Job Description Function: Data Science and Analysis → Data Science / Machine Learning, Software Engineering → Full-Stack Development, Other Software Development MLflow MLOps Responsibilities: Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize NLP and LLM-based solutions. Build scalable AI/ML systems and production-ready applications. Work extensively with Transformer architectures and state-of-the-art language models. Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and improve accuracy through data-driven approaches. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver AI-powered features and products. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code following software engineering best practices. Stay current with advancements in generative AI, NLP, and machine learning research. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, or related domains. Strong Python programming and software engineering skills. Solid understanding of NLP concepts and Transformer architectures. Hands-on experience in model building, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
