JOB DESCRIPTION
Change the world. Love your job.
Texas Instruments is seeking a AI Visibility & Search Strategy Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy for how our technology is perceived by LLMs and Search Engines. This isn't just about keywords; it’s about Generative Experience Optimization (GEO) and high-level content strategy. You will use advanced visibility tools to track scores and insights across a strategic list of prompts, translating those scores into actionable recommendations for the business. You will monitor and analyze our Web and AI visibility performance, own specific projects and interact with various stakeholders to drive execution and improve visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Refine strategy, and pivot tactically, to improve SEO and LLM visibility performance based on real-time learnings. This landscape is moving quick, and you must stay ahead of the change and adjust plans accordingly.
Defining the Unknown: Traditional metrics no longer tell the whole story. You will help identify new metrics that define success, as well as the methodologies and dashboards required to tell the story.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: We depend on many teams for execution. You will act as the bridge, communicating risks and opportunities, championing priorities and resources, and creating collaborative touchpoints with cross-functional teams such as content, IT, and User Experience Team.
Fail Fast & Learn: Propose bold, new ideas and testing protocols. We value "positive failure", learning quickly from what doesn’t work and doubling down on what does.
Data Storytelling: Analyze visibility scores and insights, ensuring the data speaks to stakeholders through clear, high-impact presentations and recommendations.
The ideal candidate would be:
Nimble and proactive: You have a "startup" mindset within a large organization. You aren't waiting for a manual; you are writing it
Curious: You go beyond learning the latest vocabulary, digging into the nuances of LLMs, and where they are going next. You have a natural curiosity about the evolution of how customers search for and find answers.
Data-Driven: You are comfortable with ambiguity but obsessed with data. You can find the signal in the noise of visibility scores.
Proactive Communicator: You can influence teams you don’t manage and present complex concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
AI/ LLM Industry thinker: you have a natural curiosity about the evolution of LLM and stay in sync with the search industry evolution.
Collaborative: It takes a lot of teams to manage a site as large as TI.com. You can work with multiple teams, address their unique concerns, and juggle multiple priorities
Results-focused: Ability to take initiative and ramp quickly on new systems and processes to deliver results. You challenge the status quo; this is a new discipline and requires new solutions.
Can wear many hats: You are able to manage a project, influence without authority, develop strategies, propose and execute tactics, and find a story in the data
Experience supporting and optimizing a website with a large product catalog
Strategic Mindset: Experience in GEO and deep curiosity to lead in this specific space.
Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
This role is onsite in Dallas, Texas. No hybrid or remote.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1 year of experience in SEO including a foundational understanding of SEO best practices and applying them as a strategy
1 year of demonstrated GEO/AEO experience and concrete successful actions taken to improve findability from the LLM.
Practical knowledge of evolving GEO strategies and AI search trends
Experience with LLM architectures, Search Engine algorithms, and web optimization strategies.
Since LLMs rely on structured data, someone who understands how to make a website "readable" for a bot (experience using JSON-LD markdown or Schema.org) would be a plus. Basic proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Data Analytics and Visualization skills with a proven track record of translating complex data and unstructured problems into results-oriented insights.
