability to translate future capability questions into practical sequencing, talent, resourcing, and organization design implications.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort using people data, business data, and AI-enabled insights to inform recommendations.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in day-to-day HR or business partnering work to increase efficiency, quality, or insight (for example, leveraging generative AI for analysis, drafting, or scenario exploration, while exercising strong judgment on when and how to use it).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and build alignment across diverse leaders.
High judgment, especially in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, along with a practical, collaborative, and action-oriented approach.
A systems-thinking orientation that connects workflow design, manager experience, capability building, employee experience, and people-system implications.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to work during core business hours (8:00am PST to 5:00 PST) and flex after hours depending on business needs; travel up to 25 - 30% domestically and seasonally as needed.
You will love this job if you are
A strategic thinker who can connect business priorities, talent strategy, organization design, and technology-enabled change.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and helping leaders make high-quality decisions in evolving environments.
Passionate about modernizing the HRBP role from reactive support toward proactive, insight-led, and transformation-oriented partnership.
Skilled at balancing empathy, judgment, and action in a way that strengthens both business results and employee experience.
Energized by helping leaders and teams adapt, grow, and perform in a company shaped by innovation, care delivery, and rapid change.

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Job overview:
We’re hiring for a seasoned Product Designer that will focus on our AI Experience, helping to define how intelligent, personalized experiences show up across Omada’s member and care ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product design, AI interaction design, service design, behavior change, and human-centered care.
This role focuses on the connective tissue between AI, product, behavior change, and human care. You will help define when AI should speak, when it should stay quiet, when it should guide, when it should recommend, and when it should escalate to a coach, clinician, or specialist.
We’re looking for a designer who can operate at the level of today’s most ambitious AI product teams: shaping new interaction models, prototyping quickly with AI tools, translating complex capabilities into intuitive experiences, and partnering deeply with product, engineering, data, research, clinical, and care teams to bring intelligent products to life responsibly.
This is not an ML engineering or AI research role. You will partner closely with AI, data science, engineering, clinical, care, research, content, and product teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into useful, trustworthy, clinically appropriate, and buildable member and care experiences.
Your Impact:
As a Product Designer you will...
Lead product and experience design for AI-supported member experiences across key moments in the health journey.
Define interaction models for intelligent guidance, recommendations, nudges, reflection, progress feedback, handoffs, and human-in-the-loop support.
Shape how AI and human care teams work together across digital and service touchpoints, ensuring the experience feels coherent, trustworthy, clinically appropriate, and easy to understand.
Translate concepts like motivation, trust, empathy, safety, personalization, consent, care continuity, and escalation into concrete design patterns teams can build, test, and scale.
Prototype early and often using modern design and AI tools, including conversational flows, simulated experiences, prompt-based prototypes, coded prototypes, service prototypes, and interactive concepts.
Partner with Product, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Clinical, Research, Content, Care Platform, and Design leadership to align user needs, business goals, technical capabilities, and care workflows.
Help define when intelligence should feel ambient versus explicit, how personalization is represented, and how recommendations or next-best actions are communicated.
Contribute to prompt, agent, voice, tone, and conversational experience patterns in partnership with AI, content, product, and engineering teams.
Help define evaluation loops for AI-powered experiences, including how teams assess clarity, trust, usefulness, safety, comprehension, follow-through, and member value.
Apply service blueprinting, journey mapping, and systems thinking to design across both member-facing and internal care team experiences.
Work with behavioral science, personalization, data science, machine learning, and care operations partners to translate complex inputs into practical experience patterns.
Create high-quality design artifacts, including journey maps, service blueprints, flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, experience principles, and high-fidelity interface designs.
Influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, strong design rationale, and a deep understanding of member needs, business goals, technical constraints, and care delivery realities.
About you:
8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, experience design, service design, interaction design, or related fields.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, prototyping, and high-quality execution across complex digital products.
Experience designing AI-powered, personalized, data-informed, conversational, recommendation-based, or intelligent product experiences.
Experience designing across multiple surfaces, workflows, users, service touchpoints, or human handoff moments.
Strong product, interaction, and visual design craft, with the ability to make ambiguous ideas tangible through prototypes, flows, systems, and clear design artifacts.
