As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for GTM and sales activation, you'll own the commercial success of our products in the field. You'll lead the sales enablement that equips sales teams to win, build the segment- and persona-specific messaging that makes our core narrative land in every buyer conversation, and arm partners and sales with the high-impact tools they need to close. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, sales, and field enablement.
What You'll Do
Own the development and execution of GTM programs, sales plays, and field activation strategies that drive pipeline, seller productivity, and revenue growth for the business.
Create and maintain high-impact sales tools: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, ROI tools, and one-pagers
Partner with sales leadership to assess the ongoing needs of the sales team, identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps
Lead cross-functional enablement planning to ensure sellers are ramped and ready on new products, messaging, and GTM priorities
Develop integrated GTM frameworks - including audience segmentation, messaging architecture, value propositions, and competitive positioning - that translate product capabilities into field-ready programs
Build a specific enablement strategy and playbook to support our sales motion for multiple SKUs, helping sales drive upsell revenue
Partner with the Monetization Lead on pricing, packaging, and message testing to ensure GTM materials reflect current pricing and packaging decisions
Support our Partnerships team with partner-facing pitch decks and talk tracks, demo access, and training on how to sell and position Eve
Establish and track key metrics for enablement programs to measure their effectiveness and business impact
What We're Looking For:
You have 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or legaltech, with a proven track record of building effective sales enablement programs
You are deeply empathetic to the needs of sales teams and have a passion for creating tools and training that help them win
You are an exceptional project manager, capable of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and keeping teams aligned and on schedule
You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and using insights to optimize programs
You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can have a foundational impact
You are a clear and compelling communicator, able to translate technical product details into business value for customers and internal teams
You have people leadership experience or a clear track record of mentoring others, and you're excited to build and lead a team as this function grows

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
