If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team!
Why Join Us:
Rad AI is the leader in AI-powered radiology workflow solutions — recently ranked #5 on Fast Company's 2026 Most Innovative Companies list, and riding a wave of new health system go-lives, a newly expanded executive team (including our first Chief Clinical Officer), and next-generation speech recognition technology that's redefining how radiology gets reported. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a dynamic sales executive to join our high-performing sales team and own an Eastern territory.
In this role, you'll act as the GM of your territory — driving growth within health systems and physician groups across Rad AI's product lines, navigating the complex relationships between health systems and physician practices, and forecasting accurately to meet or exceed quota.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle for a large Eastern territory, from initial prospecting to contract closure — a front-line sales role in the near term, with the opportunity to build a team as the region scales
- Work collaboratively with customer success to ensure successful deployments and expansion of partnerships
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers (physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, radiology directors, etc.)
- Meet or exceed the annual revenue quota
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with more than enough opportunities to achieve quota
- Build relationships on both the clinical and operational side of target accounts
- Manage a pipeline including account targeting, deal qualification/prioritization, and accurate forecasting
- Educate radiologists in your account base on Rad AI's impact to clinicians and patients
- Build deep familiarity with Rad AI's products and development roadmap
- Travel regularly within the territory to build in-person relationships with health system and physician group stakeholders — this role requires regular travel
Who We're Looking For:
- 7–15 years of direct sales experience, with 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding KPIs
- Experience in health tech strongly preferred; familiarity with radiology workflows or PACS/RIS environments is a strong plus
- Action-oriented, fast-moving, intrinsically motivated, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes
Preferred Skills:
- Prior AI sales experience at a growing healthcare startup
- Experience selling to large-scale healthcare systems in the Eastern U.S.
- We're looking for candidates who bring modern, consultative health-tech sales experience
Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care—making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission, we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. If you're passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful healthcare solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

ABOUT CONTINUITY
Continuity is Rad AI's care coordination and follow-up platform, identifying actionable findings in radiology reports and closing the loop between radiology and downstream care. When a radiologist notes a nodule that needs a six-month recheck, Continuity makes sure that recommendation reaches a real worklist, gets acted on, and gets tracked until the patient actually returns. It is live at large health systems and radiology practices today, improving follow-up completion rates and catching cancers and other serious conditions earlier.
The people who do this work every day are nurse navigators, radiology technologists, and coordinators, and how well Continuity fits into their workflow matters as much to a program's success as the technology behind it.
WHY WE NEED YOU
Patient navigation is its own discipline. Working a list of hundreds of open findings. Knowing which patient needs a letter and which needs a phone call. Following up on the order that never got placed. It takes judgment built over years, and the navigators we work with have it.
We want that expertise at Rad AI. Rad AI's clinical team brings deep radiology experience, and we are adding a navigator with hands-on experience so that the workflows we design, the training we deliver, and the features we prioritize all reflect how this work is actually done. As we bring several major health systems and radiology practices live over the coming months, we want someone who has run a follow-up program working alongside our customers and our product team.
Looking longer term, we want to bring patient follow-up to all radiology organizations. Running a strong follow-up program today generally means funding a dedicated navigator position, which puts it out of reach for many smaller practices and imaging centers. Extending it to them means automating the routine steps so staff time goes to the patients who need it most. Drawing that line well requires someone who has done the work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Partner with implementation and customer success to design a customer's follow-up program around their staffing, referral patterns, and EHR.
- Advise on configuration decisions including worklist setup, letter templates, outreach cadences, and resolution reasons.
- Support navigator training and user acceptance testing ahead of each go-live.
- Serve as the clinical resource a customer's navigation team can bring questions to during their first months live.
- Bring the navigator's perspective to product requirements, design reviews, and prioritization.
- Review our follow-up recommendations and categorization alongside our clinical team.
- Help us determine which follow-up steps require clinical judgment and which can be handled by software or administrative staff.
- Codify what makes a follow-up program successful into training material, playbooks, and benchmarks.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination, as a nurse navigator, radiology technologist, coordinator, or in a comparable role.
- Experience designing a follow-up program and leading the staff who run it.
