Who we are
Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data via API, embedded components, and direct EHR integrations. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Bush, co-founder and former CEO of athenahealth, Zus partners with HIEs and other data networks to aggregate patient clinical history and then translates that history into user-friendly information at the point of care. Zus's mission is to catalyze healthcare's greatest inventors by maximizing the value of patient insights - so that they can build up, not around.
What we're looking for...
We’re looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to join the platform team at Zus which builds our core data services. The ideal candidate will be excited to take on the challenge of processing, storing and delivering the entire health records of millions of patients, providing low latency and high-availability for all operations. You are creative, innovative and think deeply about both the technical problems and business problems our customers are facing.
The Platform team has needed to rapidly innovate to stay ahead of data volumes that grow at 10x per year and a growing base of data-savvy customers using Zus to improve patient care. The team is also contending with an evolving regulatory landscape in data privacy and security. Expect to learn a lot and be put on mission-critical projects with direct customer impact.
The Platform team is at the heart of everything at Zus. You will work on data services that operate on large scale data using a variety of AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc) and use data storage technologies such as DynamoDB, postgres, iceberg, elasticsearch and others . You will also work on RESTful and GraphQL APIs that are used both internally and externally. Go is our language of choice and the team is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and operating its pipelines and services.
As part of our team, you will...
Collaborate with product managers and internal users of the Zus Platform to ensure the platform is meeting the needs of our customers, both internal and external
Collaborate with team members and across Engineering to iteratively prototype and develop new functionality
Provide technical leadership, contributing to the architecture and design of the team’s systems
Build and operate data services driving our applications and APIs
Coach others to become better engineers
You're a good fit because you...
Learn fast and enjoy open-ended technical challenges
Are interested in the business problems our customers face
Have experience with operationally stable, scalable, and cost efficient data services
Enjoy owning your work and seeing it deploy safely in production
Are jazzed to build backend services in Go
Have experience using Cloud Data Warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift or Databricks
Have experience with at least one of the following: deployment technologies (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.), cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Are excited to ~ finally! ~ enable a true digital revolution in healthcare
Thrive amid the changing landscape of a growing and evolving startup
Enjoy collaboration and solving unique problems
Are in the Boston metro and excited to collaborate in person on a hybrid schedule, or are remote (EST/CST) but willing to travel for in person collaboration occasionally
It would be awesome if you were...
Experienced in building and running large-scale systems in the cloud using Go
Experienced in AWS DynamoDB
Knowledgeable about application security
Experienced in working with healthcare data and APIs
Familiar with the FHIR and/or TEFCA standards
$170,000 - $200,000 a year
For Engineering roles, we expect occasional travel for in-person meetings and events a few times per year.
We will offer you…
• Competitive compensation that reflects the value you bring to the team a combination of cash and equity
• Robust benefits that include health insurance, wellness benefits, 401k with a match, unlimited PTO
• Opportunity to work alongside a passionate team that is determined to help change the world (and have fun doing it)
Please Note: Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don’t apply unless they meet 100% of the job criteria. While we have worked to consolidate the minimum qualifications for each role, we aren’t looking for someone who checks each box on a page; we’re looking for active learners and people who care about disrupting the current healthcare system with their unique experiences.
We do not conduct interviews by text nor will we send you a job offer unless you've interviewed with multiple people, including the Director of People & Talent, over video interviews. Job scams do exist so please be careful with your personal information.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're looking for a Staff Data Analyst to be the senior analytical partner to our Marketing organization. You'll define how Marketing understands its own performance, influence investment decisions at the leadership level, and shape the data foundations that underpin our AI and automation capabilities. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you'll work closely with Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering bringing strategic thinking, deep marketing expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
7+ years in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments
Deep marketing domain expertise, including attribution, funnel analysis, forecasting, KPI development, and lifecycle measurement
Proven experience partnering directly with senior marketing leaders and executive stakeholders
Experience leading attribution modernization or marketing measurement transformation initiatives
Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques in a business context
Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets
Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
Experience working with Marketing and GTM platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, and related martech
What you can expect:
A greenfield opportunity to shape the data foundations, measurement frameworks, and analytical standards that Marketing and 1Password's broader AI capabilities will depend on
Deep partnership with Marketing leadership across planning cycles, investment decisions, and performance measurement
Ownership of complex marketing domain work across attribution, funnel measurement, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis in a fast-moving SaaS environment
A seat at the forefront of how AI gets applied in Marketing analytics, building the trusted, governed data foundations that every AI initiative will depend on
Cross-functional partnership across Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Data teams with the opportunity to mentor analysts and raise the bar on analytical standards
An environment where there's a lot to build and your fingerprints will be on it. This is a role for someone who thrives with ownership and ambiguity, not a playbook to follow
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $149,000 USD and $216,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $131,000 CAD and $175,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning (Pigment)
Remote - United States

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.
Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning to own our Pigment EPM platform. Oura is mid-implementation of Pigment as our unified planning system-of-record, replacing fragmented spreadsheets across FP&A and Supply Chain. This is a hands-on techno-functional role at the intersection of Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT — and the internal center of gravity for everything Pigment.
You'll partner directly with FP&A and Supply Chain business owners, the Enterprise Architecture team, and Business Technology leadership. You'll be the connective layer between business planning logic and the Pigment data model
What You'll Do
Own the platform – Serve as Oura's primary Pigment administrator: user provisioning, RBAC, SSO/SCIM integration, and quarterly access reviews. Manage the full model lifecycle from design and configuration through testing, deployment, and change management.
