About the Opportunity:
As SOC Director, you’ll lead the team that keeps TENEX’s detection and response engine running around the clock. You’ll manage a group of SOC Managers, own the overall health and performance of the SOC, and stay hands-on enough to jump into hard technical problems alongside your analysts and engineers. This is a player-coach leadership role: you set direction and standards while remaining close to the work that protects our customers.
What You’ll Do:

Own SOC health and performance. Define and track the metrics that measure detection quality, response speed, and customer outcomes, and drive continuous improvement against them.

Support customer outcomes. Serve as a senior escalation point for customer security operations and ensure the SOC delivers consistent, high-quality protection.
Scale the operation. Build the processes, staffing plans, and playbooks needed to expand SOC coverage and capacity as customer volume increases.
Partner cross-functionally. Work with Detection Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to close gaps and improve the overall service.

8+ years in security operations, with 3+ years leading SOC teams (including managing managers or team leads).
Strong hands-on technical foundation in detection, incident response, and modern SOC tooling (SIEM/SOAR, EDR, cloud).
Proven track record owning SOC performance metrics and driving measurable improvement.
Track record of building and retaining high-performing security operations teams.

Experience in a customer-facing MDR/MSSP environment.
Experience scaling a SOC in a high-growth startup.

We’re a small but well-funded team that just raised a substantial round – joining now comes with limited risk and unlimited upside
About the role
We're hiring a hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to deliver the strategy and the execution of our global paid advertising across every digital channel: paid search, paid social, display, video, programmatic, syndication, and digital out-of-home. This is a builder-operator role for someone who thinks like a strategist but still lives in the ad accounts every day. You'll be the single point of accountability for how efficiently we turn ad spend into pipeline and revenue across multiple regions.
What you'll do
Develop and execute the end-to-end ABM strategy for global paid media: paid search (Google, Microsoft/Bing), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X), display, Adroll, YouTube/video, programmatic, and out-of-home (OOH/DOOH).
Build and manage sophisticated ABM and geo-targeting strategies, down to the region, city, and account level.
Plan, allocate, and actively manage a multi-region annual media budget, continuously reallocating spend toward the channels, markets, and campaigns with the best return.
Run full-funnel campaigns across multiple countries, languages, and time zones, from awareness through demand capture, tailored to regional and account-based buying behavior.
Own the numbers: CPL, cost-per-pipeline-dollar, ROAS, and blended efficiency, and report performance in the language the business cares about (pipeline and revenue, not just clicks).
Build and manage measurement infrastructure: conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM governance, and last-touch attribution feeding back to the CRM.
Support ABM and intent-driven targeting, integrating signals from platforms like Adroll, Apollo into audience and geo strategy.
Design and run a continuous experimentation program across creative, audience, bid strategy, geo, and landing page testing, with clear hypotheses and readouts.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, RevOps, and manage any external agencies or media partners.
Stay ahead of platform, privacy, and measurement changes (consent mode, cookie deprecation, AI-driven bidding) and adapt the program accordingly.
What you'll bring
6+ years managing paid media in-house or at an agency, with clear ownership of B2B SaaS demand generation programs.
Demonstrated experience personally managing annual paid media budgets of $100K+
Deep, current, hands-on expertise across Adroll,Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, plus working command of display, video, and programmatic. Experience with OOH digital.
Proven track record running global or multi-region campaigns with advanced geo-targeting. You understand the operational reality of localization, regional CPCs, and time-zone-spread launches.
Fluency with last-touch attribution and conversion tracking, and the judgment to know what the data is and isn't telling you.
Strong analytics chops: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Tableau, and advanced Excel/Sheets, Claude. You're comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data.
Has leveraged AI to increase ad efficiencies, reporting, and creative pipeline. You actively use AI tooling to optimize bidding and targeting, accelerate reporting, and scale creative production and continue to research new AI tools, processes and technologies.
Experience building the data foundation for paid media: capturing first-party data, enriching it with third-party and intent signals, and structuring audience segmentation to drive personalization, lookalikes, and retargeting.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You can turn performance data into a decision a leader can act on.

