Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for both high-volume field/trades roles and mid-level operations positions, dynamically adjusting your approach and pace to match specific role needs. Independently manage a complex requisition load, prioritizing across roles of varying urgency, complexity, and volume. Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive solutions proactively. Coach hiring managers and interviewers on effective, consistent evaluation techniques to ensure high-quality hires. Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert on field, trades, and operations talent markets. Exercise sound judgment to proactively flag risks and escalate issues to leadership before they become roadblocks. Contribute to broader recruiting team initiatives and projects beyond your own requisition load.
