Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
Following a recent Series B and 4x year-over-year growth, we are expanding our enterprise sales team to reach more healthcare organizations that can benefit from intelligent automation.
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across multiple healthcare customer segments.
This role is designed for an adaptable enterprise seller who can move effectively across different ideal customer profiles, including provider organizations, revenue cycle companies, healthcare services businesses, and other strategic accounts.
You will own the full sales cycle, from account development and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and close. You will tailor your approach to each customer’s business model, operating environment, and buying process while helping SuperDial identify where demand is strongest and which markets are ready to scale.
This is an opportunity for someone who is energized by complexity, learns new markets quickly, and can succeed without relying on a single established sales motion.
What You’ll Do
Drive Enterprise Growth
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across SuperDial’s priority healthcare segments
Develop account strategies based on each organization’s business model, operational priorities, and revenue cycle needs
Own the full sales process from initial engagement through contract execution
Consistently deliver against new business and revenue targets
Adapt Across Customer Profiles
Quickly learn the needs, stakeholders, and buying dynamics of different healthcare organizations
Tailor discovery, messaging, and solution narratives to each customer
Identify the most valuable automation opportunities based on the organization’s workflows and goals
Shift effectively between established customer segments and emerging market opportunities
Lead Consultative Sales Cycles
Engage executive, operational, financial, technical, and revenue cycle stakeholders
Diagnose complex business challenges and connect them to measurable outcomes
Build compelling business cases grounded in efficiency, scalability, cost savings, and revenue impact
Coordinate demonstrations, solution design, pilots, and commercial proposals
Develop Emerging Markets
Test new customer segments, use cases, and sales approaches in partnership with company leadership
Identify patterns in customer demand, deal size, sales velocity, and product fit
Share market feedback that informs positioning, product development, and go-to-market strategy
Help determine which opportunities can become repeatable and scalable sales motions
Strengthen Our Go-to-Market Approach
Partner with Sales Development and Marketing on targeted outbound and account-based strategies
Collaborate closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success throughout the sales process
Bring customer insights and competitive intelligence back to the broader organization
Contribute to the continued development of SuperDial’s enterprise sales playbook
What We’re Looking For
At least seven years of B2B sales experience, including success in complex enterprise environments
A strong track record selling healthcare technology, revenue cycle, workflow automation, or operational solutions
Experience selling across multiple healthcare customer segments, business models, or buyer groups
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new markets and adapt your sales approach
Success building pipeline and closing high-value opportunities in evolving or developing territories
Confidence engaging executive leaders and building alignment across multiple stakeholders
Strong discovery, business-case development, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear operational and financial value
Comfort operating with ambiguity, testing new approaches, and learning from market feedback
High ownership, curiosity, commercial judgment, and follow-through

RCM Expert
SuperDial is building AI-powered automation for healthcare revenue cycle teams. We’re looking for an RCM Solutions Lead to serve as our in-house revenue cycle expert, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and GTM to ensure our messaging, workflows, and customer conversations accurately reflect real-world RCM operations.
This role translates revenue cycle expertise into product insights, sales enablement, and customer-facing solutions.
About the Role
Revenue Cycle Expertise & Solutions Design
Act as SuperDial’s internal point of contact for revenue cycle workflows across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions
Translate complex RCM processes into clear product positioning and solution narratives
Partner with Product and Product Ops to inform workflows, use cases, and roadmap inputs
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Serve as a strategic partner to customers throughout onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account growth
Build trusted relationships with revenue cycle leaders, operational stakeholders, and end users
Identify risks to customer adoption and proactively develop solutions to improve engagement and retention
Surface expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals, pain points, and evolving operational needs
Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer feedback influences product, implementation, and go-to-market decisions
Support executive business reviews and strategic customer meetings as the revenue cycle subject matter expert
Sales & GTM Support
Join sales calls as a subject matter expert to support discovery, solutioning, and buyer education
Help prospects understand how SuperDial fits into their existing revenue cycle operations
Support objection handling by grounding conversations in real-world RCM experience
Messaging & Script Development
Refine call scripts, talk tracks, and demo narratives to ensure accuracy and relevance for RCM buyers
Pressure-test sales messaging against operational realities
Contribute to enablement materials for Sales, CS, and Implementation teams
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Operations to align customer needs, product capabilities, and GTM execution
Share structured insights from sales conversations to inform product and go-to-market decisions
Support internal teams with revenue cycle context as needed
About You:
Experience working in healthcare revenue cycle management or related healthcare operations
Exposure to workflow design, process improvement, or transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM workflows including eligibility, coding, billing, AR, denials, and collections
Ability to explain operational concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort participating in customer and prospect conversations
Collaborative, low-ego working style
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare SaaS, automation, or technology-enabled services
Experience supporting sales, product, or customer-facing teams
Compensation
This position is remote and has the option to work hybrid from our NY/SF offices. For candidates, the base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and scope. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits as part of SuperDial’s overall compensation package.