About the Opportunity:
TENEX is scaling its outbound engine, and we need a Senior BDR who is both a top producer and a multiplier for the reps around them. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry your own pipeline number while building the sequences, tooling, and coaching muscle that make the whole team faster. If you've built Clay workflows, wired your own stack together, and love turning a messy funnel into a repeatable machine, we want to talk.
What You'll Do:
Master and model the modern BDR stack. Operate as a power user across prospecting and enrichment (Apollo, Clay), engagement, and CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
Build enrichment workflows at scale. Design Clay workflows to source, score, and personalize outreach — not one message at a time, but across the whole target list.
Prioritize the right accounts. Use intent and data tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator,) to focus the team's effort where it converts.
Automate manual work. Wire tools together via integrations, Zapier/Make, and basic APIs, and use AI for research, personalization, and sequencing.
Carry a number while coaching the team. Hit a personal pipeline target while coaching a team of BDRs and modeling the playbook.
Share what works. Build outbound sequences and messaging, then spread the winners through call reviews and 1:1s.
Ramp new reps fast. Onboard new BDRs on the stack and process to shorten time-to-first-meeting.
Coach with data. Use call analytics (Gong/Chorus) and funnel metrics to give reps specific, targeted fixes.
What You Bring:
3+ years of enterprise B2B sales development experience.
Top-performing BDR/SDR track record with quota attainment, plus experience mentoring reps.
Demonstrated mastery of the tools above — ready to walk through a Clay or Apollo workflow you built.
Strong process and analytical mindset; you optimize the funnel, not just work it.
Bonus Points:
Cybersecurity or technical B2B sales background.
Experience standing up or overhauling a BDR tech stack from scratch.
Familiarity with MDR/security buyer personas (SOC, CISO).
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot, or Outreach are a plus.

Support the creation of promotional materials for each event, ensuring awareness and sales execution

Manage the North America field marketing budget, tracking spend against pipeline and reporting on ROI by program.
Measure and report on program performance (pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, event ROI) and use the data to double down on what works.
Coordinate with channel and alliance partners on co-marketing programs and joint events.
What you'll bring
5+ years of field, event, or demand generation marketing experience, specifically within B2B preferably in cybersecurity. You know the vendors, the conferences, the buyer, and the sales cycle.

Experience running or closely supporting ABM programs and coordinating tightly with sales on target accounts.
Strong project management skills. You can juggle multiple events and campaigns at once, keep every detail on track, and hit deadlines without dropping quality.
Comfort with the marketing stack: CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation ( HubSpot, or similar), plus the ability to pull and interpret your own performance data.
A pipeline mindset. You measure your success in opportunities and revenue influenced, not just attendance or leads.
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills. You can align sales, partners, and corporate marketing around a shared plan.
Willingness to travel across North America for events (roughly 30 to 50 percent during peak season).

About the Role
We are hiring a Regional Vice President of Regional Sales to own and grow our Regions, Canada & Startups vertical. This is a player-coach leadership role: you will carry direct accountability for ARR while hiring, developing, and leading a team of up to eleven Account Executives across five US and Canadian segments. You will serve as Tenex's primary relationship owner with our Google Cloud Security regional counterparts, stand up our Canada and Startups go-to-market motions from the ground up, and help shape the structure of the broader sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds repeatable process where none exists, and can personally accelerate complex enterprise deals while scaling a team.
Primary Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Own and exceed annual ARR quota across the Regions, Canada & Startups vertical.
Maintain forecast accuracy across the full 11-rep team with weekly CRO-level reporting.
Drive pipeline generation and progression across all five segments in partnership with GCS regional counterparts.
Accelerate key regional deals through executive sponsorship, Google co-sell engagement, and direct buyer relationships.
Team Leadership
Hire, onboard, and develop up to eleven (11) Account Executives covering US North (x2), US South (x2), US West (x2), Startups & Corp (x3), and Canada (x2).
Coach sellers through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across diverse geographies and buyer profiles.
Define and enforce a repeatable sales motion and qualification framework across the full regional team.
Establish onboarding and ramp programs that get new hires to productivity within 90 days.
Google Partnership
Serve as Tenex's primary relationship owner with Darrin Marshall, GCS VP of Regions, Canada and Startups, and all six of his respective Managers: Sprecher, Siclare, Sorenson, Smith, Sood, and Sprague.
Maintain 1:1 seller alignment to Google GCS counterparts across all regional pods.
Drive joint pipeline reviews, co-sell motions, and executive alignment with GCS regional leadership.
Represent Tenex in Google-facing QBRs and strategic planning sessions across all six pods.
Canada & Startups Go-to-Market
Establish Tenex's Canada go-to-market motion from the ground up — territory structure, hire plan, and GCS alignment with Ajay Sood's team.
Define the Startups & Corp segment motion in partnership with Jordan Sprague's GCS pod, including ACV expectations, sales cycle norms, and qualification criteria distinct from the enterprise regional motion.
Ensure compliance with any Canada-specific legal, data residency, or procurement requirements relevant to MDR/SecOps deployments.
Organizational Build-Out
Define the Regions org structure and headcount plan as the company scales past Series B.
Partner with the CRO to onboard and orient incoming VP-level peers (Industries & AI/ISV, Public Sector & LATAM) as those seats are filled.
Provide interim dotted-line coordination to sellers across unmanaged regional slots pending full org build-out.
Contribute to comp plan design, territory mapping, and quota-setting for the broader sales organization.
Qualifications
Required
Demonstrated track record of enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS sales across multiple US geographies, including quota attainment and accelerator achievement.
Experience managing or selling into a mix of geographic regions — comfort operating across North, South, West, and international (Canada preferred) simultaneously.
Ability to operate as a player-coach — driving deal acceleration personally while developing and managing a team of up to eleven sellers.
Familiarity with Google Cloud and/or GCS co-sell motions; existing relationships with GCS regional teams strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build from scratch — comfortable with ambiguity, TBH headcount, and establishing process in an early-stage environment.
Preferred
Experience at a high-growth cybersecurity vendor (e.g. ReliaQuest, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne).
Prior experience managing a Startups or Corporate segment in addition to enterprise regional coverage.
Canada market experience — familiarity with Canadian enterprise buyer dynamics, procurement norms, and data residency considerations.
Existing relationships within Darrin Marshall's GCS regional organization.
Experience designing or contributing to sales compensation and quota planning at scale.

