Translate ambiguous business problems into modeling approaches, using a combination of supervised, unsupervised, and heuristic techniques.
Partner with engineering, product, and risk teams to contribute to data architecture decisions, signal collection, and planning.
Drive experimental design, A/B testing frameworks, and robust validation techniques to ensure model generalizability and long-term trust.

Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
6+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning, including experience working in production environments.
Excellent SQL skills and extensive experience with large-scale databases and data modeling.
Proven track record of deploying and maintaining ML models in live systems, ideally involving streaming or near-real-time data.
Proficiency in Python and distributed computing tools (e.g., Spark, PySpark).
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or similar.
Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience designing and interpreting experiments, working with real-world noisy datasets, and applying sound validation techniques to assess model robustness.
Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems, apply analytical rigor, and uncover meaningful insights that influence product or risk strategies.
Strong judgment across data quality, model selection, and business impact tradeoffs.
Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in fraud detection, behavioral biometrics, anomaly detection, or adversarial modeling.
Experience with high-cardinality feature engineering techniques (e.g., frequency/target encoding, embeddings).
Familiarity with privacy-preserving or robust ML techniques.
Knowledge of browser/mobile fingerprinting, VPN/proxy detection, or telemetry signal processing.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience with real-world data science challenges in a high-impact industry.
A collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters learning and growth.

Head of Solution and Commercialization Strategy
Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.
About the Role
The Head of Solution & Commercialization Strategy owns the GTM Roadmap for Socure’s platform and core product capabilities. Your mandate is to translate platform and product potential into commercial wins - architecting our world-class identity engine into a scalable multi-vertical solution portfolio.
For added context, Socure has built the world’s most advanced fraud and identity platform. We have the builders and we have the sellers. Your job is to be the Strategic Bridge. You will lead the commercialization of our technology—packaging our capabilities into high-impact vertical solutions that are easy to sell, easy to buy, and priced to capture the immense value we provide.
What You'll Do
You will be accountable for delivering the following outcomes:
Commercial Launch Velocity
Drastically reduce time-to-revenue for new technical capabilities by owning the GTM readiness architecture (positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, launch criteria).Vertical Win Rates
Measurably lift win rates in high-priority sectors (e.g., Gaming, Neobanks, Tier 1 Banks) by delivering “Solution-in-a-Box” packages that align to clear buyer problems and decision journeys.Pricing Realization
Architect and govern a defensible, value-based pricing framework that minimizes manual discounting and bespoke configuration.Portfolio Diversification
Increase the share of revenue from bundled suites and platform components relative to individual legacy checks, shifting customers toward a platform and solutions mindset.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
Solution & Portfolio Strategy
Own the Solution Roadmap—the productized offer layer that bundles components and configurations into vertical-specific themes that solve high-value customer problems.
Define and maintain a multi-year solutions strategy that aligns with Socure’s product domain strategies and commercial objectives.
Partner with the Head of Core Products (Product Roadmap) and Head of Platform (Platform Roadmap) to ensure components and platform capabilities can be assembled into scalable, market-ready solutions.
Vertical Solution Architecture
Bundle platform and core product capabilities (e.g., onboarding suites, fraud shields) into clearly defined solution packages tailored to priority verticals and use cases.
Create standardized solution blueprints, reference architectures, and configuration patterns that reduce the need for bespoke implementations.
Continuously refine solution designs based on win/loss analyses, customer feedback, performance data, and emerging regulatory or market trends across verticals.
Pricing Strategy & Value Capture
Design and govern value-based pricing models tied to customer ROI and the cost of inaction, rather than underlying cost or feature counts.
Own the Socure “Price Book” for solutions—defining packaging, discount guardrails, upsell paths, and the economic logic behind them.
Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to track pricing performance, margin impacts, and deal-level exceptions, and use insights to refine the pricing framework.
Commercial Roadmap & GTM Readiness
Partner with Product Engineering to ensure technical milestones translate into marketable value.
Act as the high-fidelity filter between Commercial leadership and Product/Platform leadership: synthesizing market inputs into themes and solution requirements instead of one-off asks.
Help define and improve GTM readiness criteria for solution launches (positioning, packaging, pricing, collateral, enablement, references); establishing a commercialization playbook for Socure.
Horizontal Tiering & Scale
Design “Good / Better / Best” and similar horizontal tiering structures that allow Socure’s platform and solutions to scale globally.
Ensure tiers reflect meaningful differences in value, outcomes, and platform leverage—not just feature count—while maintaining operational simplicity for Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
Serve as a trusted partner to executive peers in Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations, aligning on solution bets, resourcing, and success metrics.
Provide the Commercial Leader with solution offers that can be sold today while the next generation of solutions are being built, reducing friction and “feature gap” escalations.
Champion Socure’s solutions in key customer conversations and strategic pursuits, especially where packaging, pricing, and solution strategy are central to the deal.
What You Bring
Experience & Background
15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with 10+ years in product management, product strategy, or solutions strategy roles; at least 5+ years at Head of level or equivalent scope leading multi-product or multi-vertical portfolios.
Demonstrated success running a commercialization playbook at a high-growth SaaS leader (e.g., payments, fintech infrastructure, data/AI platforms), including zero-to-one and scale-out solution launches.
Deep familiarity with highly regulated, high-compliance environments—ideally Financial Services (banks, fintech, payments, lending, gaming, or adjacent regulated sectors).
Proven track record architecting value-based pricing and packaging strategies, owning price books, and improving realized pricing and revenue mix across a portfolio.
Solutions Acumen
Evidence of rapid ramp in complex technical environments (ML, data platforms, graph/identity data, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to increase win rates, expand deal sizes, and shift product mix through solution packaging, pricing, and GTM strategy—not just feature delivery.
Leadership & Strategic Skills
Strategic leader with demonstrated ability to define multi-year product/solution vision and roadmap at a global level, grounded in market insight and business objectives.
Exceptional cross-functional influence skills; able to synthesize diverse inputs, reconcile trade-offs across Product, Engineering, and Commercial, and drive aligned decisions without direct authority.
Behavioral Profile
You are strong on product delivery, with an emphasis on commercial scalability.
You are a Product Leader who loves being in the "heat" of a deal.
You speak "Engineer" to techies, but you speak "Revenue" to sales.
You don't just calculate costs; you understand how to price based on the customer's cost of inaction and can confidently defend a strategic pricing framework.
You believe roadmaps are about problems solved and outcomes achieved, not just a list of features and dates.

