About the team
As a member of the Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance to Stripe’s partners. Our goal is to drive growth through co-solutioning, education and enablement with our partner organisation. The right candidate will be a critical technical liaison to the Stripe Partner Development Manager. This will involve creating comprehensive technical business plans for partners, including identifying, incubating and bringing to market service/solution offerings built on or with Stripe. What you’ll do
As a member of the team, PSAs build highly consultative trusted relationships with executives and technical decision makers in the customers' organisation to provide business and technical thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor in solving mission-critical business challenges. We architect business models with them so they drive new monetization opportunities and growth.
Responsibilities
- Work with key AI partners to build out their Stripe capabilities and solutions to grow their business and drive non-linear growth
- Develop and execute enablement plans
- Be at the forefront of technical discussions & solution deep dives with partners on the value Stripe provides to their clients
- Engage with CTOs, engineering and other technical leads at key partners to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate the latest innovations, and define a solution strategy to expand the partnership revenue

The Technical Director, AI Enterprise Architect is a highly visible, hands-on individual contributor (IC) role with a direct mandate from the executive leadership team. As a strategic and technical leader, you will serve as a force multiplier across the organization, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-native solutions, and drive execution from concept through adoption.

Responsibilities

AI Systems & Agentic Workflow Development: Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems, including agentic workflows that automate end-to-end processes. Own the full lifecycle—from scoping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
LLM & Data Integration Architecture: Architect scalable LLM-powered systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), unified context layers, and integration frameworks that connect enterprise data sources.
Data & Platform Engineering: Design and implement robust data pipelines, integration layers, and shared infrastructure that enable reusable, enterprise-wide AI capabilities. Ensure reliability, scalability, and accessibility across systems.

Core Expertise

The expected base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity. About This Role
This role will join the New Products Sales Strategy org to lead our BizOps & Strategy team. This role will partner closely with our Specialist Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to shape a deep end-to-end understanding of our business across our new products portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Modernize the data warehouse environment by migrating the platform to Azure Databricks
- Administer and maintain Databricks workspaces across development, test, and production environments.
- Configure and manage clusters, cluster policies, instance pools, SQL Warehouses, and job scheduling.
- Monitor platform utilization, performance, and capacity planning.
- Optimize cluster configurations for cost, performance, and reliability.
- Manage workspace configurations, notebooks, libraries, and package dependencies.
