We’re a Series B company backed by world-class investors including Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners.
Be part of shaping a future where humans and machines truly understand each other.
The Role
We're searching for a Vibe Growth Marketer, a rapid prototyper who builds and ships faster than most teams draft their briefs. You'll use AI, no-code platforms, and automation to unlock growth opportunities, streamline marketing operations, and take creative growth concepts from idea to live experiment, often in the same day.
You'll be embedded directly in our growth team, working across paid channels, lifecycle, brand, and product-led growth. And you'll have an unfair advantage most growth marketers don't: the Tavus platform itself. If you've ever wanted to run campaigns fronted by AI humans, build a PAL that qualifies leads face to face, or personalize outreach with real-time video agents, this is the sandbox.
This role offers real leverage and autonomy. It's ideal for someone who naturally thinks in distribution, speed, and scale.
What You'll Do
Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered marketing workflows to sharpen personalization, targeting, and execution speed. Think LLM-generated ad variants, AI-driven segmentation, or landing pages spun up in an afternoon with tools like Cursor, v0, or Lovable.
Build growth experiments on top of our own product: conversational video demos, AI humans in lifecycle campaigns, interactive experiences that show developers and buyers what CVI can do instead of telling them.
Launch MVP growth experiments using tools like Retool, Zapier, n8n, Clay, Vercel, or custom scripts, independently from engineering.
Automate the repetitive stuff: campaign QA, performance reporting, lead enrichment, and handoffs between our GTM systems.
Connect APIs, webhooks, and LLMs into scalable marketing automation infrastructure that outlasts any single campaign.
Act as a multiplier internally, building tools, playbooks, and internal AI agents that make the whole marketing and GTM team faster.
-
Collaborate closely with design, product, and data to refine what works and scale it.
You'll Thrive Here If You:
Think like a growth marketer but ship like a hacker. You'd rather validate an idea in production than write a doc about it, and you probably just want to prove a point.
Get genuinely excited about AI, APIs, and no-code tools. Bonus points if you've built your own agents, custom GPTs or Claude projects, or automation tooling that other people actually use.
Are comfortable across tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, or SQL. You're tool-agnostic and pick whatever gets it shipped.
Are biased toward immediate action and rapid experimentation. A working prototype today beats a polished deck next week.
Bring strong product instincts and a good eye for design, even without formal training. Our product is literally a face; taste matters here.
-
Communicate clearly, own your outcomes, and solve problems before anyone asks you to.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in a growth role at a developer-first or API-first company, B2B SaaS, or an AI startup.
Familiarity with GTM systems like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, or similar.
Comfort working with structured and unstructured data: cleaning it, transforming it, and wiring it into marketing workflows.
You've built something with the Tavus API, or you sign up and do it before the interview. We'll notice.
Benefits
When you join Tavus, you’re joining a family. Our work is driven by our team, and our success is shared by all. This position includes:
• Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure
• Equity in a fast-growing, Series B AI research company
• Flexible work schedule with in-person collaboration in San Francisco
• Unlimited PTO
• Healthcare coverage
• Gear and professional development stipends
• Plenty of fun and team offsites
At the end of the day, we want Tavus to be a place for you to learn, directly drive impact, and work with people you love.

Senior Software Engineer (CVI)
About Us
is a research lab pioneering human computing. We’re building AI Humans: a new interface that closes the gap between people and machines, free from the friction of today’s systems. Our real-time human simulation models let machines see, hear, respond, and even look real—enabling meaningful, face-to-face conversations. AI Humans combine the emotional intelligence of humans with the reach and reliability of machines, making them capable, trusted agents available 24/7, in every language, on our terms.

We’re a Series B company backed by world-class investors including Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners.
Be part of shaping a future where humans and machines truly understand each other.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to be a technical driver on Tavus's Conversational Video Interface, our multimodal real-time conversational product. It's a hands-on role. Your code runs in the middle of live conversations between people and PALs.
