The role is 100% Remote, hybrid if in Santa Ana, CA.

• CA bar required Dual bar candidates are particularly attractive. California and Colorado/Texas ideally
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential and multi-party construction defect cases.
• Draft pleadings, handle discovery, take depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and experts to develop winning strategies.
• Advise clients on risk, exposure, and litigation strategy—all while keeping the pace high and energy up!
  
  

Who You Are

• Must have construction defect litigation experience, preferably on the general contractor side.
• Billable Requirement: 1850 hours annually (~155/month).
• Must be California-barred
• 2–10+ years of construction defect litigation experience.
• Skilled in managing multi-party residential construction defect cases.
• Confident in litigation from filing through trial.
• High-energy, collaborative, and ready to tackle complex, fast-paced matters.
