About the Role This role will help expand our network of media and brand advertisers across our network of banking partners. You will be responsible for creating new customer opportunities and closing sales for our advertising network. You'll work to identify, research, prospect, and close new business opportunities while building strong relationships with prospective clients. Kard is a high-growth business, and you will play an important role in driving that growth while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment as a valued member of the Merchant Sales team. The primary measures of success will be deals closed and revenue generated. Essential Responsibilities Work the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing of net-new business opportunities within your assigned territory and verticals Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and other sourcing strategies Develop a strong understanding of the Kard platform and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with marketing and business decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise brands Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Data, and Finance teams to support the sales process and deliver a strong customer experience Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasting, and reporting in accordance with company processes Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and company meetings Additional duties as assigned Qualifications 4-7 years of net-new business sales experience selling digital advertising, media, MarTech, data, analytics, or similar solutions Digital performance media experience preferred Proven track record of prospecting, building pipeline, closing new business, and exceeding quota Strong prospecting, business development, communication, and negotiation skills Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Collaborative, process-oriented seller with strong territory management, forecasting, and CRM discipline Startup experience preferred Experience with card-linked offers, loyalty, fintech, or ad tech is a plus Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability Ability to work 8 hours during core U.S. business hours between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m Ability to be on camera, distraction-free, and actively participating during meetings Compensation range is between $180,000 - $220,000 OTE Remote - USA Pay Range $180,000 - $220,000 USD Why Join: Kard recognizes the unique value each of us brings to our collective success.
