Senior Paid Media Manager (Individual Contributor), Global Digital Advertising
Team: Growth / Demand Generation
Location: Remote / FL
Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor
Company Overview:
TENEX is an AI-native, automation-first, built-for-scale Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider. We are a force multiplier for defenders, helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture through advanced threat detection, rapid response, and continuous protection. Our team is composed of industry experts with deep experience in cybersecurity, automation and AI-driven solutions. Backed by leading investors, we are rapidly growing and seeking top talent to join our mission of revolutionizing the AI-Native MDR landscape.
We’re a fast growing startup backed by industry experts and top tier investors led by Crosspoint Capital Partners and also backed by Shield Capital, DTCP (formerly Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners), Deepwork Capital, and the Florida Opportunity Fund. Seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). As an early employee, you’ll play a meaningful role in defining and building our culture. Get in on the ground floor. We’re a small but well-funded team that just raised a substantial round – joining now comes with limited risk and unlimited upside
About the role
We're hiring a hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to deliver the strategy and the execution of our global paid advertising across every digital channel: paid search, paid social, display, video, programmatic, syndication, and digital out-of-home. This is a builder-operator role for someone who thinks like a strategist but still lives in the ad accounts every day. You'll be the single point of accountability for how efficiently we turn ad spend into pipeline and revenue across multiple regions.
What you'll do
Develop and execute the end-to-end ABM strategy for global paid media: paid search (Google, Microsoft/Bing), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X), display, Adroll, YouTube/video, programmatic, and out-of-home (OOH/DOOH).
Build and manage sophisticated ABM and geo-targeting strategies, down to the region, city, and account level.
Plan, allocate, and actively manage a multi-region annual media budget, continuously reallocating spend toward the channels, markets, and campaigns with the best return.
Run full-funnel campaigns across multiple countries, languages, and time zones, from awareness through demand capture, tailored to regional and account-based buying behavior.
Own the numbers: CPL, cost-per-pipeline-dollar, ROAS, and blended efficiency, and report performance in the language the business cares about (pipeline and revenue, not just clicks).
Build and manage measurement infrastructure: conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM governance, and last-touch attribution feeding back to the CRM.
Support ABM and intent-driven targeting, integrating signals from platforms like Adroll, Apollo into audience and geo strategy.
Design and run a continuous experimentation program across creative, audience, bid strategy, geo, and landing page testing, with clear hypotheses and readouts.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, RevOps, and manage any external agencies or media partners.
Stay ahead of platform, privacy, and measurement changes (consent mode, cookie deprecation, AI-driven bidding) and adapt the program accordingly.
What you'll bring
6+ years managing paid media in-house or at an agency, with clear ownership of B2B SaaS demand generation programs.
Demonstrated experience personally managing annual paid media budgets of $100K+
Deep, current, hands-on expertise across Adroll,Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, plus working command of display, video, and programmatic. Experience with OOH digital.
Proven track record running global or multi-region campaigns with advanced geo-targeting. You understand the operational reality of localization, regional CPCs, and time-zone-spread launches.
Fluency with last-touch attribution and conversion tracking, and the judgment to know what the data is and isn't telling you.
Strong analytics chops: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Tableau, and advanced Excel/Sheets, Claude. You're comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data.
Has leveraged AI to increase ad efficiencies, reporting, and creative pipeline. You actively use AI tooling to optimize bidding and targeting, accelerate reporting, and scale creative production and continue to research new AI tools, processes and technologies.
Experience building the data foundation for paid media: capturing first-party data, enriching it with third-party and intent signals, and structuring audience segmentation to drive personalization, lookalikes, and retargeting.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You can turn performance data into a decision a leader can act on.

We're a small but well-funded team that just raised a substantial round – joining now comes with limited risk and unlimited upside.
Culture is one of the most important things at TENEX.AI—explore our culture deck at culture.tenex.ai to witness how we embody it, prioritizing the irreplaceable collaboration and community of in-person work.
About the Opportunity:
TENEX is scaling its outbound engine, and we need a Senior BDR who is both a top producer and a multiplier for the reps around them. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry your own pipeline number while building the sequences, tooling, and coaching muscle that make the whole team faster. If you've built Clay workflows, wired your own stack together, and love turning a messy funnel into a repeatable machine, we want to talk.
