JOB OVERVIEW
The Partnership Manager owns and grows a portfolio of merchant and platform partnerships, with full accountability for partner performance, retention, and revenue outcomes. This role serves as the primary owner of partner relationships and is responsible for driving operational excellence, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable business impact.
JOB DUTIES
- Own a portfolio of partners and merchants, with full accountability for performance, growth, retention, and overall partner health
- Serve as the primary relationship owner, building and maintaining strong partner relationships across multiple levels and acting as a trusted advisor
- Analyze performance data and independently drive improvements in key metrics such as order volume, reliability, and partner satisfaction
- Lead issue resolution and manage escalations end-to-end, including root cause analysis, cross-functional coordination, and implementation of long-term fixes
- Identify, prioritize, and execute revenue growth and operational optimization opportunities within assigned accounts
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Product, and Support teams to improve processes, tools, and partner experience
- Contribute to partnership strategy and market expansion efforts, testing new approaches and bringing actionable insights from the field
- Participate in contract discussions, renewals, and negotiations, owning preparation, data, and recommendations while partnering with senior stakeholders
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally within technology, food service, or delivery ecosystems.
- Demonstrated track record of managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems and basic data analysis tools to manage performance and reporting.
- Willing to travel up to 25-50% within the designated market.

About The Team
The dynamic and diverse Electrical Engineering team at Serve Robotics ensures product safety and effectiveness. Key to driving company success, they collaborate, innovate, and create efficient solutions for high-performance robotic applications.
Position Summary
The Senior Robotics Embedded Engineer drives hardware–firmware integration across multiple designs. This position guides early board bring-up, feature enablement, system integration, and test infrastructure development while collaborating closely with electrical, mechanical, and systems teams to ensure robust hardware performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead firmware development for PCB bring-up, including power-on validation, peripheral testing, and interface bring-up.
- Architect and implement low-level drivers, diagnostic tools, and early-stage test utilities for new hardware platforms.
- Develop measurement, monitoring, and logging capabilities to assess hardware performance and reliability.
- Partner with the hardware team to troubleshoot component, signal-integrity, and interface issues.
- Own creation and maintenance of test firmware, automation scripts, and engineering validation tools.
- Oversee configuration, execution, and debugging of hardware test benches, fixtures, and development platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance in root-cause analysis for hardware–firmware interaction issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience developing embedded firmware in C/C++, Python, and Bash.
- Expertise with Linux and RTOS-based systems.
- Strong understanding of real-time behavior, system bring-up, and low-level hardware interfaces.
- Proficiency with CAN, UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and related communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG, and hardware debugging tools.
- Background in robotics, consumer electronics, or complex electromechanical systems
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Familiarity with system modeling, control fundamentals, or sensor integration is a plus.

As a Staff Systems Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that our robot is safe, robust, performant, and satisfies market/customer needs. You will own the decomposition of requirements, architectures, and specifications of an autonomous last-mile delivery robot, from high-level system requirements and architecture all the way to low-level component selection criteria and performance budgets. You will serve as the glue of the organization, working across many teams and disciplines to help orchestrate the development of a complex system by breaking high-level goals down into actionable information across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to decompose system functions, behaviors, and features into actionable engineering requirements and specifications for an autonomous last-mile delivery robot
- Facilitate the development of actionable metrics to evaluate the performance of components, subsystems, and systems throughout the robot, both in the lab and in the field
- Develop frameworks and facilitate trade studies to optimize system and subsystem designs for performance, safety, and cost, particularly negotiating between hardware and software to find the best design solution
- Lead interdisciplinary teams through complex root-cause analysis and resolution in which there are many possible root causes that involve various areas of engineering, using a structured approach for problem solving
- Work closely with Systems Verification & Validation Engineers to define verification & validation plans that ensure the delivery of a safe and responsible autonomous product
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Software or equivalent engineering field
- 12+ years of experience in the design and analysis of complex electromechanical and/or robotic systems
- Experience in systems engineering and requirements management including systems analysis, requirements decomposition, and verification & validation
- Experience in data analysis of test results including probability and statistical analysis techniques
- Hands-on approach to the test and debugging of electromechanical systems
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from technicians to senior executives
What Makes You Standout
- M.S., or Ph.D in Mechanical, Electrical, Software or equivalent engineering field
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: automotive, medical, aerospace, robotics
- Experience in autonomous systems and/or mobile robotics
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