What you'll own:
Ship features end-to-end. You'll take product priorities that start out loosely defined, like voice localization for accent support or multilingual sentence endpointing, and turn them into a spec, an architecture, and shipped features.
Partner with Research to bring state-of-the-art real-time models into CVI. Sometimes that means dipping into research territory yourself.
-
Fix what you find. If you spot a flaky process or a slow path, you don't need a ticket or anyone's permission to go after it.
What this role has shipped:
Guided Browser Control: a framework that lets PALs drive a real web browser mid-conversation, narrating each click and scroll out loud
Magic Canvas: interactive cards rendered right on the video stream. The PAL puts the right card up at the right moment: a question, a text box, a calendar, a chart, an alert
Memories and Knowledge Base: the context layer that lets PALs recall past conversations and pull from document stores in real time, without breaking stride
-
Utterance-to-utterance optimization: shaving hundreds of milliseconds off conversational turns
Who you are:
You're proactive. When you see an issue, you fix it. Nobody has to ask.
You're autonomous. Given a loosely defined project, you figure out what "done" means, make the judgment calls, and deliver.
You're energized by unfamiliar problems. A lot of the work here has no playbook, and you'll take on projects outside your direct experience.
You adapt as priorities evolve. This space moves fast, and the most important thing to build can change as we learn. When it does, you adjust and keep moving.
You hold a high bar. What matters to you is how the product feels to the person on the other end of the conversation. Clean code and clever architecture are means to that end.
-
You're passionate about the future of interfaces. How people and computers interact is being reinvented right now, and you want a hand in shaping it.
Requirements:
Fluent in Python, with real depth in concurrent programs. Low-level concepts (asyncio, multiprocessing, event loops, the GIL, shared memory) are dear friends, and you design with them in mind.
You've built real-time systems, whether video, audio, or model inference, and you know what a millisecond latency budget feels like.
You bring a senior track record: you set direction, own decisions, and get things over the finish line.
-
You explain complex things clearly, and you use that to teach the people around you.
Nice to haves:
None of these are required, but they'd help.
Experience with GPUs and GPU management
Deep experience with video streaming over WebRTC
Deep experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
Extensive experience with low-level systems
If you don't check every box but this sounds like the work you want to be doing, apply anyway.

About the Position
As Brand & Product Designer, you will be the connective tissue between how the world perceives Tavus and how they experience it. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll join our design team to lead our market-facing visual identity while maintaining a strategic footprint within the product itself.
We aren't looking for a production artist. We’re looking for a holistic thinker who understands that a user’s journey doesn't start at the login screen; it starts with the first frame of a video or the first pixel of a landing page. You will spend roughly 80% of your time pushing the boundaries of our brand: crafting high-fidelity web experiences, cinematic marketing assets, and narrative-driven campaigns. The remaining 20% will be spent embedded within the product team, smoothing the seams between marketing and product and ensuring user journeys are cohesive from first impressions through the user lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Champion the Brand: Lovingly and relentlessly evolve the soul and spirit of Tavus across our website, social presence, and sales collateral. You’ll ensure our identity feels as bold, cinematic, and innovative as the bleeding-edge AI technology we build.
Bridge the gap: Act as the ethos bridge between Marketing and Product. You’ll ensure visual fluency and a seamless design language that carries the user’s experience from their first ad-click to their 100th persona deployment.
Iterate on growth: Use your product mindset to optimize high-traffic marketing surfaces. You’ll drive conversion not just through "hacks," but through world-class design, crisp storytelling, and a deep understanding of the user’s psychological journey, from prospect to power-user.
Embed within Product: Spend ~20% of your time integrated with the product team. You’ll contribute to our design system and take ownership of high-visibility product moments – onboarding flows, empty states, etc – that require an extra layer of brand magic and visual polish.
Set the standard: Continually push the ceiling for what quality looks like at Tavus. You’ll move fast to ship campaigns while maintaining an impeccable bar for IA, messaging logic, and typography. You aren't just making assets. You are defining Tavus’ identity.
