The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition for Matillion by proactively prospecting both outbound and inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships within an assigned geographic territory. The SDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
This role based in Denver, Colorado with a minimum of 4 days a week in the office.
- Meet or exceed individual quotas for meetings held with qualified prospects each month to drive revenue and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with aligned Account Executives to identify and target key accounts for proactive prospecting and new customer acquisition
- Add :100 net new prospects to Gong flows each week from key accounts selected with aligned Account Executives
- Make a high volume of outbound calls (50+ calls per day) and emails (20+ personalized) to engage prospects
- Manage all inbound leads for the assigned territory and actively prospect for new opportunities
- Qualify both outbound and inbound leads, overcome objections, understand prospect needs, and identify opportunities
- Increase the attach rate of users of Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Databricks
- Follow up on demand-generation activities, including webinars, conferences, field marketing events, and partner events
- Analyze customer needs related to business obstacles, identify opportunities, and determine the potential fit for Matillion solutions
- Use customer-centric methodologies to develop hypotheses of needs and create value-based messaging
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the assigned geographic territory
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records regularly to ensure lead data and activity are accurate and up-to-date
- Build strong working relationships with sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams to align efforts and maximize success
- Share best practices with fellow SDRs and collaborate with the sales organization to improve productivity
Experience
1-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficient with sales engagement tools like Gong, AI tools, Salesforce (SFDC) and LinkedIn
- Proficient in tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This non-exempt role’s hourly base pay range for this position is $27.77. Because this role is eligible for variable pay in the form of sales commissions, your total annual on-target annual earnings will be $39.67. You will be entitled to overtime for any work, approved in advance by your manager, that exceeds 40 hours per week (or exceeds 8 hours per day in California).

About the role:
Samsara is hiring a Sr Manager, Finance and Strategy to partner with our global Marketing department. You will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and senior leadership across our go-to-market organization to achieve corporate goals. You will maintain financial forecasts, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform capital allocation decisions and drive initiatives to scale the business. About the Role
We're hiring our first Scaled Customer Success Manager to build the foundation for how thousands of customers succeed with Cartesia. Our customers range from scrappy AI startups shipping their first voice agent to rapidly growing companies building production-grade voice experiences. As our customer base grows, we can't just keep adding headcount to keep up. Success needs to scale through thoughtful systems, great customer programs, and product expertise.
You'll own the post-sales experience for a large portfolio of customers, helping them onboard successfully, adopt our platform, and grow over time. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve the customer journey while building the playbooks, automations, and lifecycle programs that make Customer Success a force multiplier for the company.
Your Impact
Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal for a growing portfolio of startup and SMB customers.
Help customers realize value quickly by driving product adoption and successful onboarding.

What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Experience managing a scaled portfolio of customers while maintaining strong customer outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across many customers and competing initiatives.
Strong product intuition and customer empathy— you enjoy understanding customer goals and helping them succeed.
A data-driven approach to Customer Success. You're comfortable using product usage data, customer health signals, and CRM insights to prioritize your work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
