Position Summary This role serves as the bridge between the headquarters and the local Thai team, responsible for executing and overseeing various operational tasks delegated by the headquarters. We are looking for someone who has team management experience, be able to lead collection and customer service teams to meet daily work targets, and provide timely feedback to the headquarters on local conditions. Welcome to join us! Job Responsibilities Accurately convey the headquarters' policies, procedures, and operational standards to local staff and ensure full implementation. Manage daily shift scheduling, assign tasks, monitor team work progress, and ensure KPI targets are met. Handle common business issues escalated by staff; report complex or unusual cases to the headquarters in a timely manner. Regularly consolidate operational data (e.g., collection rates, customer satisfaction, etc.) and submit basic reports to the headquarters. Organize new employee onboarding and daily training to maintain team stability and motivation. Facilitate communication between Chinese and Thai employees to foster a smooth working atmosphere. Assist with other light on-site coordination and temporary support tasks as required by the headquarters, including routine administrative matters that may arise during the business launch phase. Requirements Fluent in both English and Thai, with the ability to communicate seamlessly in daily and business contexts with the headquarters (English-speaking environment) and local Thai staff (Thai-speaking environment). Associate degree or above; no specific major requirement. At least 1 year of team management or supervisory experience (industry not restricted), with the ability to independently arrange work and track performance. Experience in credit, collections, customer service, or finance-related industries is preferred but not required. Proficient in office tools such as Excel and Word, with the ability to generate basic statistical reports. Strong sense of responsibility, high execution capability, ability to follow headquarters' directives, and adaptability to flexible shift schedules. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Familiarity with Thailand's micro-loan or debt collection processes. Experience with Chinese-invested enterprises or cross-border team collaboration.
