About The Mobile-First Company
Most tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.
We’re changing that.
We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.
Our first product, Allo, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.
Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.
We’ve raised +15 million dolars from Base10, Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.
Our flagship product, Allo, is the business phone for the AI era. It answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to CRMs, across mobile and desktop, without the hardware, or the legacy software nobody actually likes. We're an agile, AI-first team of 20, shipping new features every single month
Were an AI first team 20. We expanded to the US market, in November and customers are loving the product and we cannot handle the volume alone. We need someone in Miami to own our inbound pipeline and make sure every lead turns into a happy customer.
We've grown our new monthly revenue more than 5x in under a year. Thousands of businesses use Allo every day and we're still in the early innings of the US market. Backed by $15M from Base10, Lightspeed, and EMBLEM, with a team across Paris, Buenos Aires, and Miami, this is what a rocketship looks like before it breaks through.
The role
We're hiring our first Founding SDR to build pipeline from outbound. This is not a list-execution job, we want someone who brings a real point of view on market segmentation, targeting, and how to open the market, not just someone who works a static list.
Your job is to book qualified meetingg for our Head of Sales on larger opportunities. You'll be dialing 100-150+ calls a day using Allo as your power dialer, backed by email outreach and independent prospecting.
You report directly to the Head of Sales.
You'll be one of the first hires on the US team.
High impact and fast growth path: become an AE in less than 1 year
What you'll own
Building and running your own outbound motion: calls, emails, and independent prospecting, using Allo as your power dialer
Booking qualified meetings for the Head of Sales, and owning the quality of those meetings, not just the volume
Bringing a point of view on who we should be targeting and how we should be segmenting the market, not just executing a list you're handed
Keeping CRM records clean, notes clear, and follow-up sequences sharp
Helping shape the outbound playbook: scripting, sequencing, targeting criteria, and more
Who You are
You've cold called before, and you're ready to pick up the phone on day one. This isn't the role to learn cold calling for the first time.
You've sat in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound-heavy seat before, and you know what a real cadence feels like, day in and day out.
You're resilient. High rejection volume doesn't rattle you; you treat every "no" as one call closer to a "yes."
You're tech-savvy and comfortable prospecting independently, including using AI tools to work smarter, not just harder.
You have judgment, not just discipline. You can think about targeting and segmentation, not only follow a pre-built list, not someone who's only ever worked a prebuilt list without thinking about who's on it.
You're high energy, and it comes through on the phone.
What matters to us
Customer first, always. No overselling. No shortcuts.
You advocate for the right targets and the right approach, even when it's easier to just work the list you were given
You leave things better than you found them: notes, workflows, playbooks
You step up outside your lane when the team needs it
You're ready to make an impact from day one, not month six
You use Claude. If you don't know what that is, this probably isn't the right fit
What we offer
Equity package
Private health care
Trips to our Hubs (Pairs/Miami/BA) for onboarding and more
Team retreats abroad every semester
A tight, ambitious team building something real: fast
Miami-based, hybrid, full-time.

We’ve raised +15 million dolars from Base10, Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.
The role
The Operating Partner runs our acquired service businesses day-to-day. You own the P&L. You manage the frontline teams. You make the calls that determine whether these businesses grow or stagnate.
This is not a strategy role. Not M&A. Not advisory. You are the CEO of the businesses in our portfolio: accountable for revenue, margin, headcount, and customer experience from day one.
You report directly to Jeremy, our CEO, and work closely with the founding team on new acquisitions and integrations.
What you'll own
Full P&L ownership across our portfolio of acquired service businesses
Frontline team management: hiring, performance, culture, retention
Building the operational playbooks: scheduling, SLAs, pricing, unit economics
Driving EBITDA growth through cost discipline and service quality
Evaluating and integrating new acquisitions alongside the CEO
Deploying technology, including Allô, to make operations faster and leaner
Who you are
You've run something real. Not managed a team inside a big org. Not advised a portfolio company.
You've owned a P&L, made payroll, you know what it feels like when the business is your problem.
You can manage people who don't have laptops. Our businesses have technicians, cleaners, drivers, baristas. Leading them requires presence, clarity, and trust.
You have more to prove than to protect. You want ownership, not a title.
You make structure where there is none. That energizes you, it doesn't slow you down.
You use AI tools to work faster. If you're not already using Claude, Cursor, or equivalent tools daily, this probably isn't the right fit.
Spanish is a plus.
What's mandatory
You've owned a P&L: not managed it, owned it
You've led frontline or mixed-skill teams (not just knowledge workers)
You've operated inside a service business, rollup, or search fund portfolio company
You use AI tools in your daily work
Miami-based or willing to relocate. This role requires hybrid-physical presence.
What we offer
Equity package
EBITDA sharing tied directly to the performance of the businesses you run
Trips to our hubs (Miami / Paris / Buenos Aires)
Team retreats abroad every semester
A tight, ambitious team building something real, fast