Benefits & Culture
When you join Tavus, you’re joining a diverse and supportive team. Our work is driven by our people, and our success is shared by all. The Role
Tavus is scaling fast on the back of our Series B, and pipeline is the engine. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll own the top of our funnel: hunting the developers, product leaders, and GTM executives building the next generation of AI-powered experiences.
You’ll run an AI-native outbound motion: signal-based prospecting, deeply personalized multi-channel outreach, and, naturally, using your own AI replica to sell the very product you represent.
Your Mission
• Own the top-of-funnel pipeline by driving outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and other creative channels, including outreach powered by Tavus itself (your AI twin works while you sleep)
• Build and run AI-native prospecting workflows: enrich and prioritize accounts with tools like Clay and Apollo, act on product and intent signals, and automate the busywork so you can focus on the conversations that matter
• Qualify and convert inbound and product-led signals (self-serve developer signups, API usage spikes, and hackathon builders) into enterprise opportunities
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts aligned to our ideal customer profile across AI-native startups and enterprise product teams
• Represent Tavus at industry events, conferences, hackathons, and meetups to generate leads and spark strategic conversations
• Partner with AEs to run strategic outbound plays and qualify new opportunities
• Refine messaging based on what you’re hearing in the field and contribute ideas to improve outreach performance
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting and process
• Share field intelligence with marketing and product to help shape positioning and roadmap
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in a BDR, SDR, or event-driven sales role, ideally at an AI, developer tools, or API-first SaaS startup
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: you can hold your own with a staff engineer evaluating our API and a VP of CX evaluating ROI in the same day
• AI-native by default: you already use AI tools daily to research, write, and automate, and you’re energized by building outbound systems, not just working a list
• Comfortable with the modern outbound stack (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and sequencing/engagement tools), or eager to learn quickly
• Experience attending, organizing, or working conferences, events, or trade shows
• Passion for AI, startups, and emerging technology; you follow the space and have opinions about it
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to build processes from the ground up
• Willingness to travel for events and be based in San Francisco (this is an in-person role)
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience prospecting technical buyers (dev tools, APIs, ML/AI products)
• Built Clay tables, agentic workflows, or other outbound automations from scratch
• A creative approach to outbound: AI video, memes, or anything else that stands out in a crowded inbox
• A background in organizing or working field events, hackathons, or community meetups
Benefits

The Role
We are seeking a craft-obsessed, systems-minded Product Designer to evolve our product suite and own & grow the Tavus design systems – the components, tokens, and patterns that every surface we build on top of depends on.
This is a Product Design role that demands exceptional VisD skills and experience. We need someone with exceptional eye and hand for typography, color, spacing, and detail, who can bring real motion craft to how our system feels in use. But the design system doesn't exist in a vacuum: It has to hold up under real product and UX problems, across a growing portfolio of products, so strong product design judgment is a must.
This role has a deliberate arc. In the near term, your focus will be the design system: consolidating, architecting, and elevating it into something stable, distinct, and built to scale with us. As that foundation matures, we expect this role to evolve into ownership of a product area, where you'll carry the same craft and judgment forward into shipping product day to day. We're looking for someone genuinely excited by both halves.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership in a fast-paced environment to make the system the clear, trusted foundation for how we design and build. Join our small, creative team of designers, engineers, and product enthusiasts dedicated to thoughtfully bridging the human-machine divide. We're doing it right, sweating the details, and we're in it together.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What You'll Do
Architect for scale: Define the token architecture, component structure, and theming model (light, dark, and beyond) that let the system flex across products and surfaces without forking or drifting.
Own governance, not just files: Establish the standards, documentation, and contribution model that keep the system coherent as more designers and engineers touch it. Be the clear, decisive voice when tradeoffs get contentious.
Partner deeply with engineering: Work hand-in-hand with frontend engineers to ensure the system is implemented faithfully and effectively.
Elevate craft everywhere: Bring meticulous visual and interaction craft, including motion and micro-interaction detail, to every component and pattern so the system doesn't just function, it feels intentional and distinctly Tavus. “Good enough” isn’t.