Comfort using AI tools as part of your design workflow to explore ideas, prototype, synthesize research, generate concepts, evaluate directions, or build lightweight experiences.
Experience designing experiences that involve trust, safety, explainability, consent, escalation, sensitive interventions, clinical appropriateness, or human-in-the-loop support.
Experience shaping voice and tone systems, content patterns, branded assistants, intelligent guidance systems, or conversational product experiences.
Experience with service blueprinting, journey mapping, systems thinking, or designing across both member-facing and internal care team experiences.
Experience working with behavioral science, personalization, data science, machine learning, or care operations teams.
A thoughtful perspective on how intelligent products should communicate, behave, earn trust, and support users across different moments of care.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around a clear experience direction.
Bonus Points for:
Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, behavior change, chronic care, coaching, clinical workflows, specialist care, or longitudinal care delivery.
Experience working closely with AI research, ML engineering, data science, or applied AI teams.
Experience prototyping AI features, prompt-based experiences, agentic flows, or conversational product experiences.
Experience defining or contributing to AI evaluation loops, including how teams assess quality, trust, comprehension, usefulness, safety, or behavioral impact.
Experience using tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, v0, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools to prototype, build, evaluate, or accelerate design exploration.
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where new product patterns, technical capabilities, and user expectations are still emerging.
You are a strong product designer who can think in systems, not just screens.
You understand that AI experience design is not just about chat. It is about shaping how intelligence appears, behaves, supports, recommends, escalates, and builds trust across an ecosystem.
You are curious about AI and already use AI tools to think, prototype, build, or evaluate ideas.
You can translate complex capabilities into experiences that feel simple, useful, trustworthy, and clinically appropriate.
You can zoom out to define principles, systems, and service models, then zoom in to refine interaction details, flows, and product moments.
You know how to collaborate deeply with technical, clinical, operational, and product partners.
You care about craft, but you also know how to move quickly and learn through prototypes.
You bring a strong point of view, but you know how to build alignment across teams.

This leader will have a proven track record in leading complex commercial operations in a high growth company. They will oversee several core functions—Revenue Operations, Commercial Business Systems, Commercial Effectiveness, Commercial Planning—and will be accountable for delivering a predictable, high performing commercial business field organization, and systems and processes that can scale with the pace and complexity of a public, high-growth company.
This role requires a bold, enterprise-minded leader who thrives on solving complex problems that reach across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will set multi-year strategies that future-proof Omada’s commercial engine, while cultivating a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Commercial Operations organization setting clear charters, success metrics, and operating rhythms that elevate the performance and engagement of the broader commercial team.
Provide overarching leadership and accountability for Commercial Enablement and Effectiveness, partnering closely with the Senior Director to set vision, priorities, and success metrics that elevate field performance across segments.
Lead and integrate Revenue Operations, Commercial Effectiveness (enablement), and Enrollment Forecasting into a cohesive, high-performing organization with clear charters, success metrics, and operating rhythms.
Deliver a predictable, dependable, and accurate sales and enrollment forecast that is trusted across all layers of the organization and tightly linked to financial planning, care teams and supply chain.
Define and execute a coherent AI strategy for Commercial Operations, using AI to improve, pipeline insights, rep productivity, and GTM decision‑making, while establishing clear governance for data quality, model usage, and change management across the commercial organization.
Serve as the Commercial Operations voice on CXLT, helping translate company strategy into clear commercial plans, KPIs, and execution frameworks; proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities.
Design and run the governance and cadences that underpin commercial performance (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, go-to-market initiative reviews), ensuring meetings drive decisions, accountability, and insight.
Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership on annual and long-range planning processes, including quota setting, territory design, headcount planning, and investment cases for new markets and products.
Oversee the design, administration, and governance of sales compensation plans in partnership with People and Finance, ensuring alignment with company strategy and field productivity.
Drive continuous improvement of our commercial tech stack (Salesforce, sales productivity tools, enablement platforms, forecasting systems), evaluating and implementing platforms that improve data quality, insight, and efficiency.
Champion a culture of experimentation, measurement, and learning within Commercial Operations, using data and customer insights to refine processes, playbooks, and training over time.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in commercial, revenue, or sales operations, with at least 5–7 years leading multi-disciplinary operations teams in a high-growth, B2B or B2B2C environment.
