Director of Finance
Field sales powers the economy — but most teams are struggling. Reps are buried in admin work, managers are stretched thin, and leaders can’t see what’s really happening in the field.
Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win.
We started as an AI-powered coaching platform that helped reps improve their outcomes in the field.
Today, we’re something much bigger — an intelligent companion that automates sales reps’ tedious admin work, gives managers real-time visibility, and helps executives see around corners.
Our platform integrates with systems like Salesforce, analyzing thousands of in-person sales conversations to surface insights, automate workflows, and drive better outcomes across the org. Think Iron Man’s Jarvis for sales — proactive, personalized, and built directly into the tools teams already use.
Siro has raised $75M and is backed by world-class investors like Index, Fika, CRV, and SignalFire. We are trusted by leading home-improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive brands, and powered by a lean team from Meta, McKinsey, Doordash, and Uber.
We’re building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales — and we’re just getting started.
About the role
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants finance to be a driver of the business, not a scorekeeper. You'll own the numbers end to end — the model, the close, cash, compliance, and the systems under all of it — and you'll use that ownership to sharpen how the whole company makes decisions.
It's ideal for a high-slope, deeply detail-oriented operator who is equally uncomfortable with a sloppy reconciliation and with a month spent on work that didn't move the business. You'll go deep — into the model, the ledger, the compliance controls — but you're measured on the decisions and outcomes that depth produces.
What you'll do
Own strategic finance and be a decision partner
Own and continuously sharpen the financial model — revenue, ARR, burn, runway, unit economics, and scenario planning
Refine the operating cadence: budgeting, forecasting, board and investor reporting, and monthly business reviews that change what leadership does next
Turn analysis into recommendations — pricing, hiring pace, spend trade-offs, where a dollar returns the most — and push for the call, don't just present options
Be the finance partner in the next fundraise: investor-grade model, data room, and diligence support
Own accounting, the close, and controls
Own a clean, timely monthly close and accurate financials (managing our outsourced accounting/bookkeeping partners)
Build the controls, reconciliations, and reporting that make our numbers audit-ready and investor-ready by default
Own cash: AR/AP, collections, billing accuracy, treasury, and the cash-flow visibility the company runs on
Manage tax, audit, and statutory compliance without letting them become fire drills
Own compliance and security operations
Own the compliance (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) program end to end — scope, controls, evidence, auditor relationship, and continuous compliance after certification
Turn security questionnaires and vendor diligence from a deal bottleneck into a fast, repeatable process that helps Sales win
Own the compliance and risk backbone: data handling, vendor risk, insurance, contracts review support, and the policies that scale with us
Partner with Engineering on the controls that reduce risk (not just the ones that check a box)
Build the finance function and its systems
Choose and implement the tooling that lets a small team punch above its weight
Automate and eliminate low-leverage work relentlessly, so the function scales sub-linearly with the company
Set the standards for the finance team we'll build over time
Who you are
A finance operator with range — you can move from a board-ready strategic model to a bank reconciliation to a SOC 2 control mapping and be rigorous at every altitude
High-slope: you've grown faster than your titles, take on scope before it's handed to you, and get sharper under ambiguity
Obsessively detail-oriented — but outcome-obsessed first. You catch the $40 variance and you know when the $40 variance isn't worth an hour. You never let precision become an excuse for not moving the business.
Experienced across strategic/FP&A finance, accounting/close, and compliance — likely from a high-growth startup, and comfortable being the most senior and strategic finance hire
Hands-on with (or able to quickly own) compliance; you treat it as a revenue enabler, not a cost center
A clear communicator who translates financial complexity into decisions non-finance leaders can act on
A builder who is energized by no playbook, few tools, and a lot of leverage on the line
Why join Siro as Director of Finance
Scope from day one. This is finance, accounting, compliance, and systems under one owner — a rare chance to build the whole function, not inherit a slice of it.
Real influence. You'll sit close to the CEO and leadership and directly shape pricing, spend, and growth decisions — including the next raise.
You'll build it right, once. You’re not building from scratch, but there’s also room for and appetite to rethink how we’ve done things from first principles. You get to set the [new] standard for how Siro runs its finances and compliance as it scales.
A company that's winning. Siro is growing fast in a category we're built to win, and finance is central to how far and how fast we go.
What this role is NOT
This is not a controller-only or pure-reporting seat. If your definition of a good month is a perfect close that nobody made a decision from, this isn't the fit.