Senior Video Storyteller
We're hiring a Senior Video Storyteller to own the vision, quality, and development of Socure's video—end to end. This is a storyteller first: someone who lives in narrative and creative integrity, and who has the production depth to make sure the story survives everything it takes to get a video over the line.
You'll partner directly with marketing and corporate communications to turn business goals into video that moves people—with social video as the heartbeat of the work. You understand how to win attention in the first second and earn it through the last, across formats and platforms.
What makes this role different is the model behind it. We won't fly one person to every shoot. Instead, you'll design a decentralized capture approach—equipping teammates, field staff, and freelance crews to film in their own locations—while you hold the creative line. That means setting the pre-production and post-production standards (the coverage, the specs, the brand guardrails) so that footage coming in from many hands still cuts together as one coherent, on-brand story. Your production knowledge isn't about doing every job; it's about knowing what has to come together upstream so the story doesn't break at the seams downstream.
What You'll Own
The creative vision and narrative integrity of Socure's video work, from concept through final cut.
Scriptwriting and storytelling that ladders directly to Socure's brand and business goals.
Best-in-class social video, tuned to the platform, the audience, and the moment.
A decentralized capture model—equipping and directing distributed teammates and freelance crews to shoot remotely.
The pre- and post-production standards (shot lists, capture specs, file handling, brand guidelines) that keep decentralized footage edit-ready and coherent.
Creative direction on set and at distance: casting and hiring video talent, briefing crews, and protecting quality across every shoot.
Project logistics, budgets, and timelines—managed in service of the story, not at its expense.
Post-production quality: editing, motion, sound, color, and versioning across cuts and formats.
The Ideal Background
The person we're looking for has likely operated at a senior creative producer or director level and has a track record of standout, original work—the kind of content people remember. Beyond craft, they've built creative capability, not just executed against it: scaling teams or distributed creative networks from the ground up, and managing external partners, vendors, and freelance talent to deliver at a level a small in-house team couldn't reach alone.
They're equally fluent across social, digital, and broadcast, comfortable owning the full arc—strategy, ideation, production, and distribution—and they know how to negotiate and manage the relationships that make ambitious video possible. Above all, they bring a relentless, self-directed bias: they go deeper, iterate faster, and don't quit on hard problems.
What You Bring
Proven experience owning video end to end—from blank page and blinking cursor to final export.
A portfolio that shows storytelling range and results, with real depth in social video.
Strong hands-on craft across cameras, lighting, audio, and editing (Premiere, Resolve, or equivalent)—enough to set the standard, even when others hold the camera.
Experience building or operating distributed/remote capture models, and managing vendors, partners, and freelance talent.
Producer-grade instincts for budgeting, scheduling, and on-set direction—used to protect the work, not bury it in process.
A relentless, self-directed approach to hard creative problems.
Why This Role Matters
Video is how Socure earns attention in a crowded, converging market. This role isn't a single set of hands—it's the person who owns how the entire company captures and tells its story at scale. If you want to build the system, not just the next clip, this is the seat.
Socure is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms within our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
If you need an accommodation during any stage of the application or hiring process—including interview or onboarding support—please reach out to your Socure recruiting partner directly.

Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Data teams to design scalable product capabilities, data assets, models, and feedback loops that improve risk predictiveness, product performance, and customer value.
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product design and go-to-market execution align with FCRA, CFPB expectations, GLBA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Help shape Socure’s approach to CRA formation and related productization efforts, including data segregation, infrastructure considerations, consumer disputes implications, and compliance-sensitive operating models.
Drive rigorous product discovery through market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and partner engagement to refine positioning, roadmap sequencing, and product-market fit.
Partner with GTM, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting to translate product capabilities into compelling market narratives, enablement materials, and commercial outcomes.
Establish success metrics, business cases, and operating KPIs for the credit products portfolio, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and product iteration.
Own executive-level stakeholder alignment and communication, providing transparency into roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, progress, and risks across Product leadership and company executives.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting a high bar for strategic thinking, execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer impact.
Serve as an internal and external thought leader for Socure’s credit and consortium strategy, representing the company in strategic customer conversations, industry forums, and market-facing thought leadership as appropriate.
What you Bring:
12+ years of product management experience, with significant leadership experience owning product strategy and execution for complex B2B data, risk, fintech, or financial services products.
5+ years of experience leading product managers or equivalent senior product leaders across a product portfolio or major business area.
Deep domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: credit risk, credit scoring, underwriting, lending infrastructure, credit bureau / CRA products, first-party fraud, BNPL, or adjacent financial risk products.
Proven success building and scaling 0→1 or early-stage products, including setting product vision, validating market demand, prioritizing roadmap investments, and launching new capabilities into highly regulated markets.
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for consumer reporting and credit-related products, including FCRA and related compliance considerations. Familiarity with CFPB expectations, GLBA, dispute processes, and permissible purpose frameworks is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, evaluating monetization opportunities, and balancing customer value creation with revenue, margin, and long-term strategic advantage.

Strong judgment across data quality, modeling approach, feature design, explainability, operational complexity, and business impact.
Experience influencing data architecture, instrumentation, feature logging, and product direction through technical credibility rather than direct authority.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data science decisions and risk tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong mentorship skills and a track record of improving the technical quality and judgment of other data scientists.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with device intelligence, browser/mobile fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, network intelligence, VPN/proxy detection, entity resolution, or graph-based risk signals.
Experience designing features from high-cardinality categorical data using techniques such as aggregation, frequency encoding, target encoding, embeddings, graph features, or representation learning.
Experience with streaming, near-real-time, or low-latency decisioning systems.
Familiarity with adversarial modeling, robust ML, privacy-preserving ML, interpretable ML, or responsible AI practices.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