What You'll Do:
Master and model the modern BDR stack. Operate as a power user across prospecting and enrichment (Apollo, Clay), engagement, and CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).
Build enrichment workflows at scale. Design Clay workflows to source, score, and personalize outreach — not one message at a time, but across the whole target list.
Prioritize the right accounts. Use intent and data tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator,) to focus the team's effort where it converts.
Automate manual work. Wire tools together via integrations, Zapier/Make, and basic APIs, and use AI for research, personalization, and sequencing.
Carry a number while coaching the team. Hit a personal pipeline target while coaching a team of BDRs and modeling the playbook.
Share what works. Build outbound sequences and messaging, then spread the winners through call reviews and 1:1s.
Ramp new reps fast. Onboard new BDRs on the stack and process to shorten time-to-first-meeting.
Coach with data. Use call analytics (Gong/Chorus) and funnel metrics to give reps specific, targeted fixes.
What You Bring:
3+ years of enterprise B2B sales development experience.
Top-performing BDR/SDR track record with quota attainment, plus experience mentoring reps.
Demonstrated mastery of the tools above — ready to walk through a Clay or Apollo workflow you built.
Strong process and analytical mindset; you optimize the funnel, not just work it.
Bonus Points:
Cybersecurity or technical B2B sales background.
Experience standing up or overhauling a BDR tech stack from scratch.
Familiarity with MDR/security buyer personas (SOC, CISO).
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot, or Outreach are a plus.
Why Join Us?
Opportunity to build and scale the outbound engine of an AI-native MDR company from the ground floor.
Collaborate with a talented and innovative team focused on continuously improving security operations.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Execute and personalize sequences. Run sequences and tailor them, hitting daily activity and pipeline targets.
Research your accounts. Dig into target accounts to tailor messaging to the buyer and their pain points.
Keep the handoff clean. Log activity accurately in CRM and hand off well-qualified opportunities to sales.
What You Bring:

TENEX is scaling its go-to-market motion, and the field team needs an operational backbone. This role keeps the revenue engine running — clean CRM data, tight reporting, airtight Google partner registrations, and fast-moving paperwork — so reps can spend their time selling.
What You'll Do
Sales support. Serve as the operational backbone for the field team — keep CRM hygiene tight, own reporting and dashboards, and free reps to focus on selling.
Google deal registrations. Own the full registration workflow across Deal Reg, Services Reg, and Co-sell so every TENEX opportunity is properly registered with Google. Directly tied to revenue and partner credit.
SOW support. Work with sales and delivery to build and turn around accurate SOWs so deals don't stall on paperwork.
Deal & lead flow. Drive opportunities through the pipeline from first touch to close — managing lead routing, handoffs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Deal desk / pricing & CPQ (future). Help manage pricing and discount approvals, support the deal desk, and assist with contract and CPQ work so quotes go out accurately and on time. [ASSUMED: this becomes active once CPQ is in place — noted as future scope]
What You Bring
2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or a comparable GTM support role.
Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) with a bias for clean data and reporting.
Strong organization and follow-through — you own workflows end to end and nothing slips.
Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and partners under deadline pressure.
Bonus Points
Experience with Google Cloud partner programs (Deal Reg, Co-sell) or another hyperscaler partner ecosystem.
Exposure to CPQ tooling and contract/SOW processes.
Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS background.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salesforce Administrator or similar a plus.

As an AI Enablement Engineer at TENEX, you will partner with our current AI Engineer to build TENEX's internal AI platform: the reusable tools, integrations, and AI work companion that help every TENEX'er do their best work. You will partner with teams across the company to surface needs that shape our platform roadmap, then own that roadmap and ship against it predictably. This role is internal-facing. Your "customers" are your colleagues, and your impact is measured by how much faster, smarter, and more leveraged TENEX becomes because of the platform you build.
This role is right for someone who finds satisfaction in building systems that scale beyond themselves, who would rather embed AI fluency across the company than be the only person who can do this work.
