We’re hiring a VP Finance & Operations to be a partner to the CEO, own financial strategy and run core operating systems to scale commercialization.
Responsibilities:
Finance:
• Build and maintain a best-in-class financial operating model.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, runway management, board/investor reporting, monthly close oversight, KPI dashboards, and unit economics.
Operations:
• Build the operating cadence: weekly exec rhythms, cross-functional KPI reviews, and accountability mechanisms.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Regulatory/Quality, and Supply Chain to scale systems for growth.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement processes/tools.
• Lead key vendor/partner relationships and negotiate major commercial/operational agreements as needed.
Required Skill Set:
Requirements
• You’ve led and operated a team and technology either for a startup or for a department within a company
• Direct experience in medtech
• Hands-on comfort with financial tooling and data (models, dashboards, CRM/ERP/reporting).
