ABOUT ARENA INTELLIGENCE
Arena is the platform for evaluating how AI models perform in the real world. Founded by researchers from UC Berkeley's SkyLab, we're on a mission to measure and advance the frontier of AI for real-world use, and to build the foundation for everyone to understand, shape, and benefit from it.
Tens of millions of people use Arena each month to evaluate how frontier systems handle the work they actually do. The preferences they share power the most transparent, rigorous, and human-centered evaluations in AI. Leading AI labs, enterprises, and independent researchers rely on our work and open datasets to understand how models behave in real workflows: agentic coding, creative generation, professional productivity, and beyond. We go beyond leaderboards and decompose what human experience reveals about AI, so models advance toward the work people actually do.
We're a team of researchers, academics, builders, and creatives from UC Berkeley, Google, Stanford, and DeepMind. We seek truth, move fast, and value craftsmanship, curiosity, and impact over hierarchy. We're building a company where thoughtful, curious people from all backgrounds can do their best work together, in an office culture that radiates excellence, energy, and focus.
ABOUT THE ROLE

About Mixpanel
Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com.
About the Team
The Strategic Alliances team is small, fast, and outcome-oriented - not a program or account mapping factory. We spearhead the identification, investigation, development and execution of initiatives & partnerships aimed at moving the needle for some of Mixpanel’s most strategic levers. As Mixpanel continues its evolution, this team is at the forefront of defining our new ecosystem realities and opportunities, particularly within the emerging spaces in, and enabled by, AI. LLM’s, Vibecoders and MCP Servers and their adjacencies are our workspace.
About the Role
You'll own a portfolio of partner opportunities and sourcing of structural deals — embedded distribution, revenue share, API embedding, committed co-sell — with the companies defining how AI-native software gets built and distributed (think Snowflake, Stripe, Anthropic, Google, Glean and Replit) and target new relationships, owning first conversation through execution. You’ll also provide due diligence support for in-flight opportunities. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to translate company priorities into a set of actionable and achievable partnerships. You will work closely with stakeholders and senior leadership across Product & Engineering, Marketing, Channel and Sales teams to ensure tight alignment and smooth execution - to be successful, you will need a track record of this collaboration with quantifiable outcomes.
Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of a set of strategic partnerships with LLMs, Hyperscalers, AI developer tools, data platforms and niche providers who can fill product gaps.
Market analysis and due diligence, with emphasis on quantitative support for new partnerships and market entries.
Deal structuring and negotiation: term sheets, rev share, data licensing, API embedding, pipeline and revenue commitments
Expand and elevate Mixpanel exposure within our newest strategic partners; driving alignment up to, and including, C-level relationships
Work closely with Channel & Enablement teams seamless handoffs, as needed, around GTM execution: co-sell motions, joint pipeline, co-marketing in service of revenue or branding
Inbound partner management — screen fast, route correctly, don't let it become a distraction
Own the room with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to close and activate partnerships
Design and execute unique playbooks with partners with aligned, committed outcomes; not a rinse and repeat of collateral creation, account mapping and team socialization
Collaborate with marketing & demand gen teams to launch partnerships and campaigns designed to spread awareness and drive pipeline
Define and evangelize the value proposition with partners; what are we doing together, why and who should care; Product Marketing is there for support, but this is yours to own.
We’re Looking for Someone with
8+ years of professional experience with minimum of 5+ in strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or corp dev; ideally at a hyperscaler, high-growth SaaS, or with a consulting/banking background before going operator
Track record of having closed deals with real structure: you've negotiated terms, not just managed relationships
Fluency in the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Supabase) and the AI developer ecosystem (LLM platforms, agentics frameworks, vibe-coding tools, MCP Servers)
Technically fluent enough to hold a credible conversation with a CPO or platform team; commercial enough to close; your job is not to set meetings
Innate sense of urgency and prioritization; fast qualification, clear POV, no committee thinking
Exceptional communication skills; creates executive-level deliverables that are outcome-first, data-backed, decision-ready
Hands-on experience with AI; you’ve moved beyond chat interfaces and built something, shipped something, or broken something trying. You understand what developers actually experience when they evaluate a platform, and you can hold a credible technical conversation because of it, not despite your role.
