HR Intern Full-time Company Description Vegrow is in the business of fresh fruits & vegetables with an addressable market size of $43 Bn Vegrow is a tech platform partnering with farmers, aggregating supply, and selling the produce to organized & semi-organised demand. Vegrow believes in creating value at the farm over supply chain efficiencies. Through partnership, Vegrow simplifies farming and increases the land utilization for farmers, thereby creating value. Job Description   Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department) Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Participate in organizing company events and careers days Qualifications MBA or BBA in HR domain Additional Information Vegrow Culture “Farmer first, Entrepreneurism, Friendly, Supportive, Enjoyable, Ownership & Freedom” are the words that employees would associate Vegrow with.
