Job Description:
As a V-BAT Network Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing the network infrastructure for our Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) which is deployed in some of the most challenging environments worldwide. V-BAT is designed to operate in contested, GNSS-denied airspace, and our network must maintain highly reliable, secure, and efficient communication between all air and ground devices.

ELECTRICIAN
SpaceX is seeking skilled electricians to join our Texas Construction Projects team. These electricians will work in an industrial environment that is focused on testing rocket engines, stages, and components. They will be responsible for ensuring the test site’s electrical infrastructure is fully installed and functioning as expected, enabling SpaceX to continue achieving remarkable and historic milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, devices, equipment, and components
- Install, repair, and maintain motor control centers, motor circuits, overloads, and disconnects
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain generators, automatic transfer switches, and surge protection devices
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic devices
- Install grounding and lightning protection systems
- Perform work from instructions using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Install electrical components according to the current National Electric Code
- Install and troubleshoot commercial lighting, receptacles, panels, circuits, and controls
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, to ensure an efficient and effective work environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed electrician
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree
- Journeyman license
- Knowledge and/or understanding of codes, rules, regulations, and standards of electrical equipment
- Knowledge of 3Ø low and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Understanding of critical power and safety system design concepts
- Ability to identify and implement efficient paths of action to finish the assigned work
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Experience with common trade hand and power tools and multimeters
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical manuals, schematics, and reports
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available for overtime and weekends as the schedule varies depending on site operational needs; flexibility is required
- Flight hardware is typically built in tight quarters, and physical dexterity is required
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work at elevated heights, up to 300 ft with proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Typically exposed to work in extreme outdoor environments – heat, cold, rain
- Work performed in an environment requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise

About The Role
EliseAI is scaling quickly, and the Mid-Market Sales segment is at the heart of that growth. As the Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will own and be accountable for leading a Mid-Market AE team — driving both new business and expansions across regional and national property management companies.
This role is based in EliseAI's brand-new Texas office. Beyond leading the Mid-Market team, you'll be instrumental in standing up this new location—helping build out the office and grow EliseAI's brand and presence across the Texas region.

Requirements
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid-Market segment.
Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE with proven success.
Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and manager.
Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles (procurement, legal, multi-product).
Comfortable coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology.
Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range.
Comfortable with regular travel for conferences and client visits
Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week

Job Compensation Range
The estimated OTE for this role is $300,000-$350,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and bonus depending on the role. At Texas Instruments (TI) a Manufacturing Production Engineer manages new product introduction and production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after they have been transferred from design to in-house or outsourced production. Responsibilities include:
- Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe; this includes low yield analysis and disposition, and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (both hardware and software)
- Provide detailed analytical study on above issues, and liaise with business units' product engineering team for improvement (test program, hardware, setup, etc.)
- Engage in productivity improvement projects, including yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion removal, legacy tester conversion, etc
- Support new product release from development site. Perform vigorous buyoff for new test systems (program/hardware) per manufacturing requirements
- Lead and support introduction of new tool/equipment/test processes to manufacturing from new product releases, leading the entire qualification and change management approval within TI Electronic Marketing (TIEM)
