Texas Instruments is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Information Technology Solutions (ITS) organization in Dallas. In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers to protect TI's global infrastructure, support privileged access solutions, drive security automation, and grow into increasingly independent ownership of security projects.
You will gain hands-on experience across TI's security tool stack while building the technical and professional skills needed to become a well-rounded cybersecurity engineer.
Responsibilities:
DevSecOps And Cloud Security
Integrate security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Triage and prioritize findings from automated security scans and work with dev teams to remediate
Maintain and improve pipeline security gates without blocking developer velocity
Implement and monitor security controls across AWS/Azure/GCP environments
Support CSPM tooling and respond to cloud misconfiguration findings
Enforce secure baseline configurations for containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
Automation & Tooling
Write and maintain scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate security checks and reporting
Manage Infrastructure as Code security (Terraform/Ansible) — secrets management, least-privilege IAM, policy-as-code
Build and maintain security dashboards and metrics for engineering teams
Collaboration
Partner with software engineers and platform teams to embed security early in the SDLC
Document security standards and runbooks for the engineering org
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, information security, or a related technical field.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security, or similar
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, LogRhythm) and EDR solutions (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike)
Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Terragrunt)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and integrating security scanning into DevSecOps workflows
Working knowledge of cloud security controls and posture management (CSPM, CWPP, IAM policies, secrets management) in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation) and privileged access concepts
Experience with vulnerability management platforms and penetration testing methodologies
Interest or experience applying AI/ML to security use cases
CTF participation, security research, or similar competitive/research experience
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members or lead small workstreams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to varied audiences

Texas Instruments is seeking an IT Network Engineer to plan, architect, design, budget and implement LAN, Wireless and WAN network solutions for its Manufacturing and Enterprise locations, across multiple platforms and protocols to support TI's business needs. The engineer will also participate in day-to-day operations support as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Gathering customer and system connectivity requirements used as inputs into building resilient network solutions.
Coordinating with stakeholders/suppliers/vendors, both internal and external, to ensure on-time project delivery.
Ownership of factory, design, datacenter and sales office network documentation and plans for their area(s) of the infrastructure.
Collaborating to develop technology roadmaps, considering business needs and in alignment to overall IT strategies.
Supporting and troubleshooting network faults during break/fix activities and events.
Periodic review of network capacity, usage and health metrics for respective area(s) of responsibility to plan for upgrades or performance adjustments.
Collaborating with other IT groups to understand the future requirements for network capacity at TI's locations.
What we will look for:
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
Engineering and architecture skills necessary to interpret business requirements and needs to deliver new network solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, conflict management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results requiring little day-to-day direction.
Strong technical background in network operations and business engagements in a highly complex global enterprise.
Strong prioritization, time management and negotiation skills that enable on-time project delivery.
Ability to travel and provide after-hours and/or weekend support duties as scheduled or deemed necessary during implementation of network engineering projects.
Experience in working effectively with globally diverse cross-functional teams.
Experience with following suppliers - Cisco LAN & WAN, Arista LAN & WAN, Aruba Wireless.
Ability to understand, diagnose and quickly fix complex network infrastructure issues across TI.
Deep understanding of routing protocols, OSPF & BGP, and how they are deployed in large corporate environments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of work experience responsible for designing, deploying and operating large-scale networks
Experience learning network automation, software, frameworks, and APIs
Preferred qualifications:
Current CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification or equivalent.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Arista campus and datacenter architecture, including Spine and Leaf topologies.
Proven ability to implement and manage network segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies.
Familiarity with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) concepts and practical application.
Understanding network automation tools, specifically CVP, CVAAS, and AVD.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), demonstrated through experience with Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Experience in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), particularly with cloud connectivity solutions like VPN and Direct Connect.

Job Description
As a Collections Assistant, you'll be the go-to person managing our customer receivables. Here's what a typical day looks like:
You'll own a portfolio of worldwide customer accounts, getting to know their payment behavior and gaining business acumen along the way Pursue collection and reconciliation of trade and non-trade receivables, using data, defined workflows, and cross-functional coordination to identify root causes of payment delays and help drive resolution You'll dive into the details: verifying, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable data to keep everything accurate. You'll reconcile ledgers, monitor incoming payments, and catch billing discrepancies before they become bigger problems Perform in-depth reviews of credit line requests and evaluate credit worthiness When your accounts need attention, you'll reach out to your customers across the world with clarity and professionalism, using escalation SLAs and data to resolve payment issues quickly Evaluate daily customer shipment blocks, verify discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and release holds or escalate as appropriate Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns Support customer record maintenance Prepare documentation and provide support for month-end close activities and audit-related requests, including ICC or ICFR support as needed You'll generate meaningful reports that tell the story of your portfolio, Through it all, you'll be that reliable, responsive teammate that collaborates to develop and improve credit and collection processes.

Do you have a passion for numbers? Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an experienced Cost Accountant who enjoys working in fast-paced environment to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Working on monthly and quarterly close, P&L and balance sheet actuals, inventory valuation, inventory, capital and process control audits, pricing, and full compliance with Internal Control Checklist (ICC), TI Policies & Procedures, and GAAP
Ownership of OTC and AIP pricing activities, including new material set-up, quarterly pricing cycle, and impact analysis
Support contract accounting requirements for licensing, cost tracking, reimbursement (NRE), royalty implications, and inventory tracking
Independently determine the need for and appropriateness of balance sheet adjustments, such as inventory reserves, expense accruals, prepaids, and capital accruals
Collaborating with finance team and management team on operation performance reviews, finance actuals reviews, cost reduction activities, and ad hoc analysis
Continuously seeking process improvements, including but not limited to automation, efficiency and accuracy
Participating on and leading a variety of priorities teams and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business degree
2 years' work-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BPC and Business Objects
Fundamental understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and managerial cost accounting
Strong organizational, strategic and critical thinking skills
Advanced time management and prioritization abilities
Strong understanding of internal control principles and accounting policies and procedures
Ability to influence and collaborate across broad levels of management and functions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills

The Product Operations Analyst is a highly analytical and strategically impactful role focused on driving business performance through data-driven decision making. In this role, you will translate inventory strategy into measurable revenue outcomes while optimizing operational efficiency across the business.
As an Operations Analyst, you will develop strong cross-functional expertise by collaborating with strategic business unit stakeholders, manufacturing partners, and sales leaders. This role requires critical thinking and proactive problem solving to deliver measurable business results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.
Key responsibilities and opportunities in this role include:
Owning portfolio management responsibilities within high-growth markets, demonstrating strong business stewardship and accountability for performance.
Developing systems expertise that can be applied across multiple business environments to improve operational visibility and decision making.
Supporting product lifecycle management, contributing insights from early development through successful market introduction.
Driving collaborative problem solving with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.
Playing an active role in shaping and implementing new Operations processes, helping build the operational foundation that will support how we deliver parts and serve customers for years to come.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2 years of relevant experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building influential cross-functional relationships
Ability to translate complex operational data into meaningful business insights
Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to financial implications
Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Demonstrated critical thinking and consensus-building skills
Positive, high-energy attitude with commitment to team success