TENEX is scaling its go-to-market motion, and the field team needs an operational backbone. This role keeps the revenue engine running — clean CRM data, tight reporting, airtight Google partner registrations, and fast-moving paperwork — so reps can spend their time selling.
What You'll Do
Sales support. Serve as the operational backbone for the field team — keep CRM hygiene tight, own reporting and dashboards, and free reps to focus on selling.
Google deal registrations. Own the full registration workflow across Deal Reg, Services Reg, and Co-sell so every TENEX opportunity is properly registered with Google. Directly tied to revenue and partner credit.
SOW support. Work with sales and delivery to build and turn around accurate SOWs so deals don't stall on paperwork.
Deal & lead flow. Drive opportunities through the pipeline from first touch to close — managing lead routing, handoffs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Deal desk / pricing & CPQ (future). Help manage pricing and discount approvals, support the deal desk, and assist with contract and CPQ work so quotes go out accurately and on time. [ASSUMED: this becomes active once CPQ is in place — noted as future scope]
What You Bring
2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or a comparable GTM support role.
Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) with a bias for clean data and reporting.
Strong organization and follow-through — you own workflows end to end and nothing slips.
Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and partners under deadline pressure.

Experience with Google Cloud partner programs (Deal Reg, Co-sell) or another hyperscaler partner ecosystem.
Exposure to CPQ tooling and contract/SOW processes.
Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS background.

Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salesforce Administrator or similar a plus.

About the Opportunity:
The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) is the single accountable owner of scoped, time-bound professional services engagements — from the moment they’re shaped in the sales cycle, through delivery, formal acceptance, and clean financial closure. The role protects two things at once: our customers’ outcomes and our delivery integrity. Where a Customer Success Manager owns the open-ended ARR relationship and is measured on retention and growth, the SEM owns a discrete, funded engagement and is measured on margin, on-scope and on-time delivery, and a clean exit. This is a senior, highly cross-functional role at the intersection of sales, delivery, and customer success, reporting to the VP of Customer Success.
What You’ll Do:
Shape and scope engagements with Sales. Translate customer requirements into a defensible Statement of Work — scope boundaries, assumptions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, effort estimates, and milestone/payment structure.
Guard scope integrity before signature. Validate that what Sales is proposing can be delivered at target margin, identify what’s out of scope, and propose a change order before an engagement is signed.
Own the engagement end to end. Drive the engagement plan, cadence, and milestone tracking from kickoff through delivery.
Orchestrate delivery resources. Sequence and prioritize Forward Deployed Engineers, detection engineering, subject-matter experts, and third-party partners against the plan.
Manage scope and margin in flight. Actively manage scope against the SOW, raise change orders for additions rather than absorbing silent creep, and run the engagement P&L — tracking burn against estimate and flagging overruns early.
Drive to acceptance and clean closure. Secure formal customer sign-off against defined acceptance criteria and execute clean financial closure, including final milestone completion, invoicing readiness, and revenue-recognition support.
Hand off and improve the catalog. Run a structured handoff to the Customer Success Manager for any steady-state relationship, and feed reusable scope and estimate patterns back into the services catalog.
What You Bring:
Professional-services delivery or consulting experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software, with a track record of personally authoring SOWs, estimating effort, and owning a margin or utilization number.
Strong scoping and effort-estimation skills, SOW authoring, and change-order discipline.
Project and delivery management strength, including engagement P&L and margin management.
Executive stakeholder management — credible in front of a CISO — plus enough SecOps / detection-engineering fluency to scope engagements and serve as a real check on what’s being sold.
Comfortable being measured on delivery and margin outcomes over relationship longevity, with a bias toward closure and the ability to hold the scope line firmly and diplomatically.
Bonus Points:
A delivery or project-management background paired with genuine technical depth.
Experience working with partners on jointly owned engagements.
Background in a high-growth startup or MDR / security-services environment.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Security+, or CISSP are a plus.
Why Join Us?
Opportunity to own high-stakes professional services engagements end to end — from scoping through formal acceptance and clean closure — as the single accountable owner of customer outcomes and delivery integrity.
Collaborate with a talented and innovative team focused on continuously improving security operations.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

