Job Summary
The New Product Development Lead is one of the most important individual-contributor hires we'll make this year. This is a 0-to-1 role. Given a new product idea, whether it's a clinical use case, a hospital operations problem, a revenue cycle workflow, or any other place AI can drive real value inside a health system, you independently take it from an open question to a working, deployed product, and you stay with it as it matures with real clients.
That means doing the data discovery yourself: figuring out what signal actually exists in a client's data, whether it's usable, and what it would take to turn it into something trustworthy enough to run in production. It means designing and building whatever pipeline or agentic workflow the product needs, often something bespoke, built for the specific problem rather than forced into an existing pattern. And it means judgment: knowing when existing platform components are the right foundation to build on, versus when the product calls for something new, and when something new proves out, bringing it back into the platform so it's available for the next product.
Ownership doesn't stop at a working prototype. You'll carry products through production deployment and into post-launch iteration directly with health system clients, refining based on what real data and real feedback tell you. Our platform spans a growing set of AI products across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains, with several active pipelines already in production or in deployment with clients. And the next one is likely something none of us have scoped yet.
Key Responsibilities
Take new product ideas, spanning clinical, hospital operations, revenue cycle, and other health system domains, from an open, often ambiguous problem statement through to a deployed, working product, owning the full 0-to-1 lifecycle
Independently perform data discovery against client data: assess what signal exists, its quality and completeness, and whether it can support a trustworthy production product
Design and build the data pipeline and agentic AI workflow each product needs, choosing a bespoke approach when the existing platform doesn't fit rather than forcing a mismatched pattern
Exercise judgment on when to build on existing platform infrastructure versus when to build something new
Once an initial bespoke build proves out, bring it into the core data platform: harden it, integrate it with existing pipelines and standards, and make it a supported, reusable part of the platform rather than a one-off
Collaborate directly with clinical, operational, product, and client stakeholders during discovery and validation to ensure the product reflects real domain logic and real workflow needs
Carry products through production deployment and own post-launch iteration directly with health system clients as real-world data and feedback come in
Own data spec documentation for each product you build
Work within platform principles (empirical verification before building, annotations over hardcoded logic, loud failures over silent nulls) without those principles constraining the pace or shape of 0-to-1 discovery
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Deep Databricks/Spark expertise at the architecture level — performance tuning, cluster management, Delta Lake design patterns
Experience building reusable data frameworks, tooling, or platforms
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineers
Ideal Experience
Hands-on experience building ML/LLM pipelines: agent/tool-based architectures, model serving, prompt engineering in production, evaluation frameworks
Background as a founding or early engineer on a new product or platform, where you defined the approach rather than inherited one
Direct experience working with clients or end users to validate and refine a product post-launch
Desirable Skills
0-to-1 Judgment: Comfortable starting from an open problem, clinical or otherwise, with no defined data path, and independently figuring out what's real, what's usable, and what to build
Build vs. Reuse Instincts: Knows when to build something bespoke for a specific product versus when to lean on existing platform infrastructure, and can generalize a bespoke solution into something reusable once it's proven
Product Engineering Instincts: You think about your output as a product: validated with real data and real domain stakeholders, deployed, and owned through post-launch iteration, not handed off at "done"
Client-Facing Comfort: You're effective working directly with health system clients and their stakeholders during discovery and after launch, not just with internal teams
Builder Mentality: You're energized by creating something from nothing: taking a product from a rough idea to something real in production, independently and end-to-end
Travel Requirements
This role is primarily remote. Occasional travel may be required for team on-sites, leadership meetings, or partner-facing architecture discussions. Candidates should be prepared for 5-10% travel.

Job Summary
We’re an AI native company building our internal operations intentionally. This role owns the sensory and modeling capability that makes our largest investment (our people) legible: how we plan headcount, design total rewards, and understand labor cost as it evolves.
This is a People and Internal Operations role for someone who knows money and venture backed startup Business Operations. You care about how the pieces fit together, and you bring the analytical horsepower to model our current and future costs of who our team is and what it does with rigor. You’ll contribute to our Board inputs, our company planning, and our Finance team’s overall forecast.