Demonstrated success operating in both scaled public companies and fast-paced growth environments, ideally within healthcare, digital health, health tech, or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and commercial performance management, including building forecasting and reporting frameworks that are trusted at board and executive levels.
Proven track record leading Revenue Operations and/or Commercial Effectiveness functions, including ownership of sales compensation, sales methodology, enablement programs, and GTM tooling.

High degree of systems fluency: expert-level comfort with Salesforce and sales productivity tools, experience integrating data from multiple systems to drive insights and decision-making.
Experience innovating with AI and data-driven technologies in commercial or revenue operations, including using AI to optimize forecasting, enablement, or sales productivity, and thoughtfully managing change as these tools are adopted across the team
A strategic, enterprise-minded leader who can translate long-term business strategies into multi-year plans, lean into both strategy and execution, and navigate the organization through ambiguity, market change, and competing priorities.
A culture builder who cultivates trust, leads with Omada’s values, and inspires teams by connecting commercial priorities to our mission and the impact we have on partners and members.
Benefits:
Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
Equity grants
Employee stock purchasing plan (ESPP)

Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
Generous parental leave
Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
The Opportunity
Omada Health is at a defining inflection point. As a newly public virtual care company, the organization is pursuing an ambitious long-term vision to expand its impact, reach more members, and build one of the most important growth platforms in healthcare. This is not a routine commercial leadership role. It is a high-stakes mandate requiring a leader who can deliver near-term performance while building the commercial foundation for substantially greater scale over time.
Omada Health seeks a Chief Revenue Officer who is not simply a commercial leader but a market architect—someone who can build and lead a differentiated commercial engine capable of delivering sustained growth across existing and emerging channels. This leader will drive the strategy to integrate AI into Omada’s GTM model, expand access, deepen market penetration, and position Omada for the next phase of category leadership.
This is a singular role in digital health. The CRO will sit at the intersection of commercial execution, product experience, and enterprise transformation—owning not just revenue targets, but the commercial conditions that determine whether Omada can scale its impact and performance over the long term. The premium on a new type of leader is high. This role is for someone energized by bold mandates, operational complexity, and mission-driven growth.
Strategic Imperatives
Drive Enterprise Growth
Own commercial execution against Omada’s long-range growth ambitions, with accountability for near-term performance and durable long-term scale.
Build and execute plans that support significant increases in covered lives, enrollment, revenue, and market penetration over time.
Anticipate execution risk early and build contingency plans that preserve momentum when market conditions, policy dynamics, or operating assumptions shift.
Create and Expand Markets Aggressively
Expand Omada’s presence across health plans, PBMs, employers, Medicare, government, health systems, and other strategic growth channels.
Independently drive payer and employer sales to consistently deliver on and exceed ambitious enrollment and revenue targets.
Pioneer new channels, business models, and growth pathways that can accelerate Omada’s scale and market reach.
Lead Market Access Strategy
Own the commercial strategy to expand access through Medicare and other strategically important channels.
Build payer advocacy coalitions and partner with the executives on government affairs and market access priorities that can unlock growth at scale.
Navigate the intersection of regulatory requirements, policy developments, and commercial execution so market access strategy remains ahead of business needs.
Drive government and enterprise sales through self-insured and fully insured employer segments, as well as other large-scale access pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Planning, Sequencing & Investment Strategy
Build and own a multi-year commercial plan that maps specific capabilities, channels, and investment levers to Omada’s growth priorities.
Sequence commercial investments with discipline and judgment—partnering with the B2C leader to determine when to invest in direct-to-consumer efforts, brand marketing, channel partnerships, and field expansion.
Translate long-term growth ambitions into a living operational blueprint that identifies which capabilities, infrastructure, brand assets, and market conditions must be built in advance.
Manage the tension between front-loaded investment and financial sustainability, making phased bets that are measurable, defensible, and adaptable as market signals evolve.
Partner with the B2C leader to architect the interplay between B2B sales execution, B2C awareness, consumer marketing, digital acquisition, and channel strategy to improve conversion and enrollment over time.
Continuously reassess and adapt the plan as market conditions, competitive dynamics, and P&L realities evolve—this is not a static roadmap, but a dynamic operating model.
