Recruitment Executive Full-time Company Description Vegrow is in the business of fresh fruits & vegetables with an addressable market size of $43 Bn Vegrow is a tech platform partnering with farmers, aggregating supply, and selling the produce to organized & semi-organised demand. Vegrow believes in creating value at the farm over supply chain efficiencies. Through partnership, Vegrow simplifies farming and increases the land utilization for farmers, thereby creating value. Vegrow has partnered with 500+ farmers and has India wide presence, marketing the fresh produce to over 100 customers across modern trade exporters & wholesaler segments. Vegrow has championed wealth creation at the farm by helping the farmer “Produce the buy” and intelligently match make. Job Description 1.       Partnering with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs. 2.       Preparing Job descriptions for various positions. 3.       Release PVA’s for various positions in different platforms. 4.       Sourcing profiles for various positions that are open in company. 5.       Coordinating interviews with the Hiring Manager and the prospects. 6.       Taking feedback from the hiring manager and source profiles as per the prerequisite. 7.       Performing reference and background checks. 8.       Following up on the interview process status. 9.       Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. 10.   Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. Qualifications 1.   Graduate from a reputed college & MBA / PGDM will be preferable. 2.   At least 2 years of experience in recruitment. 3.   Must have handled job portals.
