We are seeking a Senior TrackWise Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA.
Role Overview
- Person will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing software solutions.
- This will include working with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop software solutions to support process effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Individual will also be accountable for managing projects and software throughout their respective lifecycles.
- Directly participate in the analysis, configuration, modifying and implementation of IT Business Systems
- Demonstrate good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes and business requests, and recommend solutions using system standards and best practices
- Conduct analysis of system specifications, configurations and develop appropriate documentation
- Create detailed specifications and process flows to provide direction to application developers
- Perform solution designing, requirements definition, functional design, testing and implementation of IT solutions
- Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes
- Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates
- Work closely with onsite team, off shore team, managers and executives to ensure the release of high quality solutions
- Comply with regulatory and change control requirements and processes.

- Strong knowledge and experience in Java programming
- Minimum 8 years of TrackWise System Analysis experience
- Perform business requirements gathering, requirements analysis, business system design, installation, configuration, user testing and validation support of TrackWise based applications
- Create workflows, Business rules, TWC automation, Notifications and Migrate updates
- Create TrackWise WebServices (Search/Populate/Transfer) using OWS/IWS.
- Create and Implement Crystal Reports
- Experience in Medical Device manufacturing industry and systems regulations (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GAMP, etc.)
- Knowledge and good understanding of CAPA and Complaints processes
- Exposure to integration with SAP systems preferred
- Experience on TrackWise Quality View is preferred
- Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements and building detailed functional design specifications
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should contribute in team building measures like Knowledge Management & Mentoring

Position Summary
This role will assist in the development and implementation of the organizational change and communication strategy for the Strategic Supplier Program. The resource will support the program lifecycle over an initial 6-month contract, with potential for permanent conversion. The primary business outcome is to drive high adoption rates of new labor sourcing program and processes and ensure seamless stakeholder transition including internal and specific 3rd party suppliers.
This role exists to solve the business challenge of organizational resistance and process friction during large-scale transformation. By bridging the gap between technical program delivery and human adoption, this resource ensures that the strategic value of the new supplier model is fully realized through effective communication and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support program milestones.
Co-lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new labor sourcing processes.
Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.
Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in.
Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices to ensure program success.
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to address organizational pain points.
Deliver executive-level presentations to maintain transparency and alignment.
Required Experience
10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
Demonstrated expertise in program delivery and managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
Proven ability to operate effectively at a Manager or Senior Manager level.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Labor Sourcing, VMS, or transformation functions.
Experience at a consulting firm similar to EY, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, PwC
Location In-Office Requirements
Location: US: Raleigh / Durham, Austin, Atlanta
In-Office Requirement: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in office.
Travel: Up to 10% for program workshops and stakeholder meetings. This will be fully funded as required.

Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, customization, and administration of the AuditBoard platform, including SOXHUB, OpsAudit, and RiskOversight modules.
- Manage module-level access and manual environment changes within AuditBoard, addressing the platform’s limitations around configuration migration from Test to Production.
- Support and enhance public company SOX 404 compliance programs through effective use of AuditBoard and related audit technology platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Risk, Compliance, and business units to optimize GRC workflows, automate controls testing, and improve audit efficiency.
- Oversee ERP controls for systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, ensuring integration with GRC processes.
- Utilize data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) to analyze control effectiveness, generate insights, and support audit reporting.
- Provide technical leadership and governance for the AuditBoard platform, ensuring system integrity, performance, and compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance risk advisory capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, delivering clear and concise reporting on GRC program status, risks, and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate with AuditBoard vendor support and internal teams for platform upgrades, issue resolution, and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting public company SOX 404 compliance programs.
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing audit technology platforms, specifically AuditBoard (SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight).
- Strong knowledge of operational auditing and Risk Control Matrix (RCM) development.
- Expertise in ERP controls for SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
- Solid understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and regulatory standards

A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract LMS Administrator to help support their business needs.
The LMS Operations and Data Strategist supports our client globally by leading learning operations, data analysis, compliance governance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role optimizes the processes, reporting, and data integrations that support the Learning Management System (LMS) and related technologies.
This role partners with Global HR Talent Management, IT, country stakeholders, functional learning leaders, shared service centers, and other enterprise teams. The LMS Operations and Data Strategist translates business needs, compliance requirements, and learning data into scalable solutions that improve learner experience, training record accuracy, Corporate Required Training governance, and decision-making.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and improve learning operations that support global LMS effectiveness, compliance, and business readiness.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex LMS issues across learner access, training status, content, reporting, and data integrity.
Manage support tickets and provide advanced Tier 2 support, including root cause analysis and timely resolution.
Support Corporate Required Training (CRT), including assignments and reporting.
Partner with Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure learning programs meet compliance, governance, and documentation requirements.
Serve as a key contact for stakeholders and learning partners to align priorities, timelines, and issue resolution.
Analyze learner, training, and integration data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that support compliance and business decisions.
Maintain data integrity across learner records, assignments, completions, learner groups, deficiency reports, and system integrations.
Support the learning technology roadmap by identifying operational impacts, integration needs, and process improvements.
Coordinate course setup, testing, launch, maintenance, and reporting with instructional designers, SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders.
Support course administration for assigned business functions, including creation, maintenance, reporting, and learner support.
Manage ILM documents and guide teams on file storage, retention, and governance.
Create and improve standard work, job aids, best practices, and governance processes for LMS administration and reporting.
Support audit readiness through documentation review, evidence collection, and follow-up on training compliance and records.
Deliver strong customer service, accountability, and collaboration across global business functions in support of GBS service excellence.
Skills And Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or an associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience
3+ years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, training data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
Experience supporting global LMS operations, data analysis, project delivery, and learning measurement.
Experience with Corporate Required Training, compliance tracking, audit readiness, and governance in a regulated environment.
Ability to build reports, dashboards, and analytics that support decision-making.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and file merging.
Experience managing complex projects involving learner, training, business, country, or group data integrations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience creating standard work, best practices, and governance processes that improve learning operations.
Experience partnering with Legal, HR, business functions, shared services, and learning stakeholders.
Experience supporting the full course lifecycle, including setup, testing, launch, maintenance, and reporting.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage conflict, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Adaptability: Adapts to changing priorities, manages competing deadlines, and maintains strong ownership, attention to detail, and data accuracy. Balances operational responsiveness with strategic thinking, identifies risks early, and drives timely resolution.
Hours and Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Core Responsibilities
- Provide support for 2-3 Directors. This includes calendar management, expense management, meeting coordination and taking minutes. You will also partner with an additional ABP to support this executive.
- Must be able to manage confidential information with care and discretion
- Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow. Align calendars with competing business priorities
- Google Suite experience in a professional setting is required.
- Experience managing expenses through Concur
- Must have a proactive and highly communicative approach
- Support greater team with Ad Hoc projects
- Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals)
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Lead projects/programs to improve efficiency with the Corporate Administrative team.
- 1-2 years of experience providing high-quality professional administrative support to multiple executives within a fast-paced enterprise environment, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality regarding all business matters.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; handle multiple concurrent stakeholders and priorities.
- A desire to jump in and be a team player,