TENEX.ai delivers fully-agentic, human-led security operations. We are a fast-moving, category-defining company, and marketing sits at the center of how we tell that story to the market.
The Role
This is a hybrid role for a marketer who can both build the message and run the campaign that carries it. You will own product marketing campaign content end to end, translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for security to invent and produce all of the assets and programs needed for the campaign, and then work with the team to execute, measure, and continually optimize for outsized results. You will work directly with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and analyst relations.
The center of gravity here is content and messaging. We are looking for someone who writes exceptionally well, thinks in terms of buyer journeys and positioning, and can also stand up a multi-channel campaign and report on what it drove. This role suits a marketer who is tired of choosing between strategy and execution and wants to own both.
What You'll Do
Product Marketing & Content
Translate TENEX's technical capabilities and proof points into clear, persuasive, repeatable global campaigns targeting security operations buyers, from CISOs to SOC leaders.
Write and own a wide range of assets: launch blogs, flagship whitepapers, one-pagers, solution briefs, web copy, sales enablement materials, and event and seminar content
Maintain consistency with TENEX's product positioning and messaging framework, and help evolve it as the product and market mature.
Partner with product and technical stakeholders to keep messaging accurate, differentiated, and ahead of the competitive set.
Sales Enablement Content
Ideate, build and manage the entire campaign content that powers sales enablement, partnering closely with the Head of Sales Enablement who owns the enablement function and roll-out.
Develop sales-facing assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, competitive one-pagers, objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and persona briefs, grounded in TENEX's messaging framework.
Translate launch messaging and new capabilities into clear, repeatable narratives that sellers can use in the field.
Keep enablement content current as positioning, packaging, and the competitive landscape evolve.
Integrated Campaigns
Plan and execute campaigns, including content BOM, sales enablement, webpage content, social content, and event messaging, to drive pipeline and revenue goals.
Create 2-3 campaigns per quarter, own the campaign calendar and coordinate timelines, assets, and cross-functional inputs so launches and programs ship on schedule.
Build audience segments and persona-based journeys as the foundation for campaign targeting.
Measurement & Optimization
Monitor and track campaign content performance and report results clearly to senior leadership.
Apply a test-and-learn mindset, running experiments across channels and messaging to improve results over time.
Use marketing automation and analytics tools to manage execution and surface insight.
What You Bring
4 to 7 years in B2B marketing, with demonstrated strength in both content or product marketing and campaign execution. Cybersecurity or technical B2B experience is strongly preferred.
Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio that shows you can turn complex, technical subject matter into clear and compelling narrative.
Experience building sales enablement content (decks, battlecards, one-pagers) in partnership with sales or enablement teams.
A working understanding of positioning, messaging frameworks, and buyer journeys, and the judgment to apply them.
Hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and measuring their impact on pipeline.
Comfort with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, build-it-now environment and can own work end to end.
Bonus: familiarity with security operations, MDR, or the broader cybersecurity landscape.
Why TENEX
You will help define a new category at a company moving fast enough to make that possible. This is a high-ownership role with direct access to leadership and real influence over how the market understands what we do. If you want your writing and your campaigns to matter, and to see their impact on the business quickly, this is the place to do it.
TENEX.ai is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