Backed by $15M from Base10, Lightspeed, and EMBLEM, with a team across Paris, Buenos Aires, and Miami, this is what a rocketship looks like before it breaks through.
The role
Over 1,000 people sign up for Allo every week. Most of them are small business owners looking for a better phone system. Some convert on their own. Many don't, not because the product isn't right for them, but because we simply do not have the capacity to reach everyone, thats why we are hiring for this role!
You'll call every new signup, understand what they need, walk them through Allo, and turn them into paying customers. You own the full cycle from first call to closed deal. No cold outreach, no chasing unqualified leads. Every person you talk to already raised their hand.
This is a highly transactional role with the average sales cycle 7 days
Target is 50+ new customers per month.
You report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with the CEO.
You'll be one of the first two sales hires on the US team.
If you perform, the growth path is obvious: we're scaling this team and we promote from within.
What you'll own
You will own the entire trail to conversion process, from picking up the phone and calling a qualified lead to demoing them the ins and outs of how to use Allo to closing the deal
Keeping CRM records clean, notes clear, and follow-up sequences sharp
Supporting customers through onboarding when needed
Help contribute to the inbound sales playbook including scripting, sequence creation and more
Who You are
You're not afraid to call a plumber, a dentist, or a roofing contractor. Our customers are traditional business owners. They're busy, sometimes frustrated, and they don't want a pitch. They want someone who listens, understands their problem, and helps them fix it. You're that person.
You actually understand the product you sell. You're not reading a script. You can demo Allo, troubleshoot a setup question, and explain why it's better than what they have today. You're half salesperson, half support, and that's what makes you effective.
You turn frustration into trust. A lead signs up, gets confused, almost churns. You call them, you're warm, you're patient, you walk them through it. Twenty minutes later they're a paying customer who loves you. That's your superpower.
You can talk about anything. Sports, the weather, their business, their kids. You know how to build rapport with anyone in 30 seconds. You break the ice before you break into the pitch.
You have hunger over pedigree. We don't care where you went to school. We care that you show up every day wanting to close more than yesterday.
What matters to us
Customer first, always. No overselling. No shortcuts.
You advocate for the customer even when it's easier not to
You leave things better than you found them, notes, workflows, playbooks
You step up outside your lane when the team needs it
You're ready to make an impact from day one, not month six
Whats mandatory
You've worked in tech before (startup experience is a strong plus)
You've done cold calling in a previous role (even though this role is 100% inbound, we want that muscle)
You use a modern CRM daily: Attio, Pipedrive, or HubSpot (Salesforce is fine too)
You use Claude. If you don't know what that is, this probably isn't the right fit
What we offer
Equity package
Private health care
Trips to our Hubs (Pairs/Miami/BA) for onboarding and more
Team retreats abroad every semester
A tight, ambitious team building something real: fast

Head of Growth
The Mobile-First Company · Miami, Florida, United States
We are hiring a Head of Growth to design, own, and scale the growth motion, with a strong focus on the US market. This role is critical to building a repeatable engine across acquisition, activation, and monetization.
The Head of Growth will own the entire customer journey, from first touch to activation and retention. While SEA is the company’s strongest acquisition channel today, the expectation is not optimization only but full ownership of growth strategy and execution.
This role requires a highly technical profile capable of working closely with engineers and designers to build, iterate, and ship growth experiments, including onboarding improvements and POCs. The company plans to eventually hire a GTM Engineer to work closely with this role. SEA execution is currently externalized.
In particular, their scope will be fivefold:
Product Led Growth Strategy
Own the end to end PLG motion, from first touch to activation and retention
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design and iterate on onboarding and activation flows
Contribute directly to defining US product market fit
Acquisition and Performance Marketing
Own paid acquisition strategy, with SEA as a core growth lever
Scale spend confidently based on ROI and business impact
Launch and optimize retargeting strategies across channels
Work with external partners where execution is outsourced today
Website and Onboarding Optimization
Improve landing pages, conversion paths, and activation funnels
Lead experimentation across website and onboarding experiences
Work hands on with designers and engineers to ship improvements quickly
Experimentation and Analytics
Define growth KPIs and success metrics without overengineering analytics
Build a fast test and learn culture with clear ROI expectations
Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on impact and effort
Cross Functional Leadership
Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Revenue, SEO, Brand, and Content
Act as a growth leader who sets direction and executes alongside the team
Prepare the ground for future hires, including a GTM Engineer
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Product, SEA, and PLG experience. They are technical, deeply data driven, and highly interested in AI driven workflows, particularly in onboarding and activation.
This person has owned a product-led growth motion end to end, with significant experience in paid acquisition as a core lever. They come from consumer or prosumer SaaS companies with similar ACVs, such as Grammarly, Figma, or Notion, rather than Enterprise environments.
They are product centric, comfortable building or scoping POCs, and able to work hands on with engineers to fix, ship, or improve product experiences. They have been involved in building growth before true product market fit and have contributed directly to defining it.
The culture is fast moving and sometimes chaotic, with international profiles being a strong fit. Speaking Spanish is a strong plus but not a requirement.
Long tenure in previous roles is preferred, and the company is intentionally avoiding overly corporate profiles that look strong on paper but lack execution mindset.
In a nutshell:
Function: 6+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Performance Marketing in a PLG environment
Industry: Experience in consumer or prosumer SaaS with similar ACVs, not enterprise focused
Company stage: Exposure to companies before or during product market fit, with direct contribution to defining it
Expertise: Strong background in paid acquisition, especially search
Product centric mindset with the ability to own the full customer journey.
Technical: Comfortable working hands on with engineers and designers to build, fix, or prototype solutions
Highly data driven, with a strong intuition for ROI and growth forecasting
Long tenure in previous roles, showing commitment and ownership
Comfortable in fast moving, sometimes chaotic environments
Bonus Points
Strong interest in AI driven workflows and experimentation
Experience with onboarding optimization and activation focused growth
Experience building or collaborating on technical POCs
Public presence through podcasts, content, or community engagement
Speaking Spanish
Additional details
Location: Miami preferred, other US cities an option
Compensation will be flexible based on the candidate's experience and will include equity
Languages: English (Spanish and/or French a plus)
