We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Advisement team! As a Benefits Advisor, you will play an integral role on-boarding and enrolling both new and existing Remodel Health members. For new members, you are the gateway to an individual's experience with Remodel Health. For all employees, you are the primary subject matter expert in health benefits and the management of them. You are also key in helping members understand what benefits are available to them, how Remodel Health fits into their benefits, and how their benefits actually work.
Responsibilities
- Apply for and enroll individuals into insurance plans and programs
- Conduct in-person Zoom calls with members to find insurance plans that fit their needs
- Abide by insurance standards and HIPAA regulations
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Maintain electronic records
- Work as an advocate for the employee and employer
- Participate in new customer hand-offs from launch
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Able to travel to various domestic locations (infrequent)

Requirements:

Position Summary
The Launch Specialist supports the Launch Coordinators by executing key administrative and operational tasks that enable a smooth onboarding experience for Remodel Health clients. Remodel Health is seeking a strategic, operationally minded, and highly analytical Director of Financial Operations to lead and scale the organization’s Financial Operations function. This leader will oversee the integrity, scalability, compliance, and performance of all premium payment, billing, carrier payment, banking, and financial operational workflows across the organization.
The Director of Financial Operations will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for building sustainable financial processes, strengthening internal controls, driving automation initiatives, and developing a high-performing Financial Operations team. This role requires a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Advisement, Launch, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operational outcomes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and develop the Financial Operations department, including Managers, Senior Specialists, and Specialists.
