The Role As the Senior Manager, Data Engineering at Farther, you will own the data platform powering a modern, technology-driven wealth management firm — the security master, custodial pipelines, and canonical financial models every downstream system depends on. The platform is already in production. Your mandate is to take it much further: define the roadmap, own it end-to-end, and execute — growing the team and expanding what the platform makes possible across the firm, including the AI systems built on top of it.
