We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who's passionate about building robust backend systems in Golang and enjoys solving complex distributed challenges at scale.
What You'll Do
Design and develop backend services and APIs in Go, supporting our core products and infrastructure.
Work hands-on with microservices and macroservice architectures to keep our platform reliable, scalable, and fast.
Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design to bring new features and improvements to life.
Write clean, efficient, well-tested code — and continuously improve it.
Contribute to architecture and technical direction decisions.
Help shape engineering culture, processes, and best practices as we grow.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with strong hands-on Golang experience.
Proven experience designing and scaling APIs and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of microservice and macroservice architectures.
Comfortable working in modern cloud-native environments (Docker, CI/CD, etc.).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — we're a small team that thrives on teamwork.
Bonus Points
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Experience with message brokers or event-driven systems (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ).
Previous startup experience or enthusiasm for wearing multiple hats.
