About Prosper AI:
At Prosper AI, we're pioneering the most advanced conversational AI agents tailored for the healthcare industry. Since our founding, we've successfully onboarded dozens of major customers, empowering hospitals and multispecialty clinics to get paid faster and more efficiently, through streamlined revenue cycle management.
Our voice AI agents answer patient calls, schedule appointments directly in the EHR, verify insurance benefits, automate billing, and get payors on the phone when humans would otherwise wait on hold. We've grown revenue 5x in the last year, partnered with 40+ healthcare organizations covering more than 150,000 providers, and raised $35M, including a $30M Series A led by the best VCs in the world, including Andreessen Horowitz, Base10, Emergence Capital and Y Combinator.
Location: New York
About the Role
We're hiring a Strategic Partnerships Lead to manage partnerships at Prosper.
Own Partnerships with EHR and practice management vendors, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, MSOs, RCM providers, and channel partners are one of our most important growth levers, and today the motion is yours to define. You'll operate as Prosper's expert on the healthcare partner ecosystem: identifying and prioritizing strategic partners, navigating marketplace and integration processes, negotiating commercial agreements, and turning relationships into a repeatable engine for pipeline and distribution.
This is not a traditional partnerships role.
You'll operate as a hybrid of strategic operator, and relationship builder, moving fluidly between negotiating a portfolio-wide agreement one day and accelerating an EHR integration the next, with visibility across leadership, sales, product,
engineering, and customer teams.
What you'll do
-Build & Own Partner Relationships
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic partners across the healthcare ecosystem,
aligned with our ICP and growth strategy
- Lead partnership conversations end to end: marketplace relationships, API integrations,
referral agreements, co-selling motions, and portfolio-wide commercial agreements
- Develop executive-level relationships with partner leadership, operating teams, and
ecosystem stakeholders
Own Pipeline & Opportunity Generation
- Carry a quota focused on partner-sourced pipeline and sales-qualified opportunities
- Generate qualified pipeline through warm introductions, marketplace presence, and
preferred vendor status
- Source and qualify deals, then partner with Account Executives to drive them to close.
Operate Cross-Functionally
- Quarterback all partner engagements across internal and customer-facing teams
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and accelerate
integrations
- Partner with leadership on GTM strategy, pricing, and packaging for partner-driven deals.
Build for Scale
- Create repeatable systems, processes, and playbooks for each partner motion
- Define the long-term strategy for Prosper's partnership channels
- Represent Prosper externally at partner meetings, conferences, and strategic
conversations
What We're Looking For
- 4–10+ years with a strong problem-solving background ideally in MBB
- Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem: EHR/PM vendors and their partner programs,
PE-backed provider organizations, or both
- Track record of negotiating complex strategic partnerships with long cycles and multiple
stakeholders, and converting them into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Exceptional relationship builder with high EQ and strong executive presence; able to
earn trust from C-suite executives and PE partners to day-to-day partner managers
- Bias for action; metrics-driven and comfortable owning goals tied to integrations, partner-
sourced pipeline, and revenue
- Travel: ~10–20%
Nice to Have
- Experience at MBB or healthcare private equity / investment banking + Startup experience
What Success Looks Like
1. Prosper becomes a trusted partner to the most strategic players in the healthcare
ecosystem
2. A repeatable engine for sourcing and converting partner-driven opportunities, measured
in pipeline and revenue
Why This Role
Build one of the most strategically important functions at Prosper from the ground up. You'll
work directly with the founders, define the partnerships strategy, and directly influence how the
company scales. We're looking for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the chance
to build.
Compensation: $100,000-$250,000 dependent on experience

About Prosper AI
At Prosper AI, we're pioneering the most advanced conversational AI agents tailored for the healthcare industry. Since our founding, we've successfully onboarded dozens of major customers, empowering hospitals and multispecialty clinics to get paid faster and more efficiently, through streamlined revenue cycle management.
Our AI agent, Paige, handles tasks like eligibility checks, prior authorizations, claim status follow-ups, and patient scheduling, reducing costs by over 50% for medical billing teams. We’ve raised a total $35M Series A from top investors like a16z (Github, Slack), Base10 (Figma, Notion), YC (Stripe, Airbnb) and Emergence (Salesforce, Zoom). We are trusted by innovative healthcare organizations, and are reshaping a $4T industry.
About the Role
Prosper AI is building the category-defining AI workforce for healthcare operations. We are now expanding deeper into enterprise health systems and looking for an exceptional Account Executive to help lead that motion.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do more than carry a quota. You will help define how Prosper wins in large health systems: shaping our GTM strategy, landing early flagship customers, and helping turn an emerging enterprise motion into a repeatable engine.
You’ll work directly with company leadership and some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country, helping operational leaders rethink how patient access, scheduling, contact centers, and revenue cycle workflows are run in an AI-first world.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to navigate complex enterprise organizations, and enjoys building from zero.
What You’ll Do
Build Pipeline and Open Strategic Accounts
Develop and execute a named-account strategy focused on regional and national health systems.
Create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, events, referrals, and strategic account activation.
Build relationships with operational and technology stakeholders across patient access, ambulatory operations, contact centers, digital transformation, IT, and executive leadership.
Multi-thread effectively across Operations, IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, and Executive sponsors.
Drive Complex Enterprise Deals
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement and rollout planning.
Lead discovery, ROI analysis, solution positioning, pilots, procurement, legal review, and executive alignment.
Run disciplined deal processes with clear next steps, stakeholder mapping, and Mutual Action Plans.
Navigate InfoSec, HIPAA, procurement, and governance reviews with urgency and professionalism.
Partner Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Product, Solutions, and Leadership teams to shape implementation strategy and ensure successful deployments.
Help refine positioning, packaging, pricing, and enterprise messaging based on market feedback.
Bring structured insight on competitive dynamics, ICP expansion, and operational workflows emerging across the market.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
7–12 years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales.
Strong track record of selling into health systems, IDNs, or large provider organizations.
Experience closing complex enterprise software or services deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
Proven ability to self-source pipeline and open strategic accounts from scratch.
Comfortable navigating long enterprise cycles while maintaining urgency and deal momentum.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in patient access, contact center, scheduling, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
Familiarity with major healthcare technology ecosystems including Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Cisco.
Experience selling AI, workflow automation, or operational technology into healthcare organizations.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs such as abandonment rate, wait times, scheduling conversion, staffing utilization, and call-center performance metrics.
Experience managing pilots and outcome-based enterprise deployments tied to measurable ROI.
Traits That Matter at Prosper
Builder mentality: excited to create the playbook, not inherit one.
High agency and accountability.
Strong operational rigor and disciplined execution.
Curious, competitive, and resilient.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments.
Motivated by winning large, strategic customers and helping shape a category.
