As a Senior Software Engineer at Farther, you'll solve real business problems across our entire stack. You'll understand business objectives, ideate solutions, and deliver end-to-end. We're building an elite engineering team. We look for three things: deep technical expertise in your craft, high horsepower to rapidly context-switch across complex problems, and a track record of winning in multiple areas of your life. We expect engineers to leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle – from ideation to implementation to testing. AI helps you ship faster, handle complexity better, and focus your energy on solving the hardest problems rather than writing boilerplate code.