Culture is one of the most important things at TENEX.AI. Explore our culture deck at culture.tenex.ai to witness how we embody it, prioritizing the irreplaceable collaboration and community of in-person work.
Location: This role will require Monday through Thursday onsite in our Kansas City office (preferred), with San Jose or Sarasota, FL also considered. WFH Friday. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to one of these three cities.
Job Responsibilities
Build and evolve TENEX's internal AI platform: a reusable foundation of tools, custom skills, Claude Projects, integrations, and department-specific specialists that scale AI impact across every team.
Partner with teams across TENEX (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Detection Engineering, Security Operations, Forward-Deployed Engineering) to surface needs that shape our internal AI platform roadmap.
Own and execute against a published roadmap. Predictable, visible execution is a core expectation of this role.
Maintain, expand, and refine our AI work companion based on user feedback and emerging needs.
Build integrations between Claude and our internal tools (e.g., Ashby, Wonderlic, Fireflies, Asana, Google Chat) using webhooks, MCP connectors, and APIs. Favor reusable patterns over one-off solutions.
Run enablement: training sessions, documentation, AMAs, and 1:1 onboarding to help every TENEX'er become more AI-native.
Contribute to AI governance, monitoring, and security tooling decisions as TENEX scales its AI usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Anthropic Claude ecosystem expertise
Has shipped real work using Anthropic's Claude products, including Claude.ai, Claude Code, Cowork, Projects, custom skills, and MCP connectors. Tutorial-level familiarity is not enough. You should be able to point to things you've built that are actually in use by other people.
Comfortable using Claude Code for technical work, including building scripts, integrations, and tooling.
Strong prompt engineering instincts and an ability to translate vague user needs into clear, scoped AI workflows.
Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise is a plus, as we also use it.
Engineering fundamentals
5+ years of experience in software development. Python is preferred. Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations is required.
Comfortable working across the integration surface: reading API docs, configuring webhooks, debugging auth flows, building lightweight services that connect tools together.
Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and modern engineering practices.
Demonstrated ability to design and build for reuse. You see common patterns across requests and abstract them into platform capabilities rather than building one-off solutions every time.
Security and data handling
Strong instincts for protecting sensitive data. You understand that internal AI workflows must be designed with strict guardrails around what data they can access, especially when customer information, employee information, or internal IP could be in scope. You build accordingly.
Demonstrated production experience working with sensitive data (PII, customer data, internal IP, or regulated data). You can speak to specific decisions you've made to protect it.
Familiarity with AI-specific security risks: prompt injection, data leakage to third-party LLMs, unsanctioned tool use, output misuse. You consider these risks proactively, not retroactively.
Working knowledge of secrets management, secure SDLC practices, and the basics of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2).
Communication and cross-functional skills
Can sit with a CSM, finance lead, recruiter, or executive and translate their workflow into something AI can help with, without condescension, without overengineering, and without losing patience.
Comfortable presenting to groups: running training sessions, demoing new tools at all-hands meetings, hosting AMAs.
Strong written communication. You will write documentation, policy drafts, status updates, and company-facing announcements.
Comfortable saying "no" or "not yet" when an idea isn't ready, scoped, or appropriately resourced.
Nice-to-have
Experience building or maintaining an internal AI platform at another company.
Familiarity with Asana, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Google Chat, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Ashby, or other common B2B SaaS tools we integrate with.
Background in change management, technical writing, or internal enablement.
Experience with cybersecurity, even at a basic level, since several of our internal workflows involve our security and detection teams.
Hands-on experience with AI governance, AI security tooling, or AI usage monitoring platforms.
Soft skills
Strong consultative instincts. You naturally ask "why" and "what does success look like" before building.
Curious about other people's work. Energized by helping non-technical teammates use AI effectively.
Self-directed. You will not have someone managing your daily work, and you will be expected to triage, prioritize, and execute independently.
Bias toward shipping, paired with predictable execution. We move fast, iterate, and deliver against committed timelines.
Platform mindset. You think about how to make your work multiply through other people rather than scaling only with your own time.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Anthropic certifications, AI/ML certifications, or security-related credentials are a plus but not required.
