Call Center - Team Leader Full-time Company Description Vegrow is in the business of fresh fruits & vegetables with an addressable market size of $43 Bn Vegrow is a tech platform partnering with farmers, aggregating supply, and selling the produce to organized & semi-organised demand. Vegrow has championed wealth creation at the farm by helping the farmer “Produce the buy” and intelligently match make. Job Description 1. Handling daily operations 2. Training the new employees. 3. Evaluating Performance  4. Seeking feedback and resolving problems 5. Motivating team  6. Creating reports for business requirements 7.  Finding out business needs and work on projects. Qualifications Must enjoy working with others and are motivated by developing yourself and your co-workers. To succeed in the role, you must :  Must be a B.Sc Agriculture graduate and have 2 years of experience. Have decent Excel skills.