This is not a role where compliance is busywork. SOC 2 here is a tool to win enterprise deals — owned by someone who understands why it matters, not just how to fill out the checklist.
A failure mode we're screening against: getting lost in the minutiae without driving business impact. We want someone who goes deep and comes back up with the decision. If precision is the goal rather than the tool, this will be frustrating for both sides.

Head of GTM Enablement

We’re building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales — and we’re just getting started.
We're hiring our first GTM Enablement leader to build this function from scratch. You'll own how we onboard, ramp, and coach our GTM teams — and you'll use Siro's own product to do it. This role is the proof point that Siro runs on Siro. You'll act as a de facto manager for incoming AEs during their first 2–3 months, guiding them through ramp.
What You'll Do
Own AE onboarding end-to-end, including acting as the embedded manager for new reps during their first 2–3 month ramp
Build and maintain the playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and coaching programs that set our AEs and SDRs up to win — and keep them sharp as the business evolves.
Create and maintain sales training content: video overviews, written guides, practice modules and other outputs to help improve GTM team effectiveness.
Use Siro's platform as your primary coaching tool — listen to recordings, spot patterns, and deliver targeted, data-driven feedback
Provide codified feedback to our product team based on your ongoing use of Siro to enable continuous product improvement
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure reps are always well-equipped
Track ramp time, win rates, and program effectiveness — and iterate relentlessly
Establish Siro — and yourself — as a thought leader in sales excellence and enablement
What We're Looking For
5+ years of sales enablement experience at a B2B SaaS company
You've been a first or early sales enablement hire before — you know how to build from nothing
Magnetic presence: you can own a room full of AEs and SDRs and have them leaning in
Real passion for coaching and developing people — not just building programs, but watching reps grow
Startup mentality: scrappy, fast, and undeterred by ambiguity
Prior selling experience (any capacity) is a huge plus
At Siro, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are applying for an open position or working at the company. We’re building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales — and we’re just getting started.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful pieces of Siro end-to-end — across AI, data ingestion, proactive agents, integrations, and the experiences customers touch every day.
Siro is building the intelligence layer for the enormous part of the economy that still runs on in-person conversation — an in-person workforce most software has ignored. We capture what happens in the field and turn it into intelligence our users act on daily — prepping a rep before a meeting, surfacing the next move, handling the follow-up.
Your job is to push that arc forward: make the intelligence sharper, make people trust it, and close the gap between insight and action. You'll own real problems the whole way, from ambiguous idea to a product customers rely on.
Own and ship end-to-end. Drive strategy and product concepts through discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration. You're on the hook for whether it provides value, not just whether it shipped.
Build for someone who doesn't sit at a desk. Our users are in trucks, driveways, and showrooms. We believe that we should never add work to a rep's day — the product has to earn its place, which makes this a harder and more interesting design problem to solve.
Be a forward-deployed PM. Our customers run businesses that look very different from ours and likely from any you’ve ever worked in. You'll get on the plane, ride along on calls, sit with managers onsite, listen to conversations, and turn what you learn across industries into one coherent product.
Make Siro the connective layer for our customers. Help move the right business context into Siro — from CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, calendars, warehouses, and other systems — so every conversation is tied to the customer, opportunity, outcome, and next step. Siro should become the ground truth for what happened in the field and what to do next.
Move Siro from insight to action. Apply our intelligence to drive behavior change and operate the sales motion — prep before a conversation, the next move surfaced in the moment, the follow-up handled. This is where the product is heading, and you'll build it.
Raise the AI quality bar. Accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, trust, the weird edge cases. A demo that impresses is easy; a tool a skeptical rep opens every morning is the actual job.
Requirements / Who You Are
6+ years in product management, including ownership of meaningful product areas at a growth-stage company.
You're a “barrel.” Give you an ambiguous problem and you create momentum: figure out what matters, talk to the right customers, pull the data, make the tradeoffs, align the team, and get something valuable shipped. You don’t need a clean brief or constant direction to turn a vague opportunity into a real product.
Sound product judgment in messy domains. You're comfortable when the inputs are imperfect and there's no obvious right answer, and you pull the right people together to make good decisions.
Bias to action and doing whatever it takes. If you see friction in the UX or a customer complains about something on a call that you think is worth fixing — it’s not a ticket to an engineering backlog, you write the code and ship it.
Obsessed with customers and details. You'd take a day in the field over a day in a planning doc, and you make it happen without being asked.
