The Texas Instruments' Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic HR Specialist who can execute a full spectrum of HR deliverables that align with our business' strategic goals. Partner directly with business leaders globally to drive strategic initiatives that matter
Expand your HR expertise across the full spectrum of people operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Build influential relationships at all organizational levels while coaching leaders to success

QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field
3+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and analytical abilities
Collaborative mindset with proven relationship-building skills
Results-driven approach with excellent time management
Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field
3+ years of relevant HR experience