Ability to operate and create structure within ambiguity; our scope of impact is broad and strategic - you need to be able to translate company goals into executable initiatives and be able to clearly articulate that connection; you won’t have a quota and systems to execute against
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and the ability to command the room and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales/GTM, Legal, and Channel organizations.
Strong executive presence, negotiation capability, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Bonus Points For
MBA or other advanced business degree, JD or engineering degree.
Previous experience in management or strategy consulting.
Experience partnering with Snowflake, Databricks or GCP, Anthropic and others across the AI space.
Hands-on experience with Mixpanel; able to connect the dots on partner opportunities
Sold or partnered in a product-led growth context
Built or shipped an integration — you know what it actually takes

Overview
Application
1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that.
But we're going further. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. We aren't just a billing layer; we are becoming the platform where care actually happens.
We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding (a16z, Accel, Spark Capital, etc.), looking for exceptional people to help us achieve this mission. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.
About Data Platform at Headway
Building a new mental healthcare system at Headway is only possible because of the scale and leverage that software and data can provide. The Data Platform team is a group of Data Engineers and Data Infrastructure Engineers who build and own our Snowflake data warehouse, data ingestion tooling, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and data developer experience. As we scale, we're looking for a Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer to architect, lead, and evolve the foundational systems that power our entire data organization, including new AI-driven workflows being adopted by non-technical staff. You'll serve as a technical anchor across our Data Analytics & Engineering, Product Engineering, and Machine Learning teams. This is not an analytics role.
Who you are
A technical leader who combines deep infrastructure expertise with the organizational instincts to drive alignment across teams. You thrive in ambiguity, operate with a high degree of ownership, and are as comfortable setting technical direction as you are building. You make other engineers better through code, architecture review, documentation, and mentorship.
Experience we're seeking:
10+ years as a Data Platform Engineer, Software/Infrastructure Engineer specializing in data, or Data Engineer in a high-code, high-scale environment
Track record of driving technical strategy and cross-functional alignment, including defining roadmaps for a data platform or infrastructure domain
Deep expertise building full-stack data platforms: data warehousing, ingestion pipelines, orchestration, monitoring and alerting, CI/CD, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations
Architectural fluency in warehouse design patterns, performance tuning, cost management, and permissions strategies on MPP analytics databases (Snowflake strongly preferred; Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift also relevant)
Experience leading technical initiatives end-to-end across multiple teams and codifying engineering standards
Proficiency designing and operating cloud infrastructure at scale (AWS preferred) using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK)
Strong Python engineering skills; solid SQL foundations; comfort with distributed systems
Experience maintaining and scaling pipeline orchestration infrastructure (Airflow/Astronomer preferred)
Mentorship track record growing junior and mid-level engineers
Bonus points for:
Agentic Data Engineering (automating data infrastructure tasks, auditing permissions, optimized CI)
APM and observability tooling (DataDog, New Relic) and data quality/observability frameworks
ETL/ELT best practices at scale
Data security and compliance in regulated environments, especially PHI
Greenfield platform development in a high-growth startup
Docker, GitHub Actions, dbt, Spark
Build vs. buy decision-making and vendor evaluation
You'll love this role if you want to:
Set technical direction for data infrastructure at a company redefining access to mental healthcare
Serve as a force multiplier, making data engineers, analysts, and ML practitioners more effective through the systems and standards you put in place
Own consequential architectural decisions from whiteboard to production
Build in a fast-paced environment where we ship multiple times per day and measure impact quickly
Help shape Headway's engineering culture, processes, and documentation with the same rigor we bring to our products
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base pay range for this position is $212,000 - $265,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.