- Hands-on experience working a follow-up worklist and tracking patients through to a completed follow-up, including the messy parts: unreachable patients, wrong referring providers, orders that never get placed.
- Comfort working across EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech or similar) and an understanding of how orders, results, and patient communication move through a health system.
- Willingness to give direct, specific product feedback and advocate for the user's experience.
- Self-direction and comfort with ambiguity, this is a small team moving quickly.
- Availability during US business hours for customer-facing sessions.
NICE TO HAVES
- Clinical license such as RN or RT(R), active or previously held.
- Experience in a radiology department or imaging center.
- Familiarity with radiology follow-up guidelines such as Fleischner, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, Lung-RADS.
- Experience managing or training other navigators.
- Familiarity with Lung Cancer Screening program requirements and registry reporting such as ACR NRDR.
- Experience working for a health IT vendor, or as the customer-side lead on a vendor implementation.
Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care—making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission, we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. ABOUT THE ROLE
Rad AI is seeking a Technical Support Operations Manager to build, optimize, and maintain the complex systems, automation pipelines, and engineering support workflows behind our mission-critical platform. This is a net-new role and job family at Rad AI. Serving as both a systems architect and operational team lead, you will bridge technical support, platform engineering, and product teams to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Support, you will lead a team of 2–4 Technical Support Engineers, managing the operational infrastructure that supports high-throughput, low-latency AI diagnostic inference pipelines deployed across enterprise healthcare environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Systems Architecture & Integration Stack: Architect and maintain the end-to-end technical infrastructure stack for support operations — including RESTful API integrations, webhook orchestration, and event-driven data flow across Zendesk, Linear, Monday.com http://Monday.com, and BetterStack; lead database-level troubleshooting and telemetry analysis to diagnose system-level anomalies in partnership with Core Engineering.
- Workflow & Incident Engineering: Design and deploy automated incident response pipelines, multi-tiered escalation pathways, and real-time SLA telemetry engines; establish programmatic tracking for MTTR, system availability, and operational error budgets to maintain high-precision visibility into platform health.
- AI Orchestration & Automation Engineering: Programmatically reduce triage latency by building and deploying LLM-driven automation pipelines using n8n, Glean, and the Claude API to execute automated payload validation, log parsing, and context enrichment prior to human engineering review.
- L3 Technical Escalations & Diagnostic Runbooks: Serve as the final support escalation tier for high-severity integration failures, API payload malformations, and network layer dropouts; author comprehensive diagnostic runbooks, API failure trees, and system topology documentation to increase first-contact resolution rates.
- Operational Telemetry & System Analytics: Build custom analytics dashboards to query and analyze operational telemetry; perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on systemic platform failures to drive continuous improvement in automated triage and fault tolerance.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
- Engineering Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage and upskill a high-caliber team of Technical Support Engineers; cultivate a rigorous, systems-engineering mindset focused on root-cause diagnosis, clean code practices in scripting, and operational reliability.
- Performance Metrics & Technical Growth: Define quantitative engineering benchmarks and technical proficiency targets; structure 1:1s, architectural walkthroughs, and technical development plans that promote internal advancement and low attrition.
- Cross-Functional Platform Interface: Act as the primary technical liaison between Support Operations, Core Platform Engineering, Product Management, and Solutions Architecture; translate technical support telemetry into actionable bug reports, feature requests, and system resilience specifications.
- Reliability Enablement & Customer Advocacy: Lead technical enablement sessions on newly shipped platform endpoints and infrastructure shifts; advocate for platform stability and API backward compatibility to ensure seamless operations for enterprise health system deployments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5–7 years managing highly technical support teams in a SaaS or healthtech environment; startup experience strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in Zendesk and strong familiarity with Linear, Monday.com http://Monday.com, HubSpot, BetterStack, and CRM/integration platforms
- Experience in radiology or other healthcare tech a major plus
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Proven track record designing and managing cross-functional systems and workflows
- Experience implementing or leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency — not just evaluating them, but shipping them
- Demonstrated people management experience alongside systems/operations ownership
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from high-level architecture to detailed platform configuration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting go-live operations and enterprise customer onboarding a strong plus

- Maintain organized, audit-ready accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Support the annual financial statement audit, 401(k) audit, income and franchise tax filings, and other compliance requirements by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
- Assist with the development, documentation, and execution of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual work, strengthen controls, improve accuracy, and make accounting processes more scalable.
