Lead RFQ, RFP, and competitive bid processes, including supplier selection, pricing negotiations, SLA alignment, contract terms, and multi-year commercial agreements
Deliver measurable cost reductions across freight, 3PLs, and returns providers through supplier benchmarking, cost modeling, and vendor negotiations
Build and maintain dashboards, cost models, and reporting workstreams that track spend, savings, supplier performance, and key cost drivers across the portfolio
Establish KPIs and supplier scorecards covering cost, service, quality, on-time performance, and responsiveness, and lead regular business reviews to drive accountability
Partner with Logistics, Finance, Operations, and Program teams to align sourcing decisions with service requirements, launch timelines, forecast changes, and business priorities
Strengthen supplier governance and contract management to improve decision-making and operational execution and build long-term strategic partnerships
Standardize sourcing processes, commercial documentation, and supplier management practices to improve scalability
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
8-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain, with meaningful ownership of indirect spend categories
Proven track record in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP management, and contracting
Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills with the ability to develop tools and dashboards for reporting workstreams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
Experience sourcing logistics, freight, warehousing, 3PL, returns, or related operational services
Mastery and knowledge of global trade compliance with the ability to integrate cost tradeoffs into a cohesive sourcing strategy
Preferred:
Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and shifting priorities
Experience in consumer electronics, medical device, consumer product, or similarly complex physical product environments
Familiarity with contract manufacturing and global supply chain networks including knowledge of tariffs, regulatory requirements, Incoterms, and Freight Forwarding
Experience managing suppliers across North America, Europe, and Asia
Knowledge of procurement, ERP, and supply chain systems
What You’ll Bring
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality, and speed
Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure in areas that do not yet have mature ownership or standardized processes
Passion for building scalable sourcing systems and supplier partnerships that enable world-class manufacturing performance
Strong judgment in balancing short-term business needs with long-term supplier strategy
A collaborative, team-first approach and the ability to lead through influence

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