Commercial Leadership, P&L Ownership & Execution
Lead the entire commercial organization, including all direct and indirect reports, with full P&L ownership and budget authority over commercial investment decisions.
Set the agenda, identify the ways and means to achieve targets, assign accountability, allocate resources, and make final decisions on commercial resourcing.
Push the team to achieve and exceed ambitious growth targets while building operating discipline and predictability.
Set best-in-class standards with bold decision-making, always looking for ways to improve the team, the organization, and Omada’s competitive position.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, requiring minimal oversight given the breadth and criticality of the role.
Organizational Build-Out and Talent and Culture Strategy
Build the commercial organization required for Omada’s next stage of scale, recognizing that future growth will demand different capabilities, structures, and systems than today.
In partnership with HR, drive talent acquisition, organizational redesign, and the creation of new functions as the company scales.
Establish clear performance management and calibration standards that build a strong culture and attract world-class commercial talent.
Redesign the organization, processes, and systems as the company evolves—this is continuous transformation, not a one-time build.
Integrate AI throughout the commercial organization in ways that create tangible productivity gains and measurable financial impact.
Strategic Decision-Making and Risk Ownership
Make timely, high-quality decisions with sound judgment in a business where sequencing, speed, and quality of execution matter deeply.
Listen effectively to stakeholders, then make decisive calls on strategy and execution without delay.
Take calculated risks both big and small, demonstrating a clear instinct and drive to win and set market standards.
Own commercial risk management and build contingency plans for periods of heightened execution complexity.
Establish the commercial team’s AI strategy to drive growth and improve internal operations in measurable ways aligned to financial targets.
Clinical-Product-Commercial Integration
Partner deeply with Product and R&D to develop market feedback loops shape product value propositions and inform roadmap priorities based on business needs, customer requirements, and market competitiveness.
Drive the integration of GLP-1 support, clinical protocols, and engagement design into the commercial value proposition.
Cross-Functional Partnership and Enterprise Leadership
As a standing member of Executive Leadership (EL), work effectively with EL team members to define long term strategy, resources, culture, and priorities.
Take an enterprise-first mentality and help other executives arrive at the right choices for the company—not just advocate for the commercial organization.
Drive change across the commercial team and broader business to optimize processes for a growing and scaling organization.
Oversee systems and technology needs to enable commercial success at scale.
What Makes This CRO Different
This is not a traditional CRO role. The right candidate will be distinguished by:
Market creator, not just market capturer. Omada is looking for a leader who can expand demand, open new pathways to growth, and help define the next chapter of the category.
Commercial architect, not just commercial operator. This leader must build a sequenced, multi-year operating plan that knows which levers to pull, when to pull them, and what the P&L can sustain.
Ecosystem strategist, not just sales leader. Medicare expansion and broader access strategy require a leader who understands the intersection of growth, policy, and market structure.
Product thinker, not just commercial executor. Sustainable growth requires a CRO who understands how product, outcomes, and market value reinforce one another.
Organizational architect, not just team manager. The commercial engine will need to evolve significantly as Omada scales.
Autonomous operator, not delegated executor. This leader functions as the President’s true commercial peer, not a report waiting for direction.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Track Record
15+ years of commercial leadership with demonstrated experience scaling organizations through order-of-magnitude growth, not just incremental expansion.
Track record in healthcare, digital health, or health services where clinical outcomes and commercial success are intertwined.
Proven success in payer and employer sales, including Medicare and large self-insured accounts, with experience navigating regulatory-dependent market expansion.
History of building commercial organizations from earlier-stage to large-scale—not just inheriting mature teams.
Experience managing complex, multi-year commercial transformations where early decisions materially shape long-term performance.
Leadership Profile
Bold, decisive leader with a bias toward action and a track record of making high-quality decisions under uncertainty.
Strong fit with and belief in Omada’s values.
Natural pioneer who has opened new channels, created new business models, and entered markets that did not previously exist.
Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to influence peers, drive cross-functional alignment, and put the company first.
Proven ability to set best-in-class standards and continuously raise the bar on organizational performance.
Clear instinct and drive to win, with demonstrated ability to push teams beyond what they believed possible.