Key Responsibilities
-
People cost modeling, total rewards & compensation analytics
Own total rewards modeling end-to-end: GTM comp plan management, incentive attainment, equity, benefits and programs, and other labor costs.
Contribute a clean, well-structured people-cost layer into the Finance team’s forecast; own the quality and attunement of the inputs: hiring plans, ramp, attrition, and org design— so leaders can see the cost implications of their choices before they make them.
Own headcount, OKR, and budget planning rituals on a quarterly basis, tying our market goals to workforce plans to cost reality.
compensation analytics: benchmarking, budgeting out of reviews, and maintenance of healthy salary bands tied to career progression, offer modeling, and equity refresh/dilution analysis.
Internal operations leadership:
Partner closely with People Ops and Recruiting, ensuring that our roadmap and initiatives demonstrate ROI and operational leverage
Own lean, durable operational infrastructure (systems, rituals, reporting) that supports good planning decisions without becoming a burden; be strategic about what gets done by hand, what gets automated, and what gets skipped.
Bring the analytical and “sensory” function to Internal Ops: surface what’s happening across people and operations early, with data and a recommendation attached.
As needed
Carry select accounting and finance-operations as needed through our various seasons of scaling and growth
Required Qualifications
6–10 years (or equivalent) spanning business operations, people operations, labor-cost FP&A, strategic finance, or a closely related path; experience in a high-growth startup strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling skills with real depth in people-forward cost structures—headcount, total rewards, and labor cost are the heart of this role.
Experience with total rewards and compensation analytics: comp plan design, incentive attainment, equity, benchmarking, and banding.
A track record of improving forecasts and models over time. You treat variance as information, not a point of shame, and you give other people the tools to do the same.
You design processes that are as light as the work allows, document them so they survive you, and resist complexity that doesn’t earn its keep.
Collaborative and transparent. You share your work early, communicate proactively when something is off, and are a trusted partner to People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, and the business.

Product Marketing Lead
Transform healthcare with us.
At Qualified Health, we're redefining what's possible with Generative AI in healthcare. Our infrastructure provides the guardrails for safe AI governance, healthcare-specific agent creation, and real-time algorithm monitoring working alongside leading health systems to drive real change.
This is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to build the future of AI in healthcare, solve complex challenges, and make a lasting impact on patient care. If you're ambitious, innovative, and ready to move fast, we'd love to have you on board.
Join us in shaping the future of healthcare.
Job Summary:
Qualified Health is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own how the company's ideas, products, positioning, and strategic thinking show up in the world.
This is a senior, highly visible role for someone who moves fluidly between strategic thinking and execution, who can develop a product positioning framework in the morning, brief a journalist at noon, and sharpen a founder essay in the afternoon. You'll build the product marketing and communications function from the ground up, working directly with founders and senior leadership to define how Qualified Health is positioned, how it's sold, how it earns authority in a rapidly evolving space, and how it commands earned media and share of voice in healthcare and technology press.
The market for enterprise healthcare AI is still being written. The companies that win won't just build the best product. They'll own the narrative about what the best product looks like, why it matters, and what it means for the future of care. This role is for someone who wants to write that narrative.
Outcomes:
Qualified Health leads the conversation in healthcare AI. Through thought leadership, executive writing, and strategic partnerships, the company and its founders are recognized as credible, sought-after voices on the issues shaping the industry.
Qualified Health owns its category narrative. The company's positioning is clear, differentiated, and consistently understood by the buyers, press, and influencers who matter, and it stays ahead of how the market is evolving.
The team sells with conviction. Commercial, partnerships, and AI Transformation leaders go to market with messaging, materials, and competitive intelligence that reflect deep product and ecosystem understanding.
Earned media and share of voice grow meaningfully. Qualified Health commands substantive, high-quality coverage in tier-one healthcare and technology outlets, with coverage that shapes market perception, not just generates mentions.
Key Responsibilities:
PRODUCT MARKETING
Define how Qualified Health wins. Own the positioning, messaging, and GTM narrative that makes the company's value undeniable to the right buyers, and ensure it shows up consistently across the website, collateral, and external communications.