Drive adoption: Make the system easier to use than not using it. Build the artifacts, documentation, and relationships that get other designers, engineers, and marketers to reach for the system first.
Who You Are
An indefatigable visual designer, with an exceptional, well-trained eye for typography, color, layout, and detail, plus real motion design chops.
A genuinely capable product designer, with 6+ years of experience and solid UX judgment. You understand user flows, interaction patterns, and product tradeoffs well enough that your systems hold up with elegance under real product pressure.
Experienced building and governing design systems at scale. You can point to a system you've architected and evolved, not just contributed to, with bonus points for work both within an existing component framework as well as from-scratch builds.
Original, not just tasteful. We're not looking for someone who can recognize good design when they see it; we're looking for someone who can produce something distinct that hasn't been seen before. If your portfolio could pass for a dozen other SaaS products, this isn't the right fit. We'll ask you to walk us through specific decisions and the reasoning behind them, and the results those decisions yielded.
Principled and able to defend it. You’re especially adept at articulating why a decision is correct. You push back on your own instincts as readily as you push back on others'.
Decisive in ambiguity: You don't need permission to make a call. When a system decision has no clean answer, you weigh the tradeoffs, make a defensible choice, and move, while staying meticulous about the details within that decision.
Technically fluent: You're comfortable working close to code: reviewing implementation, catching and stopping drift between design and build, and speaking the language of the engineers who ship your system.
Built for startup pace: You can operate with minimal specs and shifting priorities, protecting the highest quality bar while moving fast.
Benefits & Culture
When you join Tavus, you’re joining a diverse and supportive team. Our work is driven by our people, and our success is shared by all. The Opportunity
Work in massive ambiguity.
Help run and define company-wide product management.
Own customer outcomes end to end. You'll take ownership of entire customer journeys, everything from first sign-up through to production outcomes, and treat the whole arc as yours.
Earn the respect of the engineering team, not just by speaking their language, but by operating in a way that inspires.
Move extremely fast with a strong bias for execution. You consider yourself a world-class PM. Expectations are high, but so is impact and breadth.
What You Bring
You understand the difference between 0→1 and 1+. Proven track record in both.
You're opinionated and default to action.
You seek feedback, piece together information from every angle, form strong convictions, and execute, bringing the team with you, not behind you.
Organization and communication are non-negotiable.
Clarity of written thought rules all.
We're a Series B company creating the future of human interaction. You know what that means, and you have the raw skills and understand what it takes to manufacture and will success.
This job description is intentionally short. If it resonates, you're probably the right person.
Enterprise Account Executive
About Tavus
Tavus is the human computing company. We build AI humans, real-time conversational video agents that can see, hear, understand, and respond face to face, powered by our own foundational models for perception (Raven), conversational flow (Sparrow), and rendering (Phoenix).
Developers and enterprises use our Conversational Video Interface (CVI) to deploy lifelike AI agents across sales, support, healthcare, learning & development, and more, in 30+ languages and with enterprise-grade security and compliance.
We're an AI research lab and developer platform pioneering a future where talking to a computer feels as natural as talking to a person. It's early, the category is being defined in real time, and the people who join now will shape how the most realistic AI humans on the market reach the enterprise.
About the Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with a self-starter mindset and a builder's mentality to join our GTM Sales Team. This is a rare opportunity to accelerate your career: you'll play a defining role in shaping our sales motion, carry customer feedback directly into our product roadmap, and own revenue that drives business growth. You'll be selling a genuinely new product category to sophisticated enterprise buyers, and your work will set the template for how we engage and close key accounts.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle. Manage enterprise accounts end to end, from self-sourced lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and renewals.
Build pipeline. Generate pipeline from ICP accounts through value-driven outbounding: research, networking, and disciplined prospecting that open new enterprise relationships and expand deployment capacity.
Negotiate and close complex deals. Lead negotiations, handle objections, and move contracts forward quickly and effectively, partnering closely with legal and finance stakeholders.