- Identify accounting issues proactively, communicate them clearly, and drive them through resolution without waiting for step-by-step direction.
- Support ad hoc accounting analyses and special projects as the company continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including hands-on ownership of significant portions of the month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to analyze financial statements and general ledger activity for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate accounting treatment.
- Experience preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, rollforwards, and well-supported accounting schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive issues through resolution.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including experience working with large datasets, lookup and aggregation formulas, and building reliable supporting schedules.
- High attention to detail with the judgment to balance accuracy, materiality, and close deadlines.
- Ability to communicate accounting issues clearly and work effectively with both finance and non-finance partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently, take ownership of unfamiliar problems, and operate effectively when processes are still being developed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS, software, venture-backed, or other high-growth technology company.
- Experience with payroll and benefits accounting, accounts payable, and spend-management operations.
- Experience supporting a financial statement audit, including preparing PBC schedules and working directly with external auditors.

If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own a multimodal ML work-stream from problem definition through experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and iteration.
- Translate clinical and product needs into clear ML objectives, data strategies, model approaches, and success criteria.
- Build and evaluate modern ML systems, including transformers, self-supervised learning, weak supervision, detection, localization, and segmentation.
- Work with image, report, and other clinical data to develop systems that are useful in real radiology workflows.
- Design rigorous evaluations that go beyond aggregate offline metrics, including clinically meaningful operating points, robustness, calibration, and performance across relevant data slices.
- Partner with engineering to productionize models, make practical system tradeoffs, and learn from performance after launch.
- Investigate failure modes such as laterality errors, poor image or report grounding, hallucination, dataset bias, domain shift, and workflow disruption.
- Communicate research findings and technical decisions clearly through design documents, experiment reviews, and presentations to technical and clinical partners.
- Contribute to the research roadmap by identifying promising approaches, sharing learnings, and helping the team decide what to pursue next.
- Mentor less experienced researchers and engineers through project collaboration, code and experiment reviews, and technical guidance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong applied experience in computer vision, NLP, or deep learning, with a track record of independently designing experiments, analyzing results, and turning findings into working systems.
- Experience owning substantial ML projects across the full lifecycle, from data and modeling through production delivery.
- Deep hands-on ability in Python and PyTorch, with strong intuition for model architecture, data quality, experimentation, and evaluation.
- Experience with modern vision or multimodal techniques such as vision transformers, contrastive learning, masked image modeling, or weak supervision, etc.
- The judgment to connect model performance to real user and clinical outcomes, including knowing when a benchmark improvement is not enough.
- Strong collaboration skills across research, engineering, product, data, and clinical teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both ML experts and clinical partners.
- Typically 4+ years of relevant applied ML research or engineering experience, or equivalent scope and impact. We calibrate on demonstrated ownership rather than title or exact tenure.
- An MS, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, Biomedical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with medical imaging, radiology, healthcare, or another high-stakes application area.
- Familiarity with chest X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, or other clinical imaging modalities.
- Experience with DICOM, image-report pairing, medical data de-identification, radiology workflows, or clinically derived labels.
- Experience evaluating models across patients, sites, scanner vendors, protocols, or other sources of distribution shift.
- Familiarity with clinical validation, FDA or HIPAA considerations, or other regulated and privacy-sensitive environments.
- Experience with 3D vision, longitudinal imaging, report generation, or clinical decision support.
- Publications, open-source contributions, or other evidence of research credibility.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You’ll own and advance a meaningful research track from ideation through production. You’ll establish a strong understanding of the clinical problem, build a credible data and evaluation strategy, deliver models that perform reliably in practice, and help the team learn from real-world use.
You’ll also become a trusted technical partner to the researchers, engineers, product leaders, data teams, and clinicians working on the broader ML roadmap. Over time, you’ll help raise the quality of research and technical decision-making through strong experimentation, clear communication, and thoughtful mentorship.
OUR WORKING STYLE
We’re a remote-first company with a highly collaborative, mission-driven research and engineering culture. We value direct communication, intellectual honesty, strong ownership, and practical judgment.