Create a shared messaging foundation that unifies Commercial, Product, and AI Transformation teams around a single, compelling story.
Arm the Commercial and AI Transformation teams with the assets they need to drive real value: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and copy that reflect deep product conviction.
Continuously sharpen the value proposition through market testing and ensure that positioning reflects what resonates in a rapidly changing field.
Shape how the enterprise healthcare AI category is defined, taking a deliberate point of view on market evolution and ensuring Qualified Health's positioning stays ahead of it.
EXTERNAL NARRATIVE & EXECUTIVE WRITING
Produce original, publication-quality thought leadership on healthcare AI, governance, and enterprise adoption, writing articles, op-eds, and essays that move the conversation forward and resonate with clinicians, operators, and policy-adjacent audiences.
Be the voice behind the ideas: ghostwriting LinkedIn posts, essays, and narrative pieces for founders and senior leaders that capture their voice while sharpening their argument.
Weave individual company moments into a coherent, cumulative story, drafting internal and external communications that connect announcements to a larger narrative about where healthcare is going and why Qualified Health is leading it.
Develop deep subject-matter fluency in partnership with Commercial, Product, Clinical, and AI Transformation leaders, ensuring narratives are accurate, substantive, and insightful.
PUBLIC RELATIONS, EARNED MEDIA & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Own Qualified Health's earned media presence and grow its share of voice in tier-one healthcare and technology outlets.
Lead communications for the company's most consequential moments: write press releases and press materials, align messaging across stakeholders, and prepare executives for high-stakes announcements around financing, launches, partnerships, and customer stories.
Establish Qualified Health as a credible, sought-after voice by pursuing speaking and recognition opportunities that advance the company's visibility and through a cadence of analyst briefings (e.g., KLAS, Gartner, Forrester, and Rock Health).
Build and manage durable partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, professional societies, and thought leadership platforms, structuring relationships that generate co-branded content, shared audiences, and recurring visibility for Qualified Health's ideas.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in roles where strategic thinking and writing are the primary skillsets e.g., product marketing, management consulting, public relations, executive communications, journalism, policy, investment research, or adjacent analytical fields.
Demonstrated ability to own product positioning and messaging for complex B2B products, ideally in enterprise software, healthcare, or regulated industries.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to reason clearly and rigorously on the page, from tight sales copy to long-form essays.
Track record of developing go-to-market narratives and materials that move commercial outcomes.
Experience writing on behalf of senior leaders, founders, or subject-matter experts, with sensitivity to voice, intent, and audience.
High ownership mindset; able to operate independently and manage up and across with senior stakeholders.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a company building infrastructure at the center of one of the most consequential technology transitions in healthcare.
Broad scope and direct access to founders and senior leadership from day one.
The opportunity to build a product marketing and narrative function from the ground up, defining the playbook, not inheriting it.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
A team that takes the work seriously and moves fast.
Pay & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $155,000–$185,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

Strategy & Ops Lead, Office of the CEO
Transform healthcare with us.
At Qualified Health, we’re redefining what’s possible with Generative AI in healthcare. Our infrastructure provides the guardrails for safe AI governance, healthcare-specific agent creation, and real-time algorithm monitoring—working alongside leading health systems to drive real change.
This is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to build the future of AI in healthcare, solve complex challenges, and make a lasting impact on patient care. If you’re ambitious, innovative, and ready to move fast, we’d love to have you on board.
Join us in shaping the future of healthcare.
Job Summary:
Qualified Health is seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead to serve as a force multiplier for the Office of the CEO, driving the company's most important cross-functional priorities from insight to execution.
This is a role for someone who operates with low supervision and high judgment. You'll move fluidly between strategic analysis and hands-on execution, owning an initiative end to end one week, preparing the CEO for a critical decision the next. You'll represent the Office of the CEO’s thinking, identify what's falling through the cracks before anyone else does, and build the operating discipline that lets a fast-moving company scale without losing alignment.
