PermitFlow is redefining how America builds. We’re an applied AI company serving the nation’s builders, tackling one of the largest information challenges in the economy: understanding what can be built, where, and how. Our AI agent workforce helps the fastest-growing construction companies navigate everything from permitting and licensing to inspections and project closeouts – accelerating housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development across the country.
Despite being a $1.6T industry, construction still suffers from massive delays, wasted capital, and lost opportunity. PermitFlow has already delivered unprecedented speed, accuracy, and visibility to over $20B in development, helping contractors reduce compliance time, de-risk projects, and scale with confidence.
As the U.S. enters a new capex supercycle across data centers, factories, housing, and renewables, joining PermitFlow means building the AI infrastructure at the core of every construction project driving the next wave of reindustrialization.
We’ve raised over $90M, most recently completing our Series B, https://www.permitflow.com/blog/permitflow-series-b from top-tier investors including Accel, Kleiner Perkins https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7401703305569275904/, Initialized, Y Combinator, Felicis, and Altos Ventures, with backing from leaders at OpenAI, Google, Procore, ServiceTitan, Zillow, PlanGrid, and Uber.
WHY PERMITFLOW WANTS YOU
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of enterprise Account Executives that wins at the highest levels of construction-tech. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director, you'll own day-to-day execution and revenue for your team and book of accounts, while helping execute the enterprise playbook in a massive, fragmented market.
This role requires creativity, grit, operational excellence, and a hands-on coaching style. You thrive in fast-growing environments disrupting an entire industry, you take a thoughtful approach to developing talent, and you lead from the front in complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($1M+ in scope).
This is a high-stakes, high-upside opportunity to help scale PermitFlow's enterprise motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own revenue, forecasting, and day-to-day execution for your team of enterprise Account Executives and assigned accounts, leveraging data to inform tactics
- Report to the Enterprise Sales Director and help execute the segment-wide strategy with a consistent, repeatable enterprise motion
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop your team of enterprise Account Executives — driving performance management, career development, and a high-accountability, high-trust culture
- Help refine and reinforce repeatable, scalable sales processes that standardize PermitFlow's enterprise motion
- Lead and coach the team through complex, multi-threaded deals with executives, operators, and procurement across multiple business units and PE roll-up accounts
- Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing roll-up and national accounts, converting pilots into multi-division, enterprise-wide partnerships
- Partner cross-functionally (Solutions, CS, Product, Marketing, SDR, RevOps) to scope solutions, align the sales process with customer success, and ensure successful outcomes
- Build and review ROI-driven business cases that resonate with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal visibility across long enterprise sales cycles
- Surface field and customer insights to the Enterprise Sales Director and GTM leadership to inform the enterprise roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Leverage automation, modern sales tooling, and AI-driven tools to streamline processes, optimize performance, and increase conversion
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences (e.g. Pantheon), and roll-up HQ visits
WHO YOU ARE
- Emerging Sales Leader: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 1–2+ years of management or team-lead experience (player-coach background a plus)
- Builder of Teams & Systems: Track record of scaling sales teams, building repeatable systems, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets
- Strategic Seller: Skilled at navigating executive relationships, procurement, and multi-division rollouts; comfortable leading deals over $1M+
- Industry Knowledge: Construction-tech experience strongly preferred; experience with home services contractors, GCs, developers, or adjacent industries (PropTech, InsurTech, Field Service software) a plus
- Data-Driven Operator: Fluent in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics; turns complexity into clear, actionable plans
- Problem-Solver & Storyteller: Surfaces operational pain points and builds compelling, ROI-backed business cases
- Cross-Functional Partner: Builds senior-level relationships quickly and effectively, especially with Product and Marketing
- Mission-Driven: Energized by transforming how infrastructure gets built and scaling technology in one of the largest industries in the world. Growth mindset, bias for action, and a love for innovation.
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
- Your team's attainment against enterprise revenue and pipeline targets
- New logo acquisition and expansion within your assigned accounts
- Contribution to repeatable, scalable sales processes that inform PermitFlow's enterprise motion
- Strength of executive relationships and the team's ability to navigate PE roll-up strategies
- Hiring, retention, and development of a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Effective execution of the Enterprise Sales Director's strategy across your team
WHAT WE OFFER (FULL-TIME ROLES ONLY)
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth company
- 100% company-paid base medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees + healthcare FSA
- 401(k) savings plan
- Unlimited PTO and paid family leave
- Home office & equipment stipend
- Daily in-office lunch and dinner provided

Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). We prefer NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Design Systems Designer and Architect to build Cornerstone: the visual and interaction foundation that keeps design, engineering, and an increasingly AI-driven product moving as one. This isn't a maintenance role. You're establishing the standards PermitFlow's next stage of product complexity gets built on.
We need someone who can hold the full system in their head and still catch a four-pixel misalignment without missing a beat, with real conviction about brand and visual quality baked into every call. You'll work side by side with frontend and platform engineering leadership to design, ship, and iterate on the components, patterns, and tokens the product runs on, and you'll have the mandate to grow a team around this practice as Cornerstone's footprint expands.
How fast our teams can build, how consistently the product behaves, and how much trust our users place in high-stakes permitting, licensing, and inspection workflows all trace back to this foundation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and continually refine Cornerstone's core building blocks, components, patterns, and tokens designed for complex, workflow-heavy, AI-enabled experiences, with a strong eye for brand cohesion and polish.
- Set a multi-year direction for the design system and turn it into a roadmap that design, engineering, and product leadership can develop in concert.
- Design, prototype, and ship production-ready components hand in hand with a dedic
- Define how contribution, governance, and deprecation work in an AI-native working environment; balance shipping speed against system integrity; and adjust the model as the org grows.
- Bake accessibility, responsiveness, and performance into every part of the system from day one.
- Create the documentation, onboarding materials, and reference resources that make Cornerstone the quickest route to shipping well.
- Advocate for the system & guild in planning, design reviews, and roadmap conversations, and hold firm when speed and integrity are in tension.
- Mentor others in design systems craft as the practice grows, shaping what that craft looks like at PermitFlow for years ahead.
- Build real expertise in construction permitting, licensing, and inspections, leading with curiosity even if pre-construction is new territory for you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real point of view, not just system diagrams: craft, quality, accessibility, and visual cohesion are all a must.
- 10+ years in product design, with meaningful ownership of a design system across a multi-product environment; brand or visual design background is a plus.
- Strong command of component architecture, design tokens, and what it takes for a system to total adoption across teams and surfaces.
- A history of working shoulder to shoulder with frontend engineers to ship production-grade systems, not just handing off specs and moving on.
- A track record of setting & reinforcing accessibility standards.
- Clear communication about system tradeoffs, whether you're talking to designers, engineers, or executives.
- Mastery of Figma, Notion, and Linear; actively experimenting with the next best tool to add to our stack.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth company
- 100% company-paid base medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees + healthcare FSA
- 401(k) savings plan
- Unlimited PTO and paid family leave
- Home office & equipment stipend

WHY PERMITFLOW WANTS YOU
This role owns our most strategic buyers: the owners, developers, retailers, and national builders running multi-site programs across the country — the Amazons, Walmarts, big-box retailers, restaurant and fitness franchises, data center developers, and more whose growth lives and dies by permitting predictability.
For these accounts, permitting isn't a back-office task — it's the gating item on every store opening, every facility buildout, every site in the pipeline. A single program can span hundreds of locations across dozens of jurisdictions. You'll sell PermitFlow as the system of record and intelligence layer that brings forecasting accuracy and predictability to their entire portfolio.
We're seeking a proven closer with 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling into commercial real estate, retail/restaurant development, construction-tech, or adjacent industries (PropTech, field service software). You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($1M+ in scope) with long sales cycles, and you're motivated by both the mission and the career upside of joining a company at this stage.
You'll:
- Acquire net new enterprise logos among national owners, retailers, and developers
- Expand within existing national accounts — new divisions, regions, and use cases
- Convert pilots and single-program wins into enterprise-wide, portfolio-level partnerships
This is a high-stakes, high-upside opportunity in a massive and fragmented market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic commercial and national accounts — prospecting, discovery, business case development, negotiation, and close
- Lead complex, multi-threaded deals across real estate, construction, facilities, procurement, and operations leaders at national brands
- Develop and execute account strategies for net new logos, multi-site program expansion, and portfolio-wide rollouts
- Build ROI-driven business cases tied to time-to-open, schedule certainty, and capital efficiency that resonate with C-suite, real estate, and construction leadership
- Translate the realities of multi-jurisdiction permitting into clear, quantified value for owners and builders managing national programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions, CS, Product, Marketing, BDR) to scope solutions and ensure successful program rollouts
- Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal visibility throughout long sales cycles
- Provide insights from the field to GTM and Product leadership to shape our commercial enterprise motion and roadmap
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, industry conferences, and on-site program kickoffs
WHO YOU ARE
- Enterprise Sales Expert: 8+ years of enterprise sales with a strong record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $1M+
- Top Performer: Consistent top 10% of peers, President's Club, or >120% attainment across multiple years and multiple companies
- Commercial / National Account Knowledge: Experience selling to owners, developers, national retailers, restaurant/franchise builders, data center or clean-energy developers, GCs, or commercial real estate strongly preferred
- Strategic Seller: Skilled at navigating executive relationships, procurement, security reviews, and multi-division / multi-site rollouts
- Problem-Solver & Storyteller: Capable of surfacing operational pain points and building compelling, ROI-backed business cases
- Methodology-Driven: Fluent in a modern sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, etc.) and disciplined about pipeline and forecasting
- Builder Mentality: Excited to join a high-growth startup in build mode, helping define the commercial enterprise GTM playbook from the ground up
- Credible with Operators: Plainspoken, no-jargon, and genuinely curious about how things get built — buyers in this world buy from people they like and trust
- Mission-Driven: Energized by transforming how infrastructure gets built and scaling technology in one of the largest industries in the world
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
- Closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level deals with national owners, retailers, and developers
- Driving both new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion within existing accounts
- Converting single-program pilots into enterprise-wide, multi-site partnerships
- Building repeatable, scalable processes that inform PermitFlow's commercial enterprise motion
- Strength of executive relationships and ability to navigate complex, multi-site rollout strategies
WHAT WE OFFER (FULL-TIME ROLES ONLY)
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth company
- 100% company-paid base medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees + healthcare FSA
- 401(k) savings plan
- Unlimited PTO and paid family leave
- Home office & equipment stipend

WHY PERMITFLOW WANTS YOU
This role owns our most strategic buyers: the owners, developers, retailers, and national builders running multi-site programs across the country — the Amazons, Walmarts, big-box retailers, restaurant and fitness franchises, data center developers, and more whose growth lives and dies by permitting predictability.
