Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
How do you know if you have a disability?
A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:
Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS
Blind or low vision
Cancer (past or present)
Cardiovascular or heart disease
Celiac disease

About Snorkel
At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.
We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!
About the Role
Snorkel AI is looking for a Head of Technical Recruiting to build and lead the technical recruiting engine that will support our next stage of growth. This leader will own the strategy, team, operating model, and execution required to hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Research, Product, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Applied AI Engineering.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has built and scaled technical recruiting teams in hyper-growth startup environments, ideally from roughly 100 to 1,000 employees. We are looking for a builder: someone who knows how to design a recruiting function from the ground up, develop a high-performing team, partner deeply with technical leaders, and compete creatively for scarce talent in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
The ideal candidate has operated in the Bay Area technical talent market, understands the pace and ambiguity of high-growth startups, and brings strong instincts for hiring in AI, infrastructure, data, machine learning, developer tools, or other deeply technical domains.
What You’ll Do
Lead and scale Snorkel AI’s technical recruiting function across Engineering, Research, Product, FDE, and Applied AI Engineering.
Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of technical recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting leaders as the company scales.
Own the overall technical recruiting strategy, including workforce planning, pipeline development, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, closing strategy, and capacity planning.
Partner closely with Engineering, Research, Product, and other technical leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
Create a world-class recruiting operating model that balances speed, quality, rigor, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Develop creative sourcing strategies for highly competitive technical and AI talent markets.
Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, forecast hiring outcomes, and drive accountability across the recruiting process.
Establish and track key technical recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, pass-through rates, time to fill, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, candidate experience, and quality of hire indicators.
Coach hiring managers and interview teams on effective assessment, structured interviewing, calibration, and closing.
Build scalable processes while remaining hands-on and close to the work where needed.
Represent Snorkel AI externally as an employer of choice for world-class technical talent.
What We’re Looking For
Experience building and leading technical recruiting teams in a hyper-growth startup environment, ideally at a company scaling from approximately 100 to 1,000 employees.
Deep experience recruiting for technical functions such as Engineering, Research, Product, Machine Learning, AI, Infrastructure, Data, Applied AI, or similar areas.
Strong knowledge of the Bay Area technical talent market and competitive AI/startup hiring landscape.
A track record of building recruiting teams, developing recruiters, and creating scalable recruiting practices.
Experience partnering directly with senior technical and business leaders on hiring strategy, prioritization, tradeoffs, and execution.
Strong data orientation, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to diagnose problems, drive decisions, and communicate progress.
Demonstrated creativity in sourcing, pipeline generation, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems, processes, and teams where they may not yet exist.
A high bar for talent, candidate experience, and operational excellence.

Legal Basis for Processing
We will only use EU and UK Personal Information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your EU and UK Personal Information in the following circumstances:
where it is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract;
where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (including, in respect of Sensitive Information, obligations under employment law) on us; and
where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. For example, the Company has a legitimate interest in conducting certain background checks on applicants to ensure that it is offering employment to those individuals whom it considers are most likely to be successful when working for the Company.
We may also use your EU and UK Personal Information in the following situations, which are likely to be rare:

Purposes of Processing
We process EU and UK Personal Information for the following purposes:

This includes complying with applicable public health guidelines and requirements related to the prevention and control of COVID-19 or other infectious diseases, as well as ensuring the health and safety of employees by controlling access to and monitoring our physical premises (e.g. by requiring health screenings to access Company offices/facilities).
There may be more than one purpose that justifies our use of your EU and UK Personal Information in any particular circumstance.
We will only use your EU and UK Personal Information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your EU and UK Personal Information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
If you fail to provide certain EU and UK Personal Information when requested, we may not be able to review your application, or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations.
Disclosures to third parties
We share EU and UK Personal Information with the following unaffiliated third parties:

To ensure that EU and UK Personal Information is sufficiently protected when transferred outside the EEA and UK the Company has put in place protective measures. Further information regarding the Company’s protective measures is available from our Data Protection Officer.
6. Data Security
The Company will take appropriate measures to protect EU and UK Personal Information that are consistent with applicable privacy and data security laws and regulations, including requiring service providers to use appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of EU and UK Personal Information.
Access to EU and UK Personal Information within the Company will be limited to those who have a need to know the information for the purposes described above, and may include personnel in HR, IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Accounting. Such personnel will generally have access to EU and UK Applicants’ business contact information such as name, desired position, telephone number, postal address and email address.
The Company has put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach of your EU and UK Personal Information where we are legally required to do so.

