Job Description
Function: Design and Creative → UX / Visual Design
UX Design
Wireframing
Figma
Prototyping
User Research
Visual Design
Responsibilities:
Own the design process across discovery, ideation, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product to shape product direction and drive execution.
Bring clarity to complex problems, turning them into seamless user experiences.
Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints from the long-term perspective.
Contribute to and help improve our design system and best practices.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
Experience in the end-to-end product development process.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Bias for action: Having a strong sense of urgency in delivering outcomes. Move fast without impacting the quality of outcomes.
High ownership: You take initiative, bring clarity, and move things forward.
Strong UI craft and problem-solving skills.
Strong product sense and deep empathy for users.
Someone who thrives in hybrid, fast-moving teams.
