The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting will support the Financial Reporting team with preparation, tie-out, analysis, documentation, and audit support. The role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, accountability, and the ability to learn quickly. This person will help ensure reporting workpapers are complete, accurate, clearly sourced, and easy for reviewers and auditors to follow.The ideal candidate will be comfortable building and improving processes while also executing with precision. Fervo is scaling rapidly, so this role requires strong ownership, crisp communication, a controls mindset, and the ability to partner effectively across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Commercial, and external advisors.