How do you know if you have a disability?

The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the frontier AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. Our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) organization partners with frontier AI labs to solve some of the hardest data challenges, creating training and evaluation data that power the next generation of models.
About the Role
Snorkel AI is hiring a Senior Manager on the Forward Deployed Research team to own how we show what our data does. You own two related functions: benchmarking the latest frontier models against our data series to expose where they fall short, and tuning customer and open-source models on our data to demonstrate the lift it produces. Both become the evidence behind our data pitch and a signal for what to build next.
This is a player-coach role. You own the system, the standards, and the output: the methodology, the quality bar, and the intelligence we produce, while hiring and developing a small team of engineers and researchers. You define the tooling and automation the function needs and partner with Engineering to build it. You stay hands-on in the technical work and grow the function as demand climbs.
You partner across GTM, where this work opens and advances deals, with Research as a research partner, and with Engineering to build the underlying tooling. The right person is a strong engineer with real evaluation depth, can hold their own on frontier AI, and wants to own a function and grow a team.
Main Responsibilities
Own the system for measuring what our data does: define how we benchmark and tune models on our data, and the tooling and automation the function needs, partnering with Engineering to build it
Recruit, hire, and develop a small team of engineers and researchers; a player-coach role, hands-on technical work plus team leadership
Own the methodology and playbook for benchmarking and tuning: the model panels, the metrics we report, the tuning setups, and the quality bar, so results are consistent, repeatable, and defensible across accounts and data series
Turn benchmark results into gap intelligence: clear analyses of where models fall short that serve as the evidence behind our data pitch and a primary input to what we build next
Tune customer and open-source models on our data to demonstrate the lift it produces, and turn that into presales material and intelligence
Partner cross-functionally with the GTM team where this work opens and advances deals, with Research as a research partner, and with Engineering, who build the underlying platform and automation you direct
Serve as the technical authority on evaluation: escalation point for complex or high-stakes benchmarking, and the person ensuring our published pass rates and model comparisons are rigorous and credible
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years in applied ML, model evaluation, or research-intensive engineering, with a track record of building technical systems
Strong software engineering skills, with experience building data or evaluation pipelines, automation, and tooling that scale
Deep understanding of model evaluation and benchmarking: designing evaluations, selecting model panels and metrics, and producing rigorous, defensible results
Strong fluency in frontier AI concepts including LLMs, evaluation methodologies, post-training techniques (RLHF, DPO, RLAIF), and domain areas such as coding agents, reasoning, multimodal models, or RL environments
Experience leading, hiring, and developing technical talent; comfortable as a player-coach who stays hands-on while growing a team
Ability to translate technical results into clear insights for technical and go-to-market audiences, and to partner effectively across research, engineering, and GTM
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

There may be more than one purpose that justifies our use of your EU and UK Personal Information in any particular circumstance.
We will only use your EU and UK Personal Information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your EU and UK Personal Information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

About the Team
The Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business is building a category-defining data marketplace powering the next generation of AI applications. Our success depends on our ability to rapidly source, scale, and retain a high-quality global network of expert contributors (ECs) across a wide range of domains.
The Supply team sits at the center of this effort — owning the strategy, systems, and partnerships required to ensure we can meet highly dynamic customer demand while building a scalable, resilient supply engine.
About the Role
We are seeking a senior leader to own and scale the supply side of our DaaS marketplace. This role is responsible for building a globally distributed, high-performing EC network that can meet fast-moving demand while scaling efficiently over time.
This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that goes beyond traditional growth or partnerships. You will be responsible for global supply strategy, BPO and partnership ecosystems, international expansion, and ensuring the right mix across geographies and channels to mitigate concentration and operational risk.
You will also play a critical role in evolving our supply model from reactive fulfillment to predictive capacity planning — enabling a responsive, scalable marketplace that keeps pace with rapid sales cycles and shifting demand.
About You
You are a systems thinker and operator who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving environments. You have deep experience scaling marketplace supply and understand how to balance short-term execution with long-term strategy.
You’re highly analytical and comfortable building models and frameworks that inform decision-making. You know how to translate data into action and can partner effectively across Product, GTM, and Operations.
You are equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and diving into the details when needed. You move with urgency, prioritize ruthlessly, and know how to scale teams and systems in high-growth environments.

