Analog IC Design Engineer | Audio AAA
About the role
Design high-efficiency Class D power output stages for automotive and consumer audio amplifier products. You will own the switching power path from architecture through silicon validation, including gate drivers, H-bridge and BTL output stages, dead-time control, and protection circuits in high-volume production ICs. Products include both monolithic power stages and multi-chip module GaN based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design Class D power output stages: H-bridge and BTL configurations, gate drivers, charge pumps, level shifters, dead-time control, and shoot-through protection
- Design high-voltage switching circuits with focus on efficiency, thermal performance, and EMI compliance
- Develop transistor-level schematics in Cadence Virtuoso and verify performance across PVT corners using SPICE simulation
- Collaborate with systems, layout, and applications engineers to meet audio performance specifications (THD+N, IMD, SNR, PSRR, idle channel noise) and power delivery targets
- Analyze and resolve design issues from prototype through production qualification, including EMI/EMC characterization and LC filter optimization
- Contribute to IP reuse strategy and design methodology improvements
- Mentor junior engineers on analog design fundamentals, simulation best practices, and design-for-manufacturing techniques
- Provide technical leadership within the design team: guide design reviews, drive architecture decisions, and establish standards for schematic quality and documentation
Change the world. Love your job.
Designers bring semiconductors to life by defining, developing and/or modifying analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry. They work with other designers and the broader R&D and demand creation teams to align on approaches and parameters for a given device, creating block level specifications for the designs. They take the designs through the concept, implementation in schematic and supervising layout, followed by tape out to the fab. They also support silicon validation, test, qualification for reliability, and finally ramp to mass production. Designers also conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the chosen methods are optimal for the defined specifications and reliability requirements.

PMO Master Scheduler
The Design & Construction (D&C) PMO (Project Management Office) is actively seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to join our team. The Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing comprehensive project schedules for the PMO Major Construction Team. This role ensures that all construction projects are planned, tracked, and executed efficiently to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. The Master Scheduler will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in predictive scheduling, Earned Schedule (ES) and experienced in large construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Schedules: Create and maintain owner controlled integrated master schedules using tools like Primavera P6, OPC, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and milestones.
- Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS): Work with project team to develop a project WBS for project control systems to guide scheduling and monitoring.
- OFCI Tracking: Integrate timelines with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to avoid bottlenecks and ensure project progress.
- Predictive Scheduling: Forecast major milestone, identify bottlenecks and proposing strategies to prevent delays.
- Critical Path Analysis: Identify and monitor critical path activities, proactively addressing potential delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Earned Schedule (ES): Link cost baselines to planned milestones in order to transform EVM metrics into duration-based forecasts for an improved schedule performance evaluation of critical path activities
- Schedule Performance Index (SPI): Measure progress with objective indicators of schedule against earned value metrics or order to enable proactive risk management
- Risk Management: Identify scheduling risks and constraints, collaborating with the project team to develop contingency plans and solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure schedule alignment and clear communication of timelines and dependencies.
- Change Management: Evaluate the impact of scope changes, delays, or resource constraints on schedules and adjust plans accordingly.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of scheduling best practices, templates, and governance tools to enhance PMO efficiency and standardization.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure schedules comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress, update schedules in real-time, and generate regular reports (e.g., Gantt charts, milestone reports) thru dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support decision-making by providing consistent, verifiable data for reports
- Owns and oversees the implementation and use of Generative Scheduling tools across all the construction projects