Build and maintain models – Configure and evolve Pigment models across FP&A modules (Revenue, OpEx/CapEx, Headcount, COGS, 3-Statement) and Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP). Maintain driver-based logic, KPI calculations, scenarios, and approval workflows.
Manage data integration – Coordinate with the EA/Data team to operate and troubleshoot data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3, and Pigment. Maintain the data dictionary, schema documentation, and field mapping registry in line with EA standards.
Lead change governance – Run the Pigment Change Control Board (CCB) process for Tier 2/3 changes, including risk tiering, impact assessment, approvals, and release notes. Maintain audit trail integrity aligned to Oura's SOX readiness requirements.
Partner with the business – Act as the escalation point for Pigment issues from FP&A and Supply Chain. Translate evolving planning requirements into model enhancements. Facilitate design reviews and sign-off sessions; support UAT across modules.
Enable users – Build role-based training paths, internal runbooks, and model documentation in Confluence. Drive end-user adoption and self-service to reduce routine IT dependency.
Continuously improve – Stay current on Pigment's roadmap, advocate for relevant enhancements, and identify opportunities to expand capabilities — including AI-powered features, new modules, and additional data connections.
What We're Looking For
7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology roles; 2+ years directly administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent
Hands-on Pigment model-building and admin experience strongly preferred; strong Anaplan Model Builder experience considered
Solid understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, OpEx/CapEx, revenue planning, and 3-statement modeling
Familiarity with Supply Chain planning concepts — demand forecasting, supply constraints, inventory targets, and S&OP
Working knowledge of data integration patterns: API, flat file/S3, ETL/iPaaS (Workato or similar), and data warehouse connections (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
Experience with NetSuite or another ERP as a source for planning tools — GL mappings, cost centers, departmental hierarchies, and actuals data flows
Understanding of RBAC, access governance, and audit trail requirements in a SOX-relevant or pre-IPO environment
Strong documentation discipline: design specs, runbooks, change records, and user guides in Confluence, Jira, and Miro
Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable partnering with FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT simultaneously
Proactive, bias-for-action mindset; comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team
Nice to Have
Pigment Academy certifications (Modeler, Admin, or Power User)
Anaplan Solution Architect or Model Builder certification
Experience implementing Pigment with a consulting partner (Twelve, Argano, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Fivetran, or AWS S3 in a planning data pipeline
Familiarity with GAAP, SOX ITGC, and financial controls relevant to planning systems
Experience building executive-facing dashboards and board-ready reporting views
Background supporting a hybrid hardware + SaaS business with multi-entity, multi-currency planning complexity

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. Create Massive Impact 🚀:
Our lifecycle marketing engine runs on a foundation of reliable, well-maintained systems. The data pipelines, sync configurations, and technical integrations that power our campaigns don’t manage themselves — and getting them right directly affects how we reach and retain millions of users. This role sits at that foundation, keeping it solid so the broader team can move fast and build with confidence.
The Opportunity
As Lifecycle Marketing Systems Specialist, you will serve as a technical generalist and hands-on executor within Superhuman’s Lifecycle Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Systems Architecture.
This is a high-execution, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in the weeds of martech systems — someone who finds satisfaction in keeping complex platforms running cleanly, resolving the technical friction that slows teams down, and being the connective tissue between marketing and engineering. You won’t just support programs — you’ll own the operational infrastructure that makes them possible and have the opportunity to build your own solutions leveraging the latest AI technologies. .
You’ll take on the day-to-day technical work that keeps our lifecycle systems healthy and our teams unblocked, freeing up senior capacity for strategic and product-level work.
In this role, you will:
Act as the technical backbone of the lifecycle marketing operations function, owning platform administration and day-to-day execution across martech systems
Administer and maintain Hightouch as the primary reverse ETL platform — including managing parent models, building and updating audience syncs, reviewing and approving sync requests, and ensuring sync health across destinations
Serve as the first line of support for martech systems issues, triaging problems, diagnosing root causes, and either resolving them directly or escalating with clear context to engineering
Partner with engineering and marketing teams to support technical implementations — translating requirements between stakeholders, coordinating handoffs, and helping drive work to completion
Monitor sync performance and pipeline integrity, proactively catching failures, data inconsistencies, or configuration drift before they impact campaigns
Maintain and document platform configurations, data models, and operational processes, ensuring the team has reliable references as systems evolve
Manage access, permissions, and governance across martech platforms, keeping configurations clean and auditable
Support audience segmentation and data hygiene work in partnership with Data and Lifecycle teams
Assist with QA and testing for new integrations, campaign launches, and platform changes, helping catch issues before they hit production
Identify and flag operational inefficiencies, contributing ideas for process improvement and automation opportunities
Contribute to our team’s evolution by building with AI
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related technical role
Hands-on experience with reverse ETL or data activation platforms — Hightouch or similar tools (Census, ActionIQ, etc) experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working directly with data and audiences in a warehouse-connected environment (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
Basic to intermediate SQL skills — able to read, modify, and troubleshoot queries without needing to write complex models from scratch
Strong systems thinker who can follow a data flow end-to-end and identify where things are breaking down
Able to communicate technical context clearly across engineering and marketing audiences — you know how to translate
Detail-oriented with a track record of catching issues before they become incidents
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar)
Familiarity with event streaming concepts (how data flows from product events into marketing platforms) is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
Bonus: Has demonstrated the ability to build solutions with AI applications like Claude
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