Benefits offered include:
Equity compensation
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
HSA / FSA
401K
Work-from-Home Stipend
Therapy Reimbursement
16-week parental leave for eligible employees
Carrot Fertility annual reimbursement and membership
13 paid holidays each year as well as a Holiday Break during the week between December 25th and December 31st
Flexible PTO
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

WHO WE ARE
Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com http://Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners. Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.
In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the design, development, and delivery of scalable data models, semantic layers, and dashboards that serve business-critical reporting across Imprint
- Partner directly with Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to translate ambiguous business questions into reliable, scoped data solutions
- Build and maintain dbt models that establish consistent, reusable data definitions and reduce ad hoc request volume through self-serve analytics infrastructure

Overview
Application
Skydio is the leading US drone company and the world leader in autonomous flight, the key technology for the future of drones and aerial mobility. The Skydio team combines deep expertise in artificial intelligence, best-in-class hardware and software product development, operational excellence, and customer obsession to empower a broader, more diverse audience of drone users, from utility inspectors to first responders, soldiers in battlefield scenarios, and beyond.
About the Role
As our GTM Engineer - Post Sales, you sit at the intersection of our post-sales teams and our technical build capacity. You understand how Customer Success, Support, Field Services, Training, and Operations teams work, what slows them down, and where software, automation, data, or AI can create leverage. You own the full cycle: find the problem, design the solution, build it, ship it, and make sure it sticks.
This is a high-impact role. The work you do here won't just help one team move faster, it will shape how Skydio supports customers after the sale. The bar isn't just "does it work," it's "does it scale." You build systems that last, grow with the business, and make post-sales operations better over time.
This role is Hybrid (onsite 3 days per week) in San Mateo.
How You'll Make an Impact
Find the right problems to solve
Spend time with Customer Success, Support, Field Services, Training, and Operations teams to understand where friction exists and where technology can help
Turn vague problems into clear requirements, technical designs, and measurable outcomes
Evaluate opportunities based on impact, scalability, and long-term value
Maintain and prioritize a backlog focused on the highest-leverage work
Build things that scale
Own the full build cycle: design, build, ship, iterate
Design systems that create a reliable source of truth across customer-facing workflows
Build internal applications, integrations, automations, and AI-powered tools that reduce manual work and improve visibility
Connect and operationalize data across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, and other business platforms
Use the right tool for the job, whether that's a custom application, integration, workflow, reporting layer, or AI-powered solution
Drive adoption, not just delivery
Getting something built is half the job. Getting people to use it is the other half
Document and systematize what you build so knowledge lives in the organization, not in your head
Track outcomes and improve based on adoption, feedback, and business impact
What We're Looking For
You understand operational systems
You've spent meaningful time working with or alongside Customer Success, Support, Operations, Business Systems, BizOps, or similar teams
You understand how customer records, product usage, support cases, orders, RMAs, assets, and operational workflows fit together
You can translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both operators and engineers
You're a builder with strong technical instincts
You've built internal tools, integrations, automations, data products, or AI-powered applications in a real environment
Experience building applications, dashboards, and operational tooling that people rely on every day
Experience working with large operational datasets and building the data models, transformations, and pipelines that power analytics and business workflows
Experience designing integrations, APIs, workflows, and system-to-system writebacks across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Databricks, and similar systems
Understands the fundamentals of modern application development, including APIs, authentication, routing, deployments, source control, and operating software in production
Familiarity with modern AI systems including retrieval, embeddings, semantic search, and LLM-powered applications
You build for scale
You think about maintainability, ownership, and long-term system design from the beginning
You document as you go and build with handoff in mind
You know the difference between a prototype and a durable system
You've got the right instincts
You move quickly and are comfortable operating with incomplete information
Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator who can translate between business stakeholders and technical teams
Technical Experience
Direct experience working with Palantir Foundry
Experience with Databricks or similar lakehouse platforms
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite data models
Experience building data pipelines, analytics layers, and business intelligence solutions
Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, retrieval systems, and embeddings
Hands-on experience building automations with Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