The best health AI companies won't just build great products. They'll build the organizational muscle to scale them, the strategy, the partnerships, the cadence, and the cross-functional coordination that separates companies that grow from companies that stall. This role is for someone who wants to build that muscle.
Outcomes:
The company's most important strategic priorities move faster and with more rigor because you are operating as an extension of the office of the CEO, anticipating what's needed, not waiting to be assigned, and driving work forward with a high degree of autonomy and judgment.
Cross-functional initiatives have a clear owner. Whether a new business line, a company-wide AI transformation, or a high-stakes partnership, the initiatives that cut across functions, and therefore tend to stall, have a single accountable driver who can navigate complexity and deliver outcomes.
The company's operating cadence runs with intention. All-hands meetings, leadership offsites, OKR cycles, and board prep are moments that shape how the company thinks and works together, and you ensure they are designed and executed to move strategy forward.
The CEO and leadership team are better prepared and more aligned. Through your proximity to them and your visibility across the company, you surface what matters, sharpen the inputs to key decisions, and keep leadership aligned on priorities that shift fast.
Key Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC EXECUTION & FORCE MULTIPLICATION
Be the person who makes things happen. You operate as the Chief of Staff's counterpart in execution, not waiting for direction, but anticipating what the company's most important priorities demand and driving them forward before anyone has to ask.
See around corners. Maintain a real-time view of the company's most critical strategic bets, where they're gaining momentum, where they're stalling, and what it would take to break through, and bring that picture to the leadership team with a clear point of view, not just a status update.
Think like a principal, operate like an owner. Produce the analyses, frameworks, and strategic materials that shape how Qualified Health makes its most consequential decisions, and do it with the rigor and conviction that earns a permanent seat at the table.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
Own specific high-priority initiatives from scoping through execution, moving them forward while keeping the Chief of Staff informed and involved at the right moments.
Lead due diligence on new strategic opportunities: building the analytical foundation, pressure-testing assumptions, and synthesizing findings into a clear recommendation.
Manage Qualified Health's strategic partnership relationships, with technology ecosystem partners, thought leadership organizations, policy bodies, and industry associations, ensuring each relationship is structured to generate real value, not just activity.
AI TRANSFORMATION & THE COMPANY OF THE FUTURE
Lead Qualified Health's transformation into an AI-native organization by fundamentally rethinking how the company operates: what work AI should own, what humans should own, and where the boundary between them should move over time.
Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO to architect the operating model of the future: what Qualified Health looks like as an organization in three years, how roles evolve, how decisions get made, how teams are structured, and help build the roadmap to get there.
COMPANY OPERATING CADENCE
Own the design and execution of Qualified Health's operating rhythm, all-hands, monthly onsites, leadership team meetings, and board prep, ensuring each is structured to drive alignment and move strategy forward, not just fill calendar time.
Lead the OKR process end to end: working with leadership to set the right objectives, building the cadence for tracking, and surfacing progress and blockers to the CEO and Chief of Staff in real time.
Required Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience in roles where structured thinking, clear communication, and execution under ambiguity are the primary demands: management consulting (MBB or equivalent), investment banking, private equity, or a high-paced operator role at a venture-backed company.
Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to outcome, without requiring close supervision or a fully defined playbook.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complexity into a clear recommendation, write a crisp executive briefing, and hold a room with senior stakeholders.
High judgment, high ownership, and high standards. You set the bar for yourself and don't wait for someone else to raise it.
Comfort operating at multiple altitudes, moving from strategic analysis to detailed execution and back, often in the same day.
Experience in healthcare, enterprise software, or regulated industries preferred but not required. Intellectual curiosity about healthcare AI is required.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a company building infrastructure at the center of one of the most consequential technology transitions in healthcare.
Direct proximity to leadership, with broad visibility into how a venture-backed health AI company is built and scaled.
A clear trajectory: this role is designed to grow with you. As Qualified Health scales and the Office of the CEO evolves, so does your scope and your seat at the table.
The opportunity to own a real, strategic portfolio of work with the autonomy to drive it and the access to make it matter.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
A team that takes the work seriously and moves fast.
Pay & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