Build predictive capacity planning and marketplace health systems
evolve supply from reactive fulfillment to forward-looking capacity modeling
leverage analytics to drive insights and actions that improve marketplace responsiveness and efficiency
Drive multi-channel supply growth
scale paid, partnerships, referral, and organic acquisition channels
establish strong unit economics and continuously optimize funnel performance
Own strategic partnerships
identify and build partnerships (BPOs, universities, training programs, etc.) that drive scalable supply growth
Partner on EC experience and retention
work closely with the Head of EC Experience to improve retention, engagement, and contributor quality
ensure a seamless end-to-end experience across the EC lifecycle
Align closely with GTM and Delivery
partner with GTM to respond to short sales cycles and rapidly evolving demand
build systems that enable fast ramp-up and ramp-down of supply
Lead and scale the team
hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team across supply, partnerships, and operations
Requirements
8+ years of experience in marketplace, growth, operations, or related fields
5+ years of experience leading teams, including senior or cross-functional leaders
Proven experience building and scaling global supply networks, including partnerships and/or BPO models
Strong analytical skillset, with experience building capacity models, forecasting systems, and data-driven decision frameworks
Experience operating in fast-paced environments with short sales cycles and dynamic demand
Demonstrated ability to create clarity and prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments
Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, GTM, and Operations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable insights
Strong business judgment, including managing risk (geographic, channel, operational) and balancing short- and long-term tradeoffs
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias to action and ability to scale from 0→1 and 1→n

40%: Critical-path data science projects
20%: Partnering with Engineers, PMs, DaaS operational leads, and Finance
What You'll Do
Own Generative AI Analytics: Build and maintain end-to-end infra (semantic layer, LLM tooling, evals, and agents) to analytically empower every team at Snorkel.
Protect Quality: Work with Engineering and the Fraud Operations Lead to build, unify inputs for, and deploy fraud detection and contributor quality models.
Optimize Marketplace: Architect search, ranking, and recommendation models to match project needs for Expert Contributors across domains and geographies.
Improve Forecasting: Build predictive models to help Strategy & Operations and Finance elevate forecast accuracy with signals from across the business.
Identify Leverage: Surface the next high-value data science opportunities at Snorkel and build the case for their prioritization with the Head of Data.
Advise Leadership: Be a trusted thought partner to the Head of Data and leaders of other teams on data architecture, applied data science, and AI.
Qualifications
5+ years: data science or related experience, with a track record of shipping forecasting, ranking, recommendation, or similar models into production.

Modern AI Tools: Experience deploying modern AI tools (semantic layers, LLMs, evaluation frameworks) reliably into production.
Engineering Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Engineering teams to bridge the gap from prototype to production system.
Agency: Strong track record of impact without a large team or detailed roadmap.
0-to-1 Mindset: Comfortable building foundational systems from scratch in environments where data infrastructure is still maturing.
Partnership: Genuinely values engaging technical and operational stakeholders to fully understand a problem and build data-driven solutions.
Bonus Points: Experience with Streamlit, Snowflake Cortex, AI/data labeling, A/B testing, and two-sided marketplace or data product business models.
Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Snorkel also includes benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