Manage executive relationships. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Serve as their primary point of contact, drive measurable ROI, and turn deals into long-term partnerships.
Develop a sales strategy. Build and execute account strategies to meet or exceed targets. Craft tailored presentations and proposals that map Tavus's capabilities to each customer's business goals, and partner with Marketing on campaigns that convert.
Help define our sales motion. We're an early team, so your work will directly shape how our GTM function operates, iterates, and wins.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure customers succeed and to feed real-world signals back into our roadmap.
Leverage the executive team. Bring in our leadership to accelerate deal cycles and secure buy-in from top-level client decision-makers.
-
Represent Tavus at industry events. Be the face of the company at various in-person events to help build the brand and drive top-of-funnel.
What You'll Bring
4+ years in an enterprise, customer-facing sales role, with a strong track record of identifying and closing large, net-new accounts.
Experience in complex solution sales, including managing a $1M+ quota and consistently closing six- and seven-figure deals.
Consistent performance against pipeline-generation targets for net-new business.
Proven prospecting and lead-generation skills: research, networking, and outbound that reliably build enterprise pipeline.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-
An analytical mindset able to read market trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Even Better If You Have
Experience selling Conversational AI
Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup, including building GTM strategies, sales teams, and sales motions from scratch or from early-stage growth.
-
Familiarity with the AI landscape, the key players, the emerging trends, and where the category is headed.
Our Values
Trust. We earn our customers' trust through accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness, and we build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We show up for each other, both professionally and personally, so everyone can do their best work.
Customer Obsession. We deeply understand our customers' business goals and relentlessly focus on outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone here knows our customers and spends time with them, and when someone has an issue, we drop everything to fix it.
Craftsmanship. We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste, we fix what isn't right, and we're proud of what we ship.
Intensity. We don't have the luxury of patience. We play to win, we care about being the best, and when we fall short, we talk about it openly and without blame, so we succeed next time.
-
Balance. We believe balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other's wins, personal and professional.
Benefits & Culture

Founders Associate
We’re building one of the most ambitious companies in AI. This is not a typical Founders Associate role. It’s a high-intensity, high-exposure position working directly with the founder at the center of the company — helping drive critical decisions, execute across the business, and solve problems that don’t have clear answers. If you’re early in your career and want a front-row seat to building a category-defining company, this is one of the highest-leverage roles you can take.
The Role
You’ll operate as a true right hand to the founder — embedded in everything from day-to-day operations to the most strategic initiatives across the company. No two weeks will look the same.
• Driving key cross-functional projects (e.g. hiring strategy, data infrastructure, company metrics)
• Supporting board-level and strategic initiatives (M&A; financial analysis, planning)
• Owning internal operations (offsites, logistics, systems, cadence)
• Helping unblock teams and push forward high-priority work
• Diving into new problem spaces with little context and figuring them out quickly
This role involves constant context switching, ambiguity, and ownership.
What We’re Looking For
We care far more about how you think and operate than your exact background.
• 0–4 years of experience (or exceptional new grad)
• Backgrounds in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), banking, private equity, or high-growth
startups
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high-performance, high-expectation environments
Core traits:
• High agency — you take ownership without being asked
• Curiosity — you ask the right questions and go deep, not just execute tasks
• Polish — strong communication, attention to detail, and professional judgment
• Work ethic — you’re willing to go all-in when it matters
• Intellectual sharpness — you can quickly understand complex problems and structure solutions
What Makes This Role Unique
• You will have unusually deep access to the company and how decisions are made
• You’ll work directly with the founder across nearly every part of the business
• You’ll gain exposure to strategy, operations, hiring, GTM, and more
• The learning curve is steep — and so is the growth trajectory
This is not a 9–5 role. It’s intense, fast-paced, and often unstructured. A meaningful portion of the work will be operational or unglamorous — but it’s all part of how companies are actually built.
Why Join
For the right person, this is a career-defining role. If you’re early in your career, highly driven, and want to compress years of learning into one — this is the kind of opportunity that rarely exists