Enough technical fluency to dig into the tradeoffs with engineering. model quality, latency vs. cost per query, and how fresh integration data really needs to be.
You carry product vision with you everywhere. You have strong taste, you think in systems, and you can connect today’s bug, customer ask, or workflow edge case to where the product needs to go over the next few years.
Why join Siro as a Senior PM?
Lead critical roadmap initiatives on a small, senior team at a high-growth Series B startup with real product-market fit
Own projects that directly impact revenue, customer outcomes, and business strategy
Build AI that gets used in real-world sales workflows, not just in a browser or back-office dashboard.
Build product around conversation data from high-stakes, in-person sales moments that customers can't get anywhere else
Work on a genuinely hard problem: messy spoken conversations, fragmented business systems, field sales execution, analytics, automation, and AI agents all coming together in one product.
At Siro, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are applying for an open position or working at the company. We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

The Role
We're hiring a Director of Business Development to own and scale the engine that feeds Siro's growth. This is a high-leverage leadership role where you'll architect our pipeline strategy, build the team and systems to execute it, and operate as a partner to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership.
The right person will think like an executive and report directly to our CRO. You understand that pipeline generation is a strategic function -- not a volume play -- and you've built the infrastructure, culture, and talent to prove it.
What You'll Own
Strategy & Architecture. Design and evolve Siro's pipeline generation strategy end-to-end — segmentation, channel mix, messaging frameworks, conversion optimization. You'll set the vision, define the metrics that matter, and build the operating cadence to hit them.
Team Building & Talent Development. Lead a team of BDRs. Recruit A-players, design world-class onboarding and development programs, and create a culture where strong reps become great sellers who build their career at Siro.
Cross-Functional Partnership. Operate as a peer to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership. Co-own pipeline quality, influence go-to-market strategy, and close the feedback loop between what the market is telling your team and what the rest of the organization needs to hear.
Operational Excellence. Build the reporting, systems, and experimentation frameworks that reflect pipeline generation as a science. You're fluent in funnel math, obsessive about conversion data, and fast to kill what isn't working.
Market Presence. Represent Siro at industry conferences and events. Bring back competitive intelligence, customer insight, and brand energy.
Who You Are
You've spent 7+ years in B2B sales development, with at least 3 years leading and scaling teams. Beyond the numbers:
You've built pipeline organizations. You know what it takes to go from scrappy to scalable.
You think in systems: hiring profiles, ramp models, channel economics, conversion trees. You can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to a rep's call in the same afternoon.
You've operated in high-growth environments (Series B through pre-IPO) and are comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and evolving priorities.
You have a point of view on modern outbound, and the intellectual honesty to evolve it when the data says otherwise.
You're a magnet for talent. People want to work for you, and the proof is in who you've developed.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), sales engagement tools, and prospecting technologies is expected — but your judgment matters more than your tool stack.
Why Siro
You'll build something that matters. Siro is bringing coaching to an entire workforce that's been ignored by technology. The people we serve work on job sites, in people's homes, on the floor, and they deserve the same infrastructure that inside sales teams have had for a decade.
You'll have real ownership. This is a foundational leadership role in a company that's scaling fast with strong unit economics. You'll shape how Siro goes to market.
You'll grow into what's next. We're building a leadership bench that will drive GTM strategy as Siro scales.
You'll work with exceptional people. Siro's team includes leaders from top-tier companies and investors who've backed some of the best B2B companies of the last decade. The bar is high, the support is real, and the ambition is shared.

We’re building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales — and we’re just getting started.
The role
We’re hiring a Senior Manager or Director of Product Marketing to tell the story that makes Siro inevitable for in-person sales teams. You’ll be responsible for positioning across our target verticals, the messaging behind every launch, how we win against competitors, and the throughline that connects them all.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll write the copy, build the decks and one-pagers, and get the team using them. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and the rest of GTM leadership, including our founder/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning and messaging: Own a clear point of view on who we sell to, what problems we solve, and why we win, including a messaging framework for each of our target verticals.
Launch messaging and GTM narrative. Own the story behind every launch and coordinate across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to bring new launches to market.
Competitive positioning. Own how we win, whether we’re up against a direct competitor or against the way a team has always operated. Keep our competitive intel current and turn it into battlecards our reps can win with.
Bottom-of-funnel messaging. Own the pages, customer stories, and copy that move an in-market buyer from interested to convinced. Solution and comparison pages, one-pagers, and industry-specific proof that makes Siro feel built for them.
