This operations technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers
• Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line
• Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel

TI’s Legal Department is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter to join our Worldwide Commercial Engagements team as Legal Counsel. You will operate in a fast-moving, global environment supporting a cutting-edge and expanding semiconductor company, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders across TI. 

You will join an experienced, collaborative Dallas-based legal team. The role offers broad, international exposure to complex commercial contracts, online commerce, intellectual property, open-source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity. Experience with technology licensing, tech transfer, or IP-intensive transactions is a plus.
