YOU WILL You are a solution-oriented professional with expertise in post-sales, software development, and crafting business solutions. A process-driven builder, you thrive on exploring solution development methodologies to deliver optimal results for clients RESPONSIBILITIES Support client implementations by executing and managing onboarding processes Build and maintain dashboards to track implementation progress and client KPIs Perform data queries to generate insights for both internal teams and clients Document and standardize repeatable processes to consistently optimize the product automations. Collaborate with product managers to align implementation processes with product capabilities Identify and communicate client needs and process improvement opportunities Participate in client-facing meetings as needed to explain data findings and process updates Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery methodology REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of relevant full-stack software development experience. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases. Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and automation products. Proven experience in technical-customer-facing roles. Ability to partially work in US hours Knowledge of core web technologies and standards (HTTP, HTML/JS/CSS, JSON/XML, Authentication, etc), networking, databases, etc. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services, such as virtual networks, virtual machines, storage buckets and disks, databases, firewalls, API gateway, etc. Experience working with technical documentation, such as API docs, architecture diagrams, and flow charts.