Customer marketing. Turn customer results into proof we can sell with: case studies, testimonials, quotes, and impact metrics. Partner with external contractors to produce high-quality video case studies for high-value customers.
Requirements
4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong commercial orientation — you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with AEs, sales leaders, and CROs and understand the sales motion.
Experience in management consulting preferred.
Exceptional storytelling. You can turn a half-baked feature spec into a tight narrative that a CRO wants to read.
A track record of owning major product launches end-to-end that actually landed. You can point to specific launches that moved pipeline, adoption, or revenue.
Strong sales enablement instincts. You've built battlecards, pitch decks, and one-pagers that reps actually used (not the kind that sit on a shared drive).
Numbers-driven — you instrument your work, tie it to outcomes, and bring data into every launch recap and case study.
A builder's mindset. You thrive in ambiguity, build systems from scratch, and raise your hand for work that doesn't have an owner.
Bias to ship. You'd rather publish a sharp v1 this week than a perfect v3 next quarter.
Comfortable operating as a senior IC with broad scope and no direct reports — influence and execution come from the quality of your work, not from headcount.
Why join Siro as the Senior Manager, Product Marketing?
This is a senior, foundational PMM seat. You'll own the voice of Siro in a category that's still being defined
You'll work directly with leadership and the CEO, with high visibility and real influence on how the company grows
The category ceiling is enormous and almost entirely unclaimed. In-person sales is the biggest slice of B2B selling and the most underserved by software
You'll market a product people actually love. Reps rely on it, customers evangelize it.
Compensation & Details
This role is open at two levels: Senior Manager = $205,000, Director = $235,000
We do not sponsor H1B visas
This is a full-time role based in NYC (Flatiron), in-person Tues/Wed/Thurs
At Siro, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are applying for an open position or working at the company. We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
Commercial Counsel (in-house)
Field sales powers the economy — but selling at enterprise scale is complex.
Contracts move slowly. Negotiations get stuck. Risk tolerance isn’t symmetrical — especially when you’re the smaller company in a Fortune 500 deal.
At Siro, we’re redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win — and that transformation increasingly happens inside complex commercial agreements with large customers and partners.
We’re looking for a Commercial Counsel who wants to be in the work: negotiating, drafting, redlining, and helping deals cross the line — not managing legal intake from afar.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling AI company at the moment when legal becomes a growth accelerator, not a bottleneck.
The Role
We are hiring a Commercial Counsel to own and execute the core commercial legal work at Siro.
This is a hands-on role focused on:
Enterprise customer contracts
Partner and channel agreements
Negotiations that require creativity, judgment, and pragmatism
This is not a General Counsel role.
This is not a regulatory-heavy position.
This is not a role for someone who prefers to outsource execution.
It is a role for someone who:
Enjoys being in live deal conversations
Thinks creatively about risk rather than defaulting to “no”
Wants to grow with the company as volume and complexity increase
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Contract Ownership
Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of:
Enterprise customer agreements
Strategic partner and channel contracts
Participate directly in customer and partner calls
Draft, redline, and finalize agreements independently
Deal Enablement & Risk Judgment
Balance speed, risk, and commercial reality in enterprise negotiations
Help the business move deals forward while thoughtfully minimizing downside
Operate effectively as the “small fish” negotiating with large enterprises
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Business Operations
Serve as a trusted advisor to deal owners without slowing momentum
Collaborate with external counsel (Goodwin, Pulsinelli, etc.) where specialized expertise is required — without defaulting to outsourcing core work
Product & Data Exposure (Secondary)
Support product-related legal questions including:
Data privacy considerations
AI-driven workflows and redaction
Partner with external specialists when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
3–8+ years of legal experience, with:
Strong training in commercial contracts
Background in Big Law and/or in-house at a technology company
Experience negotiating complex B2B or enterprise agreements
Exposure to startup or high-growth environments preferred
Practical Legal Mindset
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information
Demonstrated ability to manage risk pragmatically, not eliminate it
Willingness to accept non-ideal terms when necessary to close strategic deals
How You Work
Hands-on, execution-oriented, and detail-driven
Low ego; high ownership
Enjoys volume, repetition, and complexity — not just “big moments”
What You’re Not
A pure regulatory or compliance specialist
A career General Counsel looking to quarterback external firms
Highly risk-averse or process-heavy at the expense of speed
At Siro, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are applying for an open position or working at the company. We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