About Snorkel AI
Snorkel AI is helping government organizations build, evaluate, and deploy trusted AI systems for mission-critical environments. Founded out of the Stanford AI Lab, Snorkel pioneered the field of data-centric AI and is now working with leading commercial enterprises, frontier AI labs, and national security organizations to accelerate the development of reliable, mission-ready AI capabilities.
Our work spans AI evaluation and benchmarking, data development, model improvement, and operational AI deployment in some of the most demanding environments in government.
As AI becomes increasingly important to intelligence analysis, operational planning, decision support, and national security missions, organizations need partners who can bridge the gap between mission requirements and emerging AI technologies.
That is where this role comes in.
The Opportunity
Snorkel AI is seeking an Mission Account Executive focused on the Intelligence Community.
This is not a traditional software sales role.
Our customers are not simply purchasing licenses or infrastructure. They are investing in AI capabilities that help solve real mission challenges. Success requires understanding customer missions, identifying where AI can create measurable impact, and helping organizations operationalize trusted AI systems.
We are looking for someone who can engage credibly with intelligence professionals, mission operators, technical teams, program managers, and senior government leaders.
The ideal candidate may come from industry, government, military, intelligence, consulting, or a combination of those environments.
While sales experience is important, we place equal value on mission understanding, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn and communicate complex AI concepts.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to build.
This is a growth-stage company. We need someone who enjoys creating opportunities, developing relationships, shaping solutions, and owning outcomes.
What You'll Do
Build and Grow an Intelligence Community Territory
Identify, develop, and advance opportunities across the Intelligence Community.
Build trusted relationships with mission operators, analysts, technical leaders, program offices, and acquisition stakeholders.
Develop a strategic territory plan and drive execution against growth objectives.
Create opportunities through direct engagement, networking, industry events, mission understanding, and partner relationships.
Help Customers Solve Mission Problems with AI
Understand customer missions, workflows, operational challenges, and emerging priorities.
Help customers identify where AI can create measurable mission impact.
Collaborate with solution architects, AI engineers, and mission experts to shape solutions aligned to customer needs.
Translate mission requirements into AI-enabled operational outcomes.
Lead Complex Opportunity Development
Own opportunities from initial engagement through contract award.
Coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements involving mission users, technical teams, leadership, contracting organizations, and industry partners.
Build business cases that connect AI investments to mission outcomes.
Accurately manage pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity progression.

Engage confidently with technical stakeholders discussing:
Artificial Intelligence
Machine Learning
Data Engineering
AI Evaluation & Testing

What Success Looks Like
Successful candidates typically demonstrate strength across three areas:
Mission Understanding
You understand the realities of national security missions and can engage credibly with Intelligence Community and Department of Defense stakeholders.
AI & Technical Curiosity
You are excited by emerging technology and can learn enough to have meaningful conversations about AI systems, data, evaluation, and operational deployment.
Business Development & Sales Execution
You are motivated to create opportunities, advance deals, and deliver measurable results.
While experience across all three areas is ideal, we strongly encourage candidates with exceptional mission and technical backgrounds who want to transition into a business-focused role.
Preferred Background
Intelligence Community or National Security Experience
Experience supporting or operating within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or National Security organizations.
Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Interest in understanding how trusted AI systems are developed, evaluated, and deployed.
Business Development, Sales, or Leadership Experience
Experience developing opportunities, building relationships, influencing stakeholders, or leading complex initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes.
Experience in sales, consulting, capture, mission support, program leadership, military leadership, or government service is valued.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a relationship-management position.
This is not a government affairs role.
This is not a role for someone who simply opens doors and hands opportunities to others.
We are looking for someone who wants to own outcomes.
You will have support from executive leadership, AI engineers, solution architects, mission experts, and delivery teams, but you will be expected to drive customer engagement, opportunity development, and territory growth yourself.
Bonus Qualifications
Military intelligence or operational experience.
Experience supporting AI, analytics, cyber, cloud, or advanced technology programs.
Experience selling or delivering outcome-based solutions and professional services engagements.
Why Join Snorkel AI
The future of AI will be defined by trust, evaluation, and mission impact—not just larger models.
Snorkel AI is helping shape how governments and enterprises build reliable AI systems that can operate in real-world environments where outcomes matter.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the leading researchers, engineers, and practitioners in AI while helping solve some of the most important challenges facing the national security community.

We will only use EU and UK Personal Information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your EU and UK Personal Information in the following circumstances:
where it is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract;
where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (including, in respect of Sensitive Information, obligations under employment law) on us; and
where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. For example, the Company has a legitimate interest in conducting certain background checks on applicants to ensure that it is offering employment to those individuals whom it considers are most likely to be successful when working for the Company.
